️ for the location because it's near our place.
Good Facilities.
Great Food.
Affordable.
For Php750 - 1hr. Combination Shiatsu-Swedish Massage inclusive of food and access to all their facilities however their sauna closes at 1AM daily.
For Php1,150 - 1.2hrs Combination Shiatsu-Swedish Massage and same as above inclusions.
Do not expect a lot of food but they serve fish, veggie, chicken, soup, and dessert with unlimited iced tea.
What I don't like is that when we returned our locker keys, we asked to fill out a form to write the amount of tip we wanted to give and gave the money to the receptionist. It is better if they can just give us a small envelope to where we can put our tips. It feels so awkward or I'm not just used to it. Hoho!
Anyhow, service is still good. No picture, sarreh! 🏽️ Wasn't able to capture one because I didn't have my phone with me.

It's been so long since my last spa, I was so busy I didn't have time. Last night, my boyfriend and I scheduled our spa- he knew that my body's been aching for over a week now.
The spa renovated their 2nd floor and they have a new signage. but the rooms and locker roons were still the same
I hope they improve it real soon
Also, if you avail any of their packages, you get a free shabu shabu and a glass of iced tea
The service was great- as usual!!
I had foot spa and bf got mix shiatsu and swedish massage
It's a 24/7 spa so it's perfect for those who need/want a spa any time of the day

After a long productive day, my boyfriend and I decided to have some foot spa in senses. We usually have foot spa or full body massage here.
You see, unlike any other foot spa's, you also get a body massage in their foot spa the only difference is you're on a la-z boy and they scrub your feet and legs.
They start with massaging your head, then your arms, then scrub and massage your feet and then back massage.

I like this place because of the shabu-shabu.
For around Php600++, you get to enjoy a body massage plus a shabu-shabu dining experience.
When you get in, you have to register and pay at the reception then they will give you your locker key. The second you go inside, you will see the dining area on the left and the foot massage section on the right. The place is really large with a high ceiling so you have ample breathing space. You have the option of eating first, or eat later after the massage.
Their shabu-shabu isn't bad. It's actually good and fresh. When you ask for your food, they'll give you the shabu-shabu set which includes the standard ingredients. I love the tofu and the meat. If you want something else that's not on the set menu, you can also order but it has a separate price. The service in the dining area is also good but that's probably coz we usually go there when it's not crowded, so.
Should you decide to have a massage first, there's another area for the massage rooms that's a bit darker than the rest of the areas. And there's privacy. They also have steam baths and you can keep your valuable items in the lockers inside the bathrooms.
The massage is a bit, uhhhmmm, not really impressive for me. There was one time that I got a masseuse that kept on nodding her head because she was already taking quick naps while massaging me
Maybe they're overworked, I don't know though if that happens as well during daytime.
This spa is open 24/7 as far as I know because when we go there at any time of the day or night, it's always open... Well, we're usually there at night.
So if anyone's looking for a good place to rejuvenate and it's late at night, Senses is a good bet.

Last night my boyfriend and I went out for a spa. It's been a while since our last visit here in senses. The spa was just okay. I really prefer healthy women to massage me 'cause the skinny ones (not all) with their skinny fingers tend to give my body bruises after hahaha. But no bruises for me now, just an added body ache.... Just a little. Haha..

I prefer having a healthy massuese everytime I want to have a massage. Thin fingers doesn't really go well with my (bruise-prone) body.
This was the second time I got small bruises and body ache after having a full body massage. Everything felt right and relaxing even after the massage itself, then when I tried to move my legs, there's this pain in my hips. Hmmm didn't really paid much attention to it since I was busy the past few days and thought that maybe it's because of my whole-day no-sitting baking thing
Next day comes and my body aches, I told my brother to look at my back for possible bruises and yep got a lot of small ones. Oh and at my hips too and arms. It was like I was beaten up by a baby. Haha. But seriously, it lasted for 2-3 days and some of my bruises are still here

The bf and I regularly visit senses spa since 2011. We usually end our date with spa and this one's a really good choice.
Whole body massage (which takes 90mins.), foot spa (90mins.), mixed of body and foot spa were the ones we usually avail.. We tried hot stones once, but the the stones were too hot for my skin. Hehe..
They also have restau. So you don't need to go outside once you get hungry. And just last year i think, that they also opened a salon inside senses
