Rating this for the Fried Chicken alone. It has a distinct taste that shouts Sincerity. Very Tender and Juicy inside. Even the white meat is so flavorful.

I just hope they develop some sauces that can compliment this better than just plain old ketchup.

We also tried the Sincerity Fried Rice but the Chorizo is so overpowering that you would'nt be able to appreciate their Signature Sincerity Fried Chicken if you pair them. Stick to plain rice instead.

Crab and Corn Soup.. Meh.. Waste of Money. ☹️

Went on a food crawl all throughout Binondo with my friends a couple of months ago so the next series of reviews will cover that! :) I hope this helps anyone who’s planning a Binondo food trip choose which restaurants to check out.

Our first stop was Sincerity Restaurant at Lucky Chinatown Mall. We chose this branch so that we could easily park and leave the car. Parking in Binondo is quite difficult but this mall is one of the most convenient places to do so. After that, just walk your way through your list of places to eat.

When at Sincerity, you can’t skip the Sincerity Fried Chicken! A whole chicken will only cost you and your group 300 pesos and since this was a food crawl and we wanted to try the specialty of each restaurant, that worked for us! It was really good. Super crispy and it tasted great, not too salty for me either. I was scared that I would be disappointed as that usually happens for me and food which is highly rated on social media, etc. but I really did like this dish.

Something that this place could improve on I guess would be their service, it was a bit slow considering that it wasn’t packed and we didn’t order a lot. The bill took a while to settle as well so a bit of an adjustment in that aspect could help.

I seldom get out of my comfort zone (BGC) so I am not familiar with other places. When my boyfriend and I decided to go to Divisoria for small shopping, he brought me to this place saying that the chicken is delicious. He was right! It was very delicious. Even their spring rolls is palatable. The only reason that kept me to rate 5 stars is because of their space and service. Their food is good so they should give more room to accomodate the people coming in. The service is quite slow plus when we asked to pack our food for take out, the server immediately packed it right then and there with the plastic from his pocket. Anyway, the greatness of the food makes you overlook the service and space. You will still enjoy eating there!

[Sorry for the low quality photos, I had the food for takeout so they had no plating 128542]

My mom told me she won't be cooking tonight, and since I was in the Binondo area for a meetup with a former colleague, I volunteered to buy dinner for us. I suddenly craved for fried oyster cake, so I looked for a restaurant in Lucky Chinatown Mall that carries this yummy dish.

I remembered that they have this in Sincerity, so I dropped by before heading home. My mom told me to buy 2 dishes, so I had the liberty to choose another dish. These were my orders:

✔ FRIED OYSTER CAKE (Small - Php 200) - 11088110881108811088
They have two sizes for this, and the bigger sized one is at Php 250. The waiter told me that the small one is already good for 2-3 people, so I chose that even if it's just a 50-peso difference if I choose the large size. The chewiness of the oyster cake was evident, and the freshness and "sweetness" of the plentiful oysters all over the dish did not disappoint. The beansprouts gave the dish a nice crunch, too. The dish can get a bit cloying when you eat a lot, so make sure to order this for sharing! 128516

✔ BBQ SPARERIBS (Php 150) - 11088110881108811088
The waiter told me that their version is more of the asado (thinly sliced pork) type, and not the usual spareribs with the bone still in it. This is also one of their best sellers (according to the menu), and indeed, it tasted so good! A more flavorful and smokey take on your usual asado, Sincerity's BBQ Spareribs' meat is so tender and succulent, you love each bite of it. The sauce was also a nice addition. 128076 Ahhh! So yummy! One thing they have to improve on is the serving size, as the 150-buck dish only has 6-7 pieces of meat!!! 128557 Super bitin!

The dishes were great, but it would've been better if we ate them while they were hot. I got home at around 3pm, and we did not reheat the dishes anymore when we had dinner.

The restaurant area was quite limited, and was jampacked even at around 2:30 pm. The waiter who assisted me was attentive and courteous. I remember looking into the store a couple of times while waiting (I sat outside), and when he caught me looking, he'd mouth, "Wait lang po ma'am, __ minutes na lang po." 128584 Haha. I wasn't try to rush them, I was just worried they would not be able to see where I'm at.

Overall, this is a great place to get your Chinese casual dining experience, for an affordable price. 128077

Winner ung fried chicken and Sincerity fried rice 128077128523
Oyster Cake ok lang
Duck Miswa Soup ... order this if you like the taste of boiled duck soup/broth with a hint of star anise. As for me ,uhh uhmm hindi ko type ang timpla. Imagine matabang na version ng mami soup.
Lesson learned, don't rely too much on dish recommendations from food reviews.
Total bill : P640. Pwede na, 2 kami nagshare sa meal.
Minus points coz service was bad. Its like the waiters are just looking past you when you try to call their attention..

A typical chinese family who started up a small resto holding on to a vision of wanting to serve amoy dishes here in Manila. Ofcourse we tried almost all their house specials.
Let me start the review
Sincerity fried chicken, it was ok. Freshly cooked, crispy and juicy, but seems like it's just a typical fried chicken. Nothing really special about it. The fried oyster cake, seemed to had too much of flour or baking soda which made the oyster extra gooey, but the taste is just fine. I loved the misua soup, it was flavorful. The broccoli is cooked perfectly too. The staff continued to be very accommodating and had smiles considering the place was so busy when we dined.
Overall, i'd say it's good but not really worth waiting in line.

Haven't eaten here for a long time now. I grew up eating there friedn chicken, so it brought back a lot of childhood memories.

Nothing has change. Chicken were still crunchy and full of flavors while the oysters cake/omellete is still as chewy as it used to be.

Long long long overdue. I think I went to Binondo late October to hopefully register as voter in Lucky Chinatown's mobile registration site. Very disappointing to know that I don't belong to their district so.....my efforts to go there was wasted. My bad not theirs for not checking the website in advance.

Food was the next agenda so I went straight to Sincerity after strolling the mall looking for interesting restaurants in Lucky Chinatown from | reviewers. Not much reviewers in the area i must say 128517

I chose Sincerity because I loved their fried chicken when I last tried it in their main branch. Not bad for the price of around 200bucks for half a chicken...

Again this is a Chinese restaurant so i have to shut off my radar for quality customer service. They seem a fastfood type of restaurant based on the layout and designs so better focus on the food. Bad thing about this visit is my order arrived too late, I had to follow it up at least 2-3 times! No good for a person whose hangry!

When it arrived, it was underwhelming. Not as good as I remembered how much I praised each bite of it before... 128557128557128542128542 Chicken was juicy and the taste still seeped into the meat but overall it's not super good anymore. I'd commend the meat's juicy texture though.

Asking for my bill was another 10-15 minutes. Too much waiting that day means I might not be going back to this branch. 🙃🙃

I enjoyed their best sellers sincerity chicken and chami. Unlike other fried chcken of other restaurants, the flavor of sincerity really goes deep into the meat itself. It is spicy and flavorful and theres no newd for dip because it is so tasty. Plus the bite sized cuts make it easier to consume. The chami is also good. Its got a lot of meat, seafood and veggies making it a treat as well.

Last Aug 21.. Yes its a holiday and its a great time to be back in Manila (after almost 2 years.. Missing this place a lot). I have spend 1 1/2 years in Binondo, where i was assigned (before Ortigas). My workmates are very generous to introduce me to different restaurants in Manila (teary eyed.. The place we'll dine will depend on me. Where i haven't dine in yet).

Sincerity is a favorite of mine. My first dining experience in Sincerity is in their Original branch (in Yuchengco St). Its an old and small place, but the vintage feeling is always the best. Happy to know that they have a branch in Lucky Chinatown Mall. No need to visit their original place, and we happened to be in a nearby shopping mall.

I always thought of their chicken.., haaay! Small cuts yet so tasty! Its flavorful taste is something I missed. A unique taste 128077 of course, aside from chicken, i have staple orders here: Oyster cake ( oyster, bean sprouts, veggies in an omelette) , kikiam, and sincerity fried rice

Ambiance: better since this is inside a mall.
Service: attentive waiters. Orders were taken while waiting.
Food: well.. Its my favorite! Definitely 2 thumbs up

Had to try Sincerity cafe based on reviews i read . So we had lunch there kanina .
Its in Lucky Chinatown Mall (Main) gF by the side entrance near Chatime and before reaching ShiLin.
Lucky Chinatown seems to be the mid to high end Binondo mall with branded boutiques and no tianggehan .
Table for 4 , at 11.10am the place was packed and we were 4th in line .
Our order was taken within.5 minutes and within 20 minutes we were seated and 10 minutes later our orders we brought to our table . Not bad, 35 minutes including wait for a free table till chow time . Quick service , questions answered, even queries on what size of order to make were answered honestly . Also, I adjusted my order to of the fried chicken to Whole a few minutes into the wait which was easily addressed.
The food .
Fried Chicken , very good , just as reviewed . Juicy and tasty and Not too oily , doesn't need gravy or ketchup +++++
Oyster cake , more of an oyster omelette , just ok , not too great , lacked seasoning , had to use ketchup . +++
Chami - ok but didn't taste chinese hmmm. +++
Lumpia shanghai - served freshly fried crisp outside and tender inside with a great spicy sweet sour sauce ++++
Sincerity Fried rice - just ok , not great , ill try the yang chow FR next time +++

Next time will try the kikiam and fried frogs legs. Hehe

Overall 4 Stars , perfect lunch after the bargaining battles at 168 and 999 malls .

We've been going here since I can remember. All time favorites - Fried Chicken, Oyster Cake and Ngoyong. It's a good thing they already have a branch in Lucky Chinatown Mall, as parking can be difficult in Yuchengco.

In every bite of the kikiam, you can actually taste the hint of wansuy (coriander) complimenting the pork filling. The fried chicken was also good, the flavor was deep down into the bones. Mura pa! :)
