No more Red Bean sinkers!!! Serenitea, why you so cruel???

Emotions aside, i loved my Taro drink. Dont you find it awesome that customers can customize the sugar level? This is pretty nifty as i dont belong in the sweet tooth tribe.

Back to regular programming....no more red bean!!!!! 128549128549128549

I remember serenitea was the only milk tea that offers quality teas as you can witness its actually made through their espresso machine and that means its guaranteed fresh.  Well but since im really into matcha these days, i seldom order their milk teas but here are my 3 recommendations if your going for milkteas:
1. Jasmine milk tea - i really think that their jasmine tea is the best out there.

2. Okinawa milk tea - i like this distinct taste.  A little bit sweet but you can always go for less sugar.

3. Earl grey milk tea - this one i really loke while plain earl grey sucks. 128522

For this order i went for a green tea slush. But this was just an okay drink for me.  But then their uji matcha is better.  Also sad to learn that their honey dew matcha is no longer available. That one was also really good.

They also are now selling pastries though i dodnt have to chance to taste it as well as some chocolates like matca chocolate bar.

I think the milk tea craze have already fizzle but its good to see that this local milk tea shop had survived through the years unlike some shops that come and go along banawe strip so its a good thing that we now know that milk tea has already blended to our culture. 128522

Dear Matcha loving |ooloo friends, have you tried the Matcha chocolate of Serenitea? OMG! I just recently discovered this and I went Matcha-crazy!

So, I was about to buy my milk tea fix sometime this week coz the heat was too much. Then I saw that this branch had this stand with lots of Serenitea goodies - chocolates, candies, packed loose leaf tea and even spread! Checked them all out and decided to get all three variants of their chocolate!

Hokkaido Milk Chocolate, Matcha Marble and White Chocolate Taro - 120 to 150Php each.

The Hokkaido Milk Chocolate was super good! It was just like their Hokkaido Milk Tea with 150% sugar turned into a chocolate bar 128517 sweet but I still loved it!

The White Chocolate Taro was just okay. I was expecting a strong taro kick but it wasn't there. The sweetness didn't please me this time.

Matcha Marble - OMG! It was like their Green Tea Latte turned into a bar of chocolate! SUPER MEGA GOOD! Honestly, the chocolate marble wasn't necessary. I also think that Serenitea has really good Matcha Latte btw. Just the right ratio of Matcha to milk.

All chocolate bars had these patterns making it easy to break a piece. They also had scribbles that were somewhat intricate but the bars were so thin that some might think the price is quite a lot for the size.

Will try the matcha spread next time 128518

Reich T & Roy Lambert T have you tried?

When the milk tea craze dropped into our lives it was obvious that Serenitea would sustain the test of time. Even then their concept was solid - simple & clean interiors, great locations, cup design looked like you actually wanted to drink one. Not being a coffee drinker I was of course happy when the Taiwanese milk teas finally arrived on our shores. I first tried boba in one of those Asian stores in California. I was just super wowed by how yummy and refreshing it was. I wondered then why we didn't have any here. It took about 1.5 years after my first boba encounter before it was finally introduced to the Philippine market.

After a grueling 4-hour session of intense Christmas shopping yesterday, we came in here while we were waiting for our car. Mostly because we just wanted to sit down and rest. This place was packed. If a table didn't free up we wouldn't have come in.

I haven't been to a Serenitea in a super long time. The menu was already confusing to me. When they first started their menu had flavor descriptions. Now it only has names that give you no idea what the heck the drinks are. If you were a stranger to this place, how would you know what an Osaka is versus a Nagoya versus a Hokkaido? I asked for a menu before it was my turn hoping it would help me decipher this madness. However they only gave me a paper version of what was on the board. I had to ask the cashier about the drinks and I felt so bad I held the line. Sorry.

I wanted to get a calamansi black tea but they said I would have to wait for 15 mins as they have to squeeze fresh calamansi for my drink. Bummer. Held the line a little longer again because I had to choose again when I already made up my mind. I settled on a cranberry tea, 2nd brew, 25% sweetness. It was alright. Still sweet even with the mildest sugar but tasted artificial to me. Needed more ice. I should've just ordered an uji matcha. I got a Hokkaido for the H, which is their caramel milk tea. No pearls available so I had panna cotta with it instead, no extra charge. I got our driver a Lychee drink.

Place was warm where we sat. Their lone a/c was not enough. They don't offer food in this branch.

Enjoyed the Jumbo wintermelon with three sinkers (black diamond is my new favorite) for only P110.00. Sulit! I suggest 0% sugar kasi matamis na ung mga sinkers.

Plus sobrang passionate ni kuya guard, lahat ng dumadaan sinasabihan nya ng promo nila today. 128077🏼 thumbs up Sir! Sa panahon ngayon bihira na ang mga taong passionate magtrabaho kahit nasa service industry. Hindi ko nakuhanan ng maayos si kuya, stolen lang. Haha

Got a large wintermelon milk tea with egg pudding. At 25% sugar level, It was still a bit too sweet for me. Pudding was good but didn't have that much flavor.

The place has a few tables and chairs. A part at the side of the counter with the long couch doesn't get much a/c so It's better not to sit there. Also, they only have cakes here; No chicken, corn, etc.

Bakit puro girlie magazines lang ang available dito? Anyway, i never knew how lucky Jericho was until I saw this issue with Kim Jones at the cover while sipping my usual Honey Aloe. Tagal na rin pala since I dropped by here. Well, it's nice to be back. More magazines like this please!

I haven't tasted all of the flavors. But their service in this branch was fast, the place was clean. Maybe a bit smaller than the others. But if you're looking for a place to chill and relax in this side of town with a milk tea, or any kind of tea. You should try this for a change.
