Friday nights are dinner date nights. We usually end up wherever our hungry stomachs lead us. We were supposed to try out the lego inspired burger place in the same building but there was a long waiting line.

We were cheerfully greeted by the staff and led to our table. I had a hard time deciding on what to order. The choices were endless so I zeroed in on their specialties.

On the table
🔹Spicy Tuna Salad - tuna sashimi tossed in a creamy sauce and topped with tempura bits. This was so addicting! Portion is good for sharing.
🔹Katsudon - hubby was happy with this. It was pretty ok.
🔹Curry Rice - I was expecting this to be served as a rice topping. It wasn't the prettiest sight but it sure tasted good. It lacked that spicy kick I expected from curry sauce. The shredded side salad was topped with the usual yummy roasted sesame dressing.

Both rice meals cane with piping hot tasty Miso Soup.

Although the restaurant was bustling with diners, there were enough attentive servers to address our needs. They were cheery and helpful.

I liked the artwork on the walls showcasing different people and markets. I loved the mismatched plates and bowls too.

Great food, ambience and service. Happy to have accidentally stumbled into this Japanese restaurant.

*no elevator, stairs located at both ends of the building
**more parking behind the building, unpaved, limited light

Good food. Good service. Nice to have an above average Japanese restaurant just around the corner.

Had lunch here on a saturday. Easy to find and nice place. Most of the tables were taken and yet it was quite quiet. Good place to relax on a saturday lunch. The food was served hot. Ebi tempura quality was good. Gyoza and sauce was very good. Fried rice was great and lots of ingredients. Blueberry cheesecake was delicious!

I would like to give a review of this place near us. This newly opened japanese resto along C.raymundo is making its name fast! The food is great.their menu has a unique line up for us to try.

Will be recommending their ebi tempura to be biased with my favorite.:) but other than that will definitely try the other selections.

Addition to that, the interiors are cozy and authentic of japanese culture are shown off.128079🏼
