This gallery features art works of contemporary Filipino artists depicting Philippine History. Each canvass shows the highlights of how our nation's independence was gained. It also shows our heritage and culture, our heroes that fought for our nation's freedom, and our past and present Presidents and leaders.
Though the gallery is quite small, it is full of knowledge that is good for children and all students so they can be proud of their origins, and to be able for them to have a sense of patriotism.

This is a really, really late review. I was just too lazy to post a review about this gallery. Anyway, there was this one time that I was kind of lazy to go to class, so, the H and I hung around Gateway and Cubao X while waiting for my call-time for a rehearsal. I've been meaning to ask him if he wanted to check out this gallery somewhere in Gateway, cause I've been seeing posters whenever I pass by Gateway. So, I asked him. And, since there were posters with "This way to Sining Saysay" everywhere, we followed them. I would've liked it more if they placed the gallery somewhere inside the main mall, 'cause you have to go to Gateway Tower just to find the gallery. And it's a long walk going there.

This is one of my favorite paintings because it's just too bright and so colorful. It's pretty obvious that the gallery showcases paintings about the history and the people of the Philippines. I liked the way they arranged the paintings. You have to start on the left side of the room, because the left panel shows pre-colonial Philippines. The paintings are dark and colorful. It's just wonderful. I hope they make this more accessible to the public since we ought to know how other Filipinos percieve our history. These are paintings by UP students, I think.

The entrance is free. There's a smoking area/park just right outside. The location is almost perfect.
