Went here after a friend recommended the place. The ambience is nice- cozy, homey feel. The food is great. Ordered the Garlic mushroom pasta, taco salad, and the mango cheesecake.. The pasta was almost perfect, with al dente noodles with just the right amount of salt. Would have preferred this with some fresh basil. The mango cheesecake was ok. Not too sweet, and I could definitely taste the cream cheese. Did i mention this was just supposed to be a snack? Haha! Plus points to the staff for being so accommodating despite us coming an hour early from their usual opening time.

It feels like the kind of home you want your visitors to come to, and the food they serve were as humble as the ambiance but really delicious. I loved it here and I will be coming back for the third time.

In a house turned restaurant owned by a good family and tastefully decorated like a small coffee house, you expect nothing less than good Cebu comfort food. And that's what you get here!
Their Baby Back Ribs are comparable to Casa Verde, the meat is tender and melts in your mouth and it's topped with their own delicious sauce. I also love their lengua! The sauce is just right and you'll definitely want to finish everything till the last bite. The Garlic & Mushroom Pasta is simple and understated but not bad at all. They don't have to add the cheese shavings on top but it didn't ruin the dish so I didn't bother to complain.
The Mango Cheesecake was heaven on a plate but the highlight of the desserts was the Brownie ala Mode. I swear I think this is the best "homemade" version I've had yet. The brownie was hard on the outside but soft on the inside and it was just a hot and cold part in my mouth. Haha! Service is very good too, in case I haven't mentioned.
With the main dishes costing around P150-200, you could have the fullest meal at way less than P1000. I know we do. There's no one left to deny it, you just can't beat Cebu prices!
A lot of people say it's a Cebu secret because it's not overly publicized and still, a lot of people know to go here. There are times when you can't get a table! Just some times. But any chance you get to eat here, make sure you don't miss out!
Pro Tip: The Stuffed Rack of Pork has red wine reduction shiitake mushroom sauce and even if people say it's a doped up Cordon Bleu, the meat is very tender and worth the 220 price tag
