We had lunch here on 6/19 for Father's Day, and also a belated birthday celebration for our mom. The service was excellent it felt like we're the only customers even when the place was jam-packed.

For the food, I recommend you try their Binagoongang Lechon Kawali from their rice meals. I'm not fond of Kare-kare but our dad said it's the best he's tasted among all our food trips. My brother's family loved their sinigang, they ended up ordering more of its soup and agreed to pay additional 60pesos for it.

Overall, we're very much satisfied. The bill for 8 adults and 4 kids amounted to just less than 4k because of their Serye discount card. Note that we just got the card and were able to avail the discount right away so that's a plus.

Kudos, Serye! 128077128077128077

A bit of a disappointment. While the staff were very courteous and efficient, the food wasn't that great. The Binondo Sampler that consisted of fried dumplings, Cameron and lumping Shanghai all served with sweet and sour sauce was nothing grand although for a sampler there was plenty of it but, for me, it was just going for quantity over quality. The chicken and goto arozcaldo didn't fare any better. Best way to describe it is they didn't stew the rice too long. It was bland.

I was there for merienda. Maybe their full meals are better. Hopefully.

Was craving for Laing and Pinoy style Barbecue so I lured my family to having Easter lunch in Serye. Food's excellent and all, but the service was dead slow... Hence the -1 127775. But their Boneless Chicken Barbecue and Laing still holds a place in my heart. I just hope they improve the speed of service. 128516

I had very high expectations for this place. Some dishes like kare-kare, camote chips were not available. They were pushing the BBQ items but we just had Reyes BBQ the previous day in ATC. Food was ok but somehow it seemed that something was missing. My Mom who was with me said 'kulang sa linamnam'. So, there you go. All the dishes looked great, seemed adequate but they all lacked in flavor.

Late sweet breakfast at Serye.

I was overwhelmed with the choices and when I've already given my order, I thought Macapuno Pandan Cake and Tsokoccino were too sweet for a breakfast combo.

I was told that this cake is their bestseller, tho it doesn't seem so visually. When the cake was served, the natural aroma of the pandan leaves filled the air. I knew right away that I ordered something good. And when I tasted it, I regret nothing. Thankfully, the cake wasn't sweet and the icing and chiffon was so soft and light that it felt so guilt-free. I liked it.

I chose Tsokoccino because their Espresso's not available and I had to settle with the chocolate drinks. I assumed their other choco drinks were too thick and heavy so I opted for this, a "cappuccino-style hot chocolate with frothed milk." The frothed milk was weird but the drink itself was rich and tasty and I loved every sip of it.

I enjoyed my short stay in this resto because the place is classy even if it's located in the heart of Circle. Plus, the servers were so warm and kind and I was treated like a princess 128120

Love Serye because aside from their Filipino dish offerings, they also have this bakeshop they call the Manila Bakeshop which offers variety of pastries. We're surely going back for more especially that my dad said they have this delicious boneless crispy pata. Awesome!128076

macapuno pandan cake by Serye - If you like cake that is pandan flavored filled with coconut milk icing and topped with toasted coconut bits. this one's quite good and not too sweet

the place needs maintenance work done.
utensils and plates seems filthy and worn out. my coffee cup rim has chip marks. place overall seems dusty

All food items we ordered tasted terrible. The boneless crispy pata is worst! Super kunat ang balat and so bland. Kare-kare veggies is also terrible. You could hardly taste the peanut sauce. The crispy tilapia, lasang gilik! Don't go this this restaurant!

I ordered barbecue duo 2 which consisted to 1 pork barbecue and 2 pcs of chicken for P285 (but it costs around P300 with service charge). I loved the pork barbecue over the chicken. The sauce was strongly flavored and it complements the barbecue. I'm deducting a 127775 because it took a long time before the food was served (longer than 20minutes) considering there were only around 3 groups of people dining. However, the servers were very responsive to our needs. They occasionally filled our glasses with water without asking them to. Although the serving was big, I realized it was a bit pricy. I should've gone to yabu or something else for an additional P40-50. Anyways, I still think you should consider this place when you're in QC circle. 128522

Been away for the latter part of 2013 and had a blast but there's nothing like home sweet home.

Had lunch today at serye with a couple of family friends for a birthday. And in complete Filipino tradition there was pancit, BBQ pork and chicken and lumpiang shanghai.

First time in Serye in QC the place was okay clean and service was good. Although they brought out the food one course at a time and that's not usual, well for us, so we got impatient.

We ordered the family BBQ platter, the platter with all the fried foods (shanghai, pork and shrimp wanton, and deep fried shrimp), the longganisa pasta, miki-bihon, tokwat baboy and hototai soup. Everything was good and flavorful save the pasta there was the ommph factor that was missing.

Overall had a good and heavy lunch that was washed down with good tsokolate ah. Yumm. 128523128523127860127860127860

We ordered mocha vanilla, brownie ala mode, tsokolate frappe.

As their subtitle implies " Celebrating Filipino Coffee, Cuisine and Culture "

Yes, its true, their foods, coffees, and cakes are absolutely 100% filipino.

Actually Mocha Vanilla is their best seller cake that is made up of chocolate tablea and yes it taste like a tablea. Teas are also great, they had a cute pot... Oh i cant explain.. :(

Anyways, this is a must try restaurant!! 128523

Has the best-tasting Filipino food to offer! Their dinuguan is the best traditional one that I have tasted so far. The place is also great which makes family dinner dates better. Their boneless crispy pata and kare kare are also a must try. It is a bit pricey but every cent is worth it!128076

I have yet to taste their cakes and pastries and their desserts which really look good in the menus :)

The place is a bit pricy. I mean, for example, who charges P75 for a can of soda? 128176128176128176

But... Boneless Crispy Pata FTW!!!

I was a bit peeved because according to the menu it was P130/100 grams. But apparently, you had to order 500-700 grams. What set me off was that this wasn't indicated on the menu. Furthermore, I server suddenly came back from the kitchen and said only 800 grams of Pata was available. Are you serious?

The sisig was a disappointing as well. The serving was puny. And there waa barely any meat. -___-

Should I ever come back it would be to take-out their Boneless Pata, I don't think I want to dine-in in here anymore. 128542

Boneless Crispy Pata FTW!! Serye's Crispy Pata is soft, the skin is crispy and the inside pork part is so tender! One cup of rice wasn't enough for me. Kinda pricey but worth it 128522

Seryé would probably e one of my family's favorites when it comes to Filipino cuisine. And our personal favorites would be their oh-so-crsipy Crispy Pata and Kare-Kare. I mean, who doesn't? 128540

Ambiance - In their branch in Q.C. Circle is where we usually dine since it's the nearest in our place. Haha! It's really cozy for families. Maybe it's also because of the place itself where most are really just families.. Haha!

I would've given them at least 4 stars.. Or perhaps even 5 if it weren't for their price list. So, yeah. Their menu is a little bit pricey compared to most Filipino restaurants we have been. 11088

Quantity - I'd say, their serving is enough. But like what I've said.. It's pricey. I don't know if it's because they serve enough or what. (Okay, ang labo na.. Hahaha!) 128547

Service - They serve.. Well? Hahaha! I'm sorry, I'm out of words. 128513128566

Food Satisfaction - All I can say, I love their Kare-Kare the most. I love the consistency.. In some Filipino restaurants, it can be a little watery. But Seryé's Kare-Kare is thick an perfect! More rice for me! With bagoong! "Yammy!" -Coco Martin
