How do you like your xiao long bao without soup?

Normally a dependable place. Terribly off their game today. 8 out of 10 pieces were broken before I touched it. Oh well.

Had lunch with an officemate. Xiao long bao was ok, fried asado buns were ok but it felt very unhealthy of me to be consuming it. Spinach with garlic is steady also. Pork chop with fried rice- pork chop was dry and tasted boring. Fried rice was ok.

Slooooooow service, you have to ask everything one by one, from water, to bowls, to utensils, food came in late and it was not good at all, for Taiwanese food, theirs was bland, we had pork chops and chicken chops . The vegetable tasted like wash water, terrible terrible experience

this is my second time to visit the place and still I love how it was made.
it was good that they don't mix the soup with the noodles so you have control on it.
I just had this coz I will be seeing my good friends for late dinner. see yah!

The thing I love most about this restaurant is the price; they are relatively cheap and the portion is huge. Other Chinese food places I've tried are delicious yet too expensive for the portion, or if they are inexpensive they're not very flavorful. This restaurant serves delicious, extremely filling and very affordable food!

Our favorite food on the menu would have to be their Xiao Long Bao. The dumplings were filled with the right amount of soup and came out at the perfect temperature to eat right away without burning my tongue. They were soft, tasty and perfectly-sized. They're comparable to the ones served in Taiwan.

Our server also recommended the stir-fried broccoli which was really yummy. The broccoli was fresh and crunchy and wasn't heavily salted, which was a good thing. The pork and shrimp dumplings were delicious, and the Pepper Chicken was also tasty. I didn't love the vegetable and pork wonton soup because it tasted a bit fishy. Not sure why, but it was my least favorite.

Service was a bit brisk and cold but at least food was brought in a timely fashion and the staff was easy enough to wave down. Solid place overall and I would come here again soon.

Cheers
Mickey

Sundays mean family and food - lots of it! It's usually good food but today the only thing i extremely enjoyed in this restaurant are the mantao buns! This is a favorite of mine and am glad that they taste greeeat! I love them plain but the condensed milk gives it another flavor.

They ordered one for my lola until i arrived and ordered another one. I made converts!! They ordered three more! Btw, we were 30 people for this celebration. 128513

Xiao Long Bao! Too bad there's no buy 1 take 1 promo anymore. I like their xlbs. The fried rice on their rice topping is yummy too. Oily fried rice are awesome. The pork chop on top of it was just ok though.

My daughter really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. We had xiao long bao, noodles, rice and soup. Plus, it turns out that she has the look of an ideal endorser for such a Genuine Chinese restaurant. I imagine that one day she will have her own brand of hopia. :)

Mmm-hm! That xiao long bao was VERY GOOD! Same goes for the rest of our orders: Chili pepper chicken with fried rice, and deep fried mantou! It's rare that my boyfriend and I forget to talk while eating, but this time we did because everything was that delectable. 128077128079128079

Xiao long bao heaven?!
I don't think so.. Ive been hearing so much about their xiao long bao.. I even read a blog that gave them the top 1 spot for best xiao long bao in manila..

Maybe I expected too much.. Ive had better xiao long bao in other infamous authentic chinese restos..

But hey its not that bad.. Its good actually but not the best.. The wrapper is too thin and sticky and I was expecting more broth inside..

The funny thing is I also tried their other dumplings and it tasted the same lol just in different forms..

It was an ok experience 128513

Looking for delicious afternoon Yum Cha (Dim sum) in Metro, our foot leads us here, this is our first time to dine here, their staff welcomes us with a smile. Food is okay, beef noodles are a little salty for my taste, siomai is delicious, but Wai Ying siomai is far more salutary. There Xiao Long Bao is delicious, but I like Lugang Cafe Xiao Long Bao. Surprise me there Siomai has also soup inside lol. Their fried mantou ban is lusciously soft and crunchy outside perfect, for they're sweetened milk the best Fried Mantou Ban in town.

I had the foods to go, I wasn't just in the mood of eating alone. 128540

Xiao Long Bao, Deep Fried Asado Buns, and Fried Rice with Shredded Pork were what I had. I was suppose to order Spicy Spare Ribs too but for some reason I forgot to mention it to the staff and only realized it when the bill and the foods came. I didn't want to wait any longer so yea.

Everything was okay. I liked the Xiao Long Bao, the fried rice was too oily but still good. I liked the Pork Buns most! The sweet and meaty inside, ah, so good!

The xiao long baos today tears easily.

The bok choy in the picture didn't look fresh. A little over cooked for me.
