The food here is amazing. Great service as well. It's a shame it has to be in such a seedy area (there was a drunk foreigner yelling at the window while we were eating at 12 in the afternoon, haha). Wish they'd consider opening in other locations! The food is to die for. Best meal I've had in years.

If you're a shawarma fan, this is a good place to dine. Really tasty and affordable meals. What I like most are their keema and curry meals! Yum!

I love the food here. Most of the food I've ordered were grilled and seasoned well; always has that "Middle East" taste, haha. I think the place is authentic based on the customers that hang inside the restaurant.
PS: I love the spicy sauce and garlic sauce, put those 2 together and it's awesome sauce.

The servings are huge at this place! I first ate here when I was drunk. Haha! But then last time I wasn't, and I noticed that their meat is very tastey and juicy! However, I think their garlic sauce is a bit lacking, it's practically tasteless. Probably their meat, with Behrouz's garlic sauce and Ox Brain. That would be the perfect match! Haha! BTW, they don't serve Ox Brain here.

Tried one of the best shawarma place as they say in Ermita. Shawarma Snack Center proves its authenticity for Middle-Eastern cuisine as seen in the masisve influx of middle-easterners here. And of course, the fact that they don't put cheese in your shawarma.

We ordered their beef shawarma. Unlike the Pinoy style, theirs was not sweet and again, sadly for me, no cheese. However the taste was definitely still delicious! The taste comes salty and strong which is what a real shawarma should taste like.

I also applaud their generous serving. The patty was enormous yet it was stuffed with meat and veggies! Sulit na sulit talaga for only P99! If you order 3 shawarmas, they offer a barkada pack worth P250 only. For shawarma and kebab fans out there, you should definitely try Shawarma Snack Center. Are their any branches nearer QC?

Went here for dinner yesterday to catch up with a good college friend. If you were to base this restaurant's authenticity on the crowd that visits it, I would say this is legit because a lot of Middle East people were there, as well as Muslims, and Christians (like us) of course. 128077🏻128077🏻 Also, it's just a few steps from Rob Ermita's Department Store!

The place gets really crowded and we sure had a difficult time securing a table. And btw, we dined at the cheaper restaurant because #tagtipid. The Shawarma Snack Center has two branches facing each other. One is a more restaurant looking type (with higher prices) and the other a carenderia-ish type (cheaper, of course!) but with an air-conditioned area. There you'll see them grill the stuff and make your shawarma. You'll smell if you stay in the non-air conditioned area 128516

We got their Shawarma promo, 120php for three shawarma, and we chose two chicken and one beef. It was good! The tortilla was cooked well, not too charred to taste roasted. And they were generous with the serving size! You can also get their shawarma per piece at 55php (regular) and around 75php (special), the latter basically bigger and has larger meat slices. All in all I liked this shawarma (11088110881108811088️)! Cheap and really filling. Also, their garlic sauce was 128079🏻128079🏻. I love garlic!

We also got their Beef Kebab (11088110881108811088️). Three long pieces of beef meet, with the tomatoes and onions as sidings, and bread. I found the bread chewy though. Could it be slightly undercooked? We were able to finish it though. 128517128517 The meat was really full of spices and flavorful! 128523 Loved how it tasted, but found it weird that it was not actual beef meat chunks. They were ground beef. 128563 It tasted good and yummy parin though, so 128079🏻128079🏻. A good deal at 250php!

Song for that night....
My heart goes SHAWAWAWARMA, clapclapclap, shawarma in the morninggg! 127926127908127926127908 HAHAHA KBYE. #pushkoyan

I missed having some good shawarmas so I decided to trek to this place, a short distance from my house.

It's known to serve legit Middle Eastern food and judging by all the Middle Eastern people hanging out here, I'd probably say that's accurate. Haha.

I got their chicken shawarma promo (3 for about 250 pesos) to go. You order and pay at the counter and then you give the guy at the stand outside your receipt. The shawarmas aren't that meaty and "siksik" but they're delicious, and are definitely authentic!

I missed their Beef Kebab with Biryani. I was in Taguig that time and their branch at BF homes was closer. However, I remembered that their food is not as good as Malate Branch so I went on road rage just to get a good plate. Well, they did not disappoint. Service was quick and the staffs were also very friendly. The beef kebab with biryani was delicious and their Hummus was as good as Hossein's and half the price.

They say that the true gauge of how authentic a restaurant could be is the number of "local foreigners" eating. This time the arabs outnumber us on this little shawarma shack called shawarma snack center, it caters to our middle eastern friends that lives here in the manila, I ordered this mixed basmati rice combo which is a combination of chicken, kebab, and beef tenderloin. The chicken is done perfectly but the kebab is a little tough, on the other hand, the beef tenderloin is the one that stands out. Delicately spiced with the right tenderness, it goes well with the buttered basmati rice and grilled onion and tomatoes. Enjoy it while inhaling the sweet smell of sisha in the air.
