From their soups down to the desserts, everything is consistently good, lovely and yummy!! Okok. Here are may favourites:

☄Tom Yum
☄Prawn cakes - !!
☄Chicken satay - not a fan of satay but I liked their version
☄Green chicken curry
☄Beef curry - but I think all their curries are good!
☄Pad Thai
☄Takhoo sakhoo - I didn't like this in my first try but it grows on you
☄Banana fritters w/ coconut ice cream
☄Citrus juice - (sorry I forgot the exact name) This is a simple drink (water + citrus fruits) but its very refreshing and so is the perfect companion for every dish in this place

Do yourself a favor, go forth and dine at Simply Thai 128521

Was craving for some pad thai a few weeks back so we decided to have lunch at Simply Thai.

Pad Thai - P360
Their pad thai was good. Although I prefer it to have a bit more sauce. 128513

Pandanus Chicken - P360
5 pieces of coconut marinated chicken wrapped in pandan leaves. I really loved the chicken! It was fried really well and the marinate was spot on!

Cha Pu Panaeng Beef Curry - P430
Loved their beef curry! 128525 The beef was so tender and the sauce was also delicious. 128077🏼

Pat Bung with Crispy Pork - P310
It's their version of lechon kawali with binagoong kangkong and it was quite good. But maybe I'm just biased. 9996🏼️ Because I love lechon kawali, kangkong and bagoong. 128525

Everytime we visit Simply Thai, it's a given, majority of the diners are foreign nationals. I guess this is one of their go to places for Thai cuisine.

I like the ambiance of the place and the service is good.

We had Chicken Satay, Pad Thai, and Khao Kluk Kapi (aka Bagoong Rice).

As always, presentation was nice which makes the food more appetizing! 11088110881108811088️ for that one!

For the food

- Chicken Satay was good. The meat was cooked perfectly as it was very tender and moist! I also 128525 how it was presented!

- For the Pad Thai, presentation again was nice! Flavor not so much 128528 and the noodles were a bit soggy for me. If it was not for the lime, the flavor would totally be bland. 128529.

- The Bagoong Rice was a disappointment for me 128529128529128529. Again, the presentation was nice and looks appetizing. For the taste it was not as what I expected. Another comment which me and my friend agreed on was that the rice was a bit dry. Although I tried my best to evenly mixed the sides (sweet pork and shredded egg and green mango) together with the shrimp paste rice, the dryness of the rice had overpowered the other flavors.

Will I visit again? I may still, but not a top choice I guess. Overall, for this specific visit, it's just a 1108811088️ for me.

Just a last comment, the CR was clean and nice, considering it's communal. 128077🏻

First time here which is weird since it's really near my office 128517 It's not inside GB1 so that might also be one of the reasons...Also, I hardly ever crave for Thai food and can't really eat anything too spicy.

Anyways, Yina M was craving Pad Thai yesterday & Kirby G was also G for Thai food so we agreed to try this place out... Here's what we had :

128205Thai Fresh Rolls @240 - Glass noodles with fresh veggies rolled with shrimp - pretty good, the wrap was thin and fresh, yummy with the dip.

128205 Cinnamon Pork Ribs @320 - Honey barbecued ribs - I loved the sauce, very tasty but the pork was a little overdone for me.

128205Tod Man Kung - Prawn Cakes @325 - Pretty good with their yummy sweet chili sauce 128523

128205Chicken Pad Thai @360 - Thai style flat noodles with tofu, chicken, bean sprouts wrapped in an egg net

128205 Takhoo Sakhoo @200 - My favorite Thai dessert! 128523 Tapioca pearls with coconut in pandan cups - it would have been even better if it was served chilled.

Hmmm...I guess we were really hungry because we finished everything we ordered 128541 (including 2 cups of rice)... Pretty satisfied first time customer! Service was good and there's free WIFI to boot...

We were craving for pad thai so we decided to go back here. I didn't have high expectations because the last time I visited it was not impressive. But I was pleasantly surprised! From the appetizers, papaya salad, chicken satay, fresh spring rolls to the main dish of green chicken curry, cinnamon pork ribs, fried tilapia, it was all good. Even my friends who are not fans of thai food were happy with what we ordered. We finished with fried banana and mango with sticky rice, a sweet ending to a pleasant dinner with friends. The prices are typical of restaurants in this area, when you see how the food is presented you get an idea of the price. Will go back.

Had lunch with wifey today and we were both craving Thai food we were walking around greenbelt and we saw simply Thai. ( one of the few restaurants we went when we were still dating).

We ordered beef in red curry, chicken satay and crispy catfish in chilis. We also ordered a pitcher of citrus and herbs.

Over all the food was ok. ( we still prefer people's palace). Enjoy the weekend!

A lot of people were saying how good their Sweet Sticky Rice w/Mango is. So my family and I tried it, and it was good! Not that reminiscent of those in Thailand but could very well match up to that. The rice was indeed sticky with sweet notes. Pour the coconut cream in plus add some mango slices for that full on Thai dessert.

And oh, being a backlog post, we got a free complimentary Mother's Day treat. Tapioca Pearls! Yum! Yeah, dessert overdose you might say 128540

Good food. Get the phad thai and green chicken curry. Chicken satay is a good appetizer. The salads are bright, tasty, and well-portioned (I tried my friends' krabi salad and pomelo salad; both good). The noodle dishes took forever to come out, though. The pad seiw was bathed in soy sauce and too salty.

On the food: THIS Pomelo and Squid Salad was an excruciating experience for my brother and I. Texture was not balanced as it had too many whole nuts and crunchy mini shrimps, mixed together with big chunks of pomelo, some gummy strings of squid, not to mention the cubed cucumber and red onions. Did I mention it was spicy, too? Sorry, I forgot to add that bit, as they forgot to add that bit in the menu, probably as much as how the impatient wait staff failed to tell us.

Pad thai was good enough, though. But the pomelo and squid salad was a really bad start to the service.

Good thing I loved the interiors of the restaurant.

Thai Cuisine is LOVE. First time to eat here and we super loved it. Just like other Thai restaurants they serve the best curry food. We ordered the ff: Thai Green Curry, Thai Beef with Basil, Tom Yum Kung soup and Thai Milk Tea. Ambiance is perfect and we loved the interior. 128077

Ordered Phuket Kung Sarong, Thai Chicken Satay, Tom Yum and Pad Thai.

SUPER ENJOYED THE FOOD HERE. Simple and pretty presentation!128077 Chicken satay was very tender and tasty! 128513 Pad Thai was also gooood! Loved that their servings are generous and they don't tipid us! 128540 Our favorite was their Phuket Sarong which is like camaron or tempura but instead of flour the prawns were deep fried and wrapped w dragon noodles! Hayyy sarap!!! The prawns were big and really flavorful!!! Enjoyed it sooooooooo much! 10084

BUT service was not so good. Servers were not nice plus it's hard to get their attention. Also, the place was kinda warm. 128527
