It's cool that Sincerity, a Binondo staple, opened up in a perfect part of QC area. Magnolia, being at the edge of QC and adjacent to San Juan, is full of people who love Chinese food. I should know... I co-own a franchise of a resto in this mall, and I was originally from this 'hood.

I'd never eaten here but I hear of its being an institution in Binondo so finally my wife and I decided to try it... And we liked it a lot, especially for the price!

Must order:
Sincerity Chicken (half chicken for PhP 160, $3) - breaded chopped chicken with a lightly sweet savory marinade. 1108811088110881108811088 This is value for money good! They serve both ketchup and a sweet gravy. Both work well. But I like the gravy slightly more than the ketchup.

Oyster Cake PhP 200 for small, PhP 250 for large ($4) - light crunch outside, vegetables and oysters inside. With the usual red spicy sauce to complement. I've had the one of Mann Hann and Coral Garden and this one can stack up well. Incredible price for the small one. 110881108811088110881/2

Sincerity Chami PhP 110 ($2), dry thick noodles with pork, shrimp and veggies on top. It's just so-so, too bad, when you put the resto name on it, it better be kick ass. 110881108811088

Fried Rice PhP60 ($1) for one cup. I like the Chinese sausage (or chorizo) mixed well throughout.

I had this at Magnolia's food court which has pretty good an ambience. It's been overtaken by SM Aura and HITW for style but this one is still good 6 years later after its opening.

Another staple binondo restaurant that found its way onto San Juan. Ask any expert foodie at binondo and sincerity would always pop up among top 5 recommendation.

Best seller was their fried chicken and oyster omelet though i think the flavors was not what it used to be. Still glad this good ole resto was still around.

We ordered chinese kikiam, yang chow and sotanghon. We did not order chicken today because we just had chicken. Sarap ng kikiam nila! A bit too small and not as packed as Maki Haus but still yummy especially the sauce! My son also loved the sotanghon!
