"We are Pares" -- the famous line from The Breakup Playlist.
After watching that movie, I began to crave for Pares too and luckily, there was a nearby establishment to get this from.

Whenever I am craving for Beef Pares and Chilled Taho, Sinangag Express is my go-to place. I have eaten in many food stores or "karinderia" which serves this however, nothing can compare on how their Pares satisfies my cravings.

They also have a variety of Silog meals to choose from. And the prices are reasonable. You have to get your own utensils though and the condiments / "sawsawan" are readily available on your respective tables.

If you want a place to dine in wherein people are just there to enjoy good food, I suggest that you go to this place. Best enjoyed with barkada, officemates, family, friends and that special someone.

I ordered the tapsilog and their chilled taho. It wasn't like "omg so good!" But it is pretty good and I love their spicy vinegar and chili oil sauce. It's a good spot to eat after a night out since it's open 24/7 (not sure about this branch tho, the one near La Salle is).

We were craving for tapsilog and the best place to go was Sinangag Express which is actually open for 24 hours! :) Yipeee! It was my first time to eat at this branch.

We ordered Tapsilog for P65 and Special Iced Tea for P25. The tapsilog was really delicious! The beef tapa was yummy and served as flakes. I also liked the sinangag because it was not too oily and salty.

To complete our Sinangag Express trip, we ordered Chilled Taho for our dessert which costed P25. The taho has sago and served with cold syrup.

I will come back and have their Tapsilpog again or even try their Pares Special! :)

Super cheap breakfast food! Try their tapa which is more like shredded beef together with their signature iced tea :) budget per person is around P60 :)

Midnight (snack), strike that, Meal.... Despite the calories and cholesterol from the egg, fried viands and margarine rice --- it's still a delicious sanctuary for nocturnal foodies :)

YUM

Oh and this branch sells Korean ice cream, about the same price as in Korea! The fish ice cream is 40 bucks which is about 1000 won back in Seoul. Wow galing talaga!
