Chef Jumbo & Zeg burger obviously got the same owner & if you're from Mandaluyong there's prolly a dozen. My point is one joint closes after the other & another re-surfaces in another spot. What's more intriguing & weird at the same time is instead of getting a warm comfy feeling that you usually get from food joint, these joint have bad vibes all around. First thing that you notice is their "news alert" warning the public of a former staff who now has a police record for stealing money. Mind you, this ain't the first staff who supposedly stole money. Second thing tnat you notice is the huge signs that tells you to remove motorcycle helmet & the premises has indeed a lot of cctv's. 3rd thing that you notice is the food that's not available.
As much as I wanna do a food review, it's really hard. This food joint has saturated the mandaluyong food scene so much that there's no go to branch that people can go forth with word of mouth advertisement.
Now let's talk about the food. All time fave is the t-bonesilog. Done tapa style with a sweet sauce.

Been seeing this place whenever I pass by Aglipay st on my way home. I'd been really curious since then and decided to give this a try with my cousins.
They have quite a number of varieties to choose from, so we're disappointed that most of them weren't available. Instead, they recommended us their basic one where we can customize our toppings and the size of the patty. I went for the 1/4 pound patty with lettuce, cheese sauce, and bacon for just Php130. My cousins just got the normal cheeseburgers. I also tried the Avocado smoothie.
We immediately noticed that red bun, that might be inspired by several burger joints. Red is the new black! But this is just a sort-of "colour it red" lang and nothing totally special about it. Also, the bacon was quite undercooked. I actually prefer burnt bacon for that crispy texture and to avoid that rubber-like feel to it. Burger patty was surprisingly juicy, but not as juicy as other burger joints. Not bad at all! Overall, it was good! My cousins seemed to like their choice of burgers too.
Avocado smoothie was meh. Feels like an avocado milkshake and at the same time, tastes really bland. Pilit na avocado!
Also, the place setup is like kanto freestyle-type of place. So, expect to share seats with the parked vehicles on the street.
Will still give this place a 4-star rating because of their affordable burgers.

A burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and cucumber plus chips that costs only P65. Tastes good but better if I ordered the quarter pounder. Haha.
