When craving for Xiao Long Bao, go to Shi Lin! I love the fact that there's a branch just near my office! 128525 What's also nice with most of their stores is you get to watch them prepare their dimsum from the glass window. While waiting for your orders to arrive, you just watch and stare at them while they prepare and create one of the awesome things ever created! 9786128523128076🏼

Shi Lin serves one of the best Xiao Long Bao's in Manila. It's reasonably priced too. 128077🏻

Their Fried Rice meals are also a hit, it's big enough to share. I would say value for money. Try their Fried Rice with Chicken Chop. 128516

My sister had a coupon or voucher from ensogo for a 1000 pesos worth for two here and we availed it last week. I ordered this beef noodle together with an order of a six pieces of Xiao Long Bao. It went well. Nothing spectacular for the beef noodles. I always loved their Xiao Long Bao here but this time it seems that they already prepared it earlier and reheated it when served. I even burnt my tongue from my first bite. I was that hungry for dinner after a day's work in the office. 128513

Since I'm currently struggling to avoid eating rice everyday, me and my officemates decided to have our lunch here. I'm glad that the place is not crowded when we got there since I've notice that its always jam-pack with people even when its not peak hours. Ordered Noodles with Pork and Shrimp Wanton and Passion Berry for my drink. I thought the food that I've ordered was not enough for me but turns out that it was too much and I have to force myself to eat all of it. 128541 My boss ordered the famous, Xiao Long Bao and it was really good! I think everything I ate there was really good though I am not quite happy with the service.. Took us three times to ask three different crew just for additional table napkins (given the place has few customers that time) One thing that caught my attention to that place was the glass kitchen where you can find the guys making the dumplings and stuffs 128522 So, minus one star because of the service but will definitely go back here to try more from the menu 128513128513128077

Nothing unusual. Food is so-so, good thing they have accommodating servers. Everything is just fine except for the xiao long pao. It's exquisite!

We ordered for 10 pcs Xiao Long Bao (P258) and Braised Beef Soup (P278). We asked that the soup be divided into two bowls. The Xiao Long Bao is so good specially with their shredded ginger and vinegar. I ate 7 of the 10 128522. I find the Braised Beef too spicy 128545 but its so flavorful. It will awaken you on a rainy sleepy Monday morning. I hope they have it without any chili in it.

We also ordered the Fresh Tofu (P135). It's so soft and silky. It's good with more of the sweet sauce on top. For our drink, I didn't like their Passion Berry tea (P65). I should have ordered for the plain one.

For dessert, we ordered Almond Jelly and Taro Bun (P98 each). We both liked the Almond Jelly but found the Taro Bun a bit bland.

It is worth giving several more visits to try their other offerings. Of course, Xiao Long Bao and Almond Jelly will be among our regular orders. 128516128077128079

Food's great. Price not that high. Just right. We'll be coming back here again, with a deal or not. 9786

Worth trying if you're in the area and looking to get a nice Chinese meal on a budget. Rice meals are best shared in order to afford a second or third dish within the tummy and wallet budgets. Xia long bau and shrimp/pork dimsum are safe orders while their passion iced tea is a refreshing complement.

I am so in love with xiao long bao specially when we tried it in Taiwan. I did not know that there is this place in the metro that serve the same delicious xiao long bao. Here in Shi Lin we tried their xiao long bao and it reminds me so much of the one that we had in Taiwan. It's like when you eat it, it melts in your mouth.

We also tried Noodles with vegetable and pork .Shredded vegetable and pork dumpling mixed with noodles and soup base. Which gives you a very comforting feeling once you eat it.

Lastly one of my favorite desert ever is the taro bun. The taro paste inside the soft bun is really the best. The creaminess of the taro paste really compliments the soft bun, that you never wanted to swallow it. :p

I am really glad we ate here at Shi Lin such a very great experience. Tantamount to the experience that we had in Din Tai Fung, Taiwan.

Xiao Long Bao 10pcs - 258
Noodles with Vegetable and Pork - 175
(you can ask the waiter to divide the bowl of noodles into two )
Taro Bun 2pcs - 98

I had been craving for Xiao Long Bao for a few days so at the first opportunity to eat out I searched the nearest restaurant serving soup dumplings. I was in BGC and found Shi lin on 4th street. As soon as I got there I got myself a table at the back and ordered. Shi lin did not disappoint. The Xiao Long Bao was tasty and tender and had just the right amount of soup. It probably isn't the best anyone's ever tasted but at that moment for me it was the best. I also tried their spinach and mushroom buns which was also very good. Service was incredible. It was during the lunch hour and the place was pretty busy but they waited on me and delivered my order really quickly. I will go back.

Forgive me for not being able to take a picture of their amaaaazing xiao long bao!!

Service is wonderful, and so is the ambience of the place. Shi Lin is actually in between the modern fusion of Chinese food and authentic Chinese food. And of course, their xiao long bao, it is really amazing. You'll love it! Price is good, food is great!

The ambiance with orange and yellow mood lighting gave a warm homey feel. Order came in within 5-10mins - had sticky fried rice, which is just the way i like it, the fried salt and pepper shrimp was cooked perfectly while the braised beef noodle just had enough spice that tickled my tongue. The serving for the foods ordered were good for 2-3people, but i could seriously finish one order of fried rice.

This is one Chinese place i would definitely come back to.

My son's Xiao Long Bao record is 24127881

When he craves for food, we frequent the same restaurant until he is satisfied and doesn't want to come back haha.

Food is really affordable here. Their noodle soup is also good. My son loves their spinach too, so hooray for having veggies he can eat.
