It's Christmas Time and it's time to collect planners for nextyear kahit wala naman plinaplano sa buhay hehe.. One of the easiest planner to get is the Serenitea's Diary. For just a minimum 1000 worth of single receipt you immediately get the diary. So I simply gather my officemates to take order and in an instant a total of 1K+ of delivery bill. 128522

For this delivery I got the new Matcha X Speculoos drink with no sugar. At first it was kind of weird to combine this flavor but surprisingly the flavor blended well. You got the old delicious flavor of matcha with the hint sweet speculoos cookie flavor. It was good and I like it. I think my decision to have it with no sugar was just right!

By the way the diary was very nice and have some discount coupon inside. 128522

Now that's not a pretty good look. And yes, I'm talking about both my hand and my drink.

Here's a tip: as much as possible, avoid having your drink delivered especially if your office is 30 minutes away from their establishment. It definitely reduces the quality.

Here's another tip: once your drink arrives at the office, try not to get stuck in a conference call for another hour. Especially if you ordered the yakult green apple drink. The picture says it all.

In fairness, i still liked my drink but definitely the taste was not at par with the usual.

Their delivery was on time. So service was good as usual.

That's it! :)

Calamansi Yakult - 50% sugar with green tea jelly as sinkers. I liked this drink so much because it was maasim but still so good. But I didn't liked the sinkers, should have asked for Crystals instead. Ony didn't liked this. He said that this was too sour and sugar level should at least be 75% or 100%.

But if we were not sharing this drink, I would have even asked for 25% or no sugar at all. Hahaha! 128517128518

But I still need to try the Calamansi Black Tea next time. 128517128521

After a heavy dinner at Mandarin restaurant, my girlfriend and I went looking for a dessert place which offered light and sweet treats. We selected an unorthodox place to go to for dessert. I categorize it as unorthodox since I usually go here for snacks in between meals, not as dessert after a big meal.

When we got there, the place was a bit warm already. I think it was because it was quite near closing time. We were still accommodated and we got to order our drinks. I usually order a green apple Yakult drink but since I was feeling adventurous tonight, I got a green apple black tea. I know what you’re thinking: huge difference. My girlfriend got a Royal Milk Tea drink. We both did not get any sinkers for each of our drinks because we felt really full after our dinner. Again, you guys don’t have to say it: huge difference!

For my drink, I chose the sweetness level of 75% and found the taste just right. The drink I got, not surprisingly, tasted very similar to the yakult version. It did fulfill my craving for something sweet and refreshing to end the night. Again, it was a very hot day and I got what I needed. The Royal Milk Tea’s sweetness level was at 25% but I found it a bit too sweet for that particular sweetness level. I would describe the drink as flowery and delicious as well, but I preferred my fruity drink.

They have snacks available such as my favorite chicken chops. I usually order that for my snack breaks at work.

That’s it for now. Take care everyone!

Its Jumbo day for serenitea! The whole office is once again going gaga once they heard that serenitea is having a free upsize to jumbo cup of its top drinks. Delivery was not allowed so we called them ahead that when we arrive our order would be ready. I went for the wintermelon milk tea 0% sugar. 1 liter miltea will keep you going to the restroom to pee the wholeday hahaha. We were also able again to get a free planner. I love the washi tape included in the planner.

I remember walking into the first Serenitea branch back when it was still a mom & pop along Aguirre Ave. The friendly couple owning the place ran the counter and the operations. I also remember the story of them being Pinoys in Taiwan with the hopes of bringing the bubble tea experience to the country when it wasn't existing yet back then. These guys are one of the pioneers of the local milk tea explosion. And my oh my, has time flied and just look at them now - several branches, an established brand, and an expanded menu beyond milk tea. The quality and taste has not suffered and they are still my favorite local brand for milk tea!

My favorites back then are still my favorites now - assam milk tea, okinawa milk tea (full sweetness level of course 128540), the salt n pepper tofu, the chicken chops, and the mochi buns!!! I love the crispy, salty, and peppery goodness of the tofu and chicken with the fried basil leaves making the perfect compliment (taste-wise and visually).

In photo is the toblerone cranberry white chocolate. Another winner! Just like the uji matcha pyramid! And i could just go on and on and on... 128514

though i liked their wintermelon and cookies&cream milktea, for me this double matcha tastes like leaf plus their milktea is much pricey compared to other milktea places.

Serenitea now has their milk tea chocolate bars!

My friend got me the Assam, White Chocolate Taro, Hokkaido Milk Chocolate and Matcha. Literally all the flavors!

I guess I expected too much thinking these are milk tea drinks frozen and formed into chocolate bars.

However, these are good alternatives for those chocolate lovers with hints of milk tea. Not bad I must say, but not too hyped as well.

Impressed with how Serenitea expands on not just making refreshing milk tea drinks! Keep it up! 128077

I love Matcha so the Uji Matcha Pyramid is number one on my list! If you're a fan of yakult then i recommend the Passion fruit yakult tea with Crystals. :)

Bitin hangout because they close at 11pm. Huhu! :( Got myself my generic Wintermelon tea, steady lang. Been a while since I last drank a Serenitea cup. I can remember when I used to be addicted to this. I kind of realize that ChaTime's better.

First time trying this branch, and was just out for a random milktea run. Got the Nagasaki Milktea with only 25% sugar. Strong tea taste, and thought it would've needed more but for some reason it was still pretty sweet. The pearls, perhaps?
Was a pretty good choice nonetheless.

Large okinawa,50% sugar, with pearls!!! Our deafult order! Hahah there was a time na I had two large milktea in just one day! Very addictive! And what I like most in serenitea is they're using teapresso machine, that's why their milkteas are so good! Not like other milktea shops they are using powder.
