SUPER WORTH IT!! 128077🏼

Just a week after our Rodem visit, another Korean night with Mommy and Ony!! 🇰🇷

I've been wanting to eat here but the place is always full and waiting time is no joke. Last time, we tried Rodem and wasn't that satisfied. We've heard a lot of good reviews about this place so we're excited to have dinner here.

We arrived at around 7pm and we were 5th on the list. It's my first time seeing the place inside and it was surprisingly small. The whole area is big but the space allotted for eating is small. Around 7-8 tables only. But I think they also have tables inside. We waited for almost an hour just to be able to get a table. Note that they have a cut off, 9:30pm. They won't be accepting new customers anymore after that. So if you're still waiting for a table and it's 9:30 already, you have no choice but to leave. 128557128557128557

Anyway, you must know that waiting time and the line here is usually long. So be ready to wait, bring baon if you can, eat something light (you must not be super hungry!) or be extra early so you don't have to wait that long.

FOOD: We had the combination of beef & pork for just 350++ (not more than 400 per head). Super sulit since you get to enjoy beef and pork. Tasty and tender and not too thick. You can request for salt & pepper to season them, or none at all because the meat was already good and you can prepare your own dip/sauce. Plus unlimited side dishes, lettuce and soup. You have to order rice if you want for around 50 pesos per cup. 128513128077🏼

SERVICE: Service was just okay. Not bad but not super good.

‼️ There's no time limit so some are staying a bit longer than usual. Not that it's wrong but it's super annoying. There was a big group that was occupying two tables. They're done eating already, just talking with each other and they won't leave! Even the staffs were waiting for them to leave. 128563 It's annoying because they're done already and they can see that a lot are waiting in line but they're not leaving. So insensitive! They were already almost done when we arrived and when we left the place, they were still there. 128545 Maybe they can do something about this. Maybe set a time limit, doesn't have to be one hour but they just have to do something about it!!! Or post a reminder on the wall? 128530

At first glance of the entrance and the actual place, I was really doubtful if this restaurant would serve something wonderful. Yes, I judged the place by seemly looking at its yellow sign from outside. But then again, I had been proven wrong.

Sing-sing Meat Shop is a Korean Barbeque Grill restaurant inside BF Homes Parañaque. They serve unlimited pork, unlimited beef or a combi of it for a very affordable price. We ordered the combi of samgyupsal and the beef. The unli meat comes along a variety of side orders which you they will refill thrice. Apart from that they serve soup, ettuce and a free Iced Coffee drink. I really liked the Iced Coffee drink, too bad they only serve it once.

As for the ambiance, the place is really simple. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back the next time and recommend it to friends and family.

I read a featured article here on |ooloo on how this is such a bomb place to get Korean. Sam won's closing has left a big hole to fill in our hearts and we are always on the lookout for a good replacement.
Sing sing is right beside Sensei sushi so parking is a bit limited. Arrived there around 1130 for lunch and luckily there was a slot right in front (and under their awning too). Place is very non descript, just two tables and some more at the back but it's more of a traditional Korean set up where you've to sit on the floor. We decided to get a table since sitting on the floor will restrict your stomach capacity methinks 128517
If I remember correctly, 599 (or 499) is eat all you can all beef with three kinds of beef, 299 is all samgyeupsal and 380
Is the combination. Grabe what a steal so we got the 380 eat all you can plus one rice each which is 50. So total we only paid 430 each! 128561
Our server was polite and quiet, she set up the cooking utensils etc and when the meat came, it was a mountain of meat! Believe me! Hubby and I were like, seryoso??
Since we are dumb dumbs in cooking, we let her cook the meat and we just specified that we want it a bit crispy.
Side dishes were rolled egg, meatballs, leek salad, kimchi of course, pancake and 2 kinds of soup.
Overall, it is pretty good! I mean for 380 cmon, that's just a single serving of meat at other restos! Needless to say we were super full and we didn't ask for any seconds though everything is eat all you can except the rice.
It's just a bit stuffy inside so dress appropriately 128516 will definitely be back!

This was Saturday Night's battlefield. 128074

My best friend was home for the weekend, and we planned a mini food crawl with some other friends, including Chachi L and Ruth D.

We were five, and we ordered unlimited samgyeopsal and beef for 380php per head. It included two pots of soup (one spicy, kimchi soup, i think), lettuce, egg rolls, pajeon (korean pancake), ground beef rolls, kimchi, and veggie salad (looked like leeks with kimchi?). Also included was a glass of drink for each of us - we asked for iced coffee. Three of us (me included) ordered exta rice (for additional 50php each).

"Mahina ang contenders!" said one of our friends to a friend overseas who was asking how the food crawl went.

We only had two servings of meat, one of each soup (not sure if we can ask for another serving), and two servings of the sides, except kimchi. If I understood it correctly, we were entitled to unlimited meat, three servings of sides, two of lettuce, and one serving of drink.

Though the server didn't really look enthusiastic, she helped us cooked the meat, and immediately attended to our requests.

Had a great time catching up with friends, and indulging in those meat strips and sides! 128522

From bookmarked to favorite - this restaurant was not only able to satisfy my cravings for samgyeopsal, but also exceeded my expectations! The restaurant is beside a Korean grocery store, which I think is good if you're waiting for seats to be available, or if you're craving for Korean ice cream after your meal (We didn't check it, though). We arrived on a Sunday lunch around 1pm. We were expecting that the place is full and that we're gonna have to wait. But luckily, as we entered, we were immediately assisted to our seats. The restaurant doesn't look like much upon entrance. The first thing you'll see is their meat display (not too decent looking also). But as we moved closer to the seats, the place looked a lot better - the tables are low, and you have the floor as your chair. (Although they have a room that had the usual tables and chairs) We then ordered the unli pork + short plate (P380), including the sides, plus 2 cups of rice (P50 each). As we sat down, the side dishes started coming. One thing I liked about the place, they aren't stingy! The set includes lots and lots of sides (check the photo)! The serving for the meat was a lot! Just looking at it makes you feel hungrier, as if you're not going to stop eating at all. The meats were delicious, but I liked the beef better than the pork, since the pork pieces were sliced thicker than usual (and they were hard to bite or break into half so you have to eat them as a whole piece). Service was excellent. Ask for anything and they'll be able to give it in a minute. The setting of our lunch was good. The place wasn't too hot (I didn't have to tie my long hair during the meal). Overall, this place did a good job filling our tummies without emptying our pockets.

Most affordable Korean buffet in BF Homes. The side dishes are really good too. Although there's a limit with how many side dishes they would serve, the meat is unlimited. Their sauce is good and authentic.

Ambiance may be a bit lacking, but the food definitely isn't! Unlimited samgyeopsal (grilled pork belly!) served with side dishes, korean pancake, and 2 kinds of soup (all unlimited!) for just 299 pesos? Yes please! The weather is hot but this place is definitely a must visit! #50kSummerGiveaway

A meat shop that has enough space to cater to some dine-in guests. A couple of tables are beside the chopping table actual slabs of meat are cut. I personally did not mind that.

The food. They offer unli samgyupsal for 299php and unli samgyupsal plus short plate, which are thinly sliced pork strips for 380php per head. It comes of course with side dishes, such as soups and kimchi. Fresh lettuce leaves are also included, similar to most Korean restos. You can also ask for them to be repleshed. Excellent pricing!

The staff cooked the meat for us. Service is neutral. Nothing really special. We did not have to wait to be attended to, though. The place could use some improvement in terms of ventilation with all the grilling that happens inside. Then again, this is tolerable and still enjoyable. No need to increase. Pricing for this. ;)

I like this place and have already recommended to friends to try!

Met up with a friend in the South and she was craving for Korean food. She requested if we can have a good Korean meal for lunch so I searched for possible options and this restaurant caught my attention. They offer unlimited samgyupsal (pork) for P299. Sounds like a good deal, right? 🤔

Sing Sing is actually a meat shop but half of their space is allocated for the restaurant. Simple set up where they have two tables with a grill in the middle. They also have more tables at the back but we didn't want to stay there since you'll have to sit on the floor throughout your meal. 128517

We found out they also offer a mix of Unlimited Beef Short Plate and Samgyupsal for P380 per person only. We opted for that instead of just the samgyupsal. It already includes a variety of side dishes (banchan), spicy tofu soup, beef soup and lettuce. All refillable too! What is SULIT!!! 128077🏼 The meat were thinly sliced, cooked well done and uber crispy. Saraaap!

Their staff was there cooking for us the whole time. All we had to do was finish eveything she puts on our plate. Nakaka-pressure though and feeling ko she was eavesdropping. 128514

Make sure you don't overorder the unlimited meat. They charge P300 for leftovers.

Be prepared to smell like smoke or grilled meat after you eat. They don't have exhaust inside. 128554

Hooray for unli-beef and unli-samgyeopsal! As i've said a few times before, no one knows their meat better than a meatshop. So its only fitting that this korean meat shop grills their own meat as well. Kasingsarap ng Masarap (another meatshop that does the same)!

I like the quality of the pork and beef, and how they grease the grill with pork (or beef) fat. Could that somehow add to the flavor? Their banchan includes soups made from soybean paste and a clear broth. The geranjjim (steamed egg in a pot) is a welcome addition too. And I do have to say that their beef bulgogi and japchae is excellent! 128077128077128077

Another great korean bbq place along aguirre.
