Ok, they've got something amazing here guys. Their fried chicken. I was expecting a regular southern chicken but when I tried it, I was like "lasang chicken joy!" And bf then told me that it was what the menu said. It's like amazingly similar. I think it's called skillets jolly chicken joy or kfc? something close to that and obviously trying to imply it is like jollibee's chicken joy. It's reaally good, so I'd rather order this next time just to lessen the guilt of eating fastfood 128523

As for the other stuff we tried, we enjoyed the chicken mushroom gravy. Super creamy and can easily make you wanting more. The pancit isabela came with a vinegar which you scoop on the pancit. The noodles were overcooked and it was overly swamped with sauce, through it's somehow okay. I've had better and i don't think I'm ordering it again. The sizziling salpicao was the worst, just terribly bad. Loved the pakbet though. Veggies were not overcooked and not overkilled with bagoong. They do claim that they only chop the veggies upon order to keep it that way, so they informed us it could take a while. It still didn't took that long so that's good I guess.

Heard the chef boasting about his 5star kitchen to other customers and I think the food is great if you want home cooked food flavors but Very "catering" level. This place serves huge servings which makes it great for parties and get togethers.

We planned on catching a movie at Robinson's LP so lunch was at skillets 128522 we were definitely both very excited! Very lucky as well to find a parking slot right away as it was 1230 already.
Got my hungry man Peppercorn steak (with extra sauce) and hubby got their house special which was the grilled chicken. We also tried an order of their fried chicken. No veggies, eep! 128556
Service was good, place was thankfully cool despite the heat outside. My food got served first and even though I was starving, waited for the other dishes so I can get a proper picture 9996🏼️
It's really good (for the price). We only paid 600+ for all of these! The extra mushroom sauce doesn't taste good on its own but when mixed with the other food it becomes the bomb! The fried chicken was also surprisingly delicious.
I've read mixed reviews (on other sites) but what I've to say is, set your expectations. Don't expect super stellar taste if you're paying less than 250 right? Hay some people talaga.
But anyways, still one of our south faves!

lazy to cook and you live in the BF Resort Village area(south)? well skillets can definitely solve your problem.

This recently revamped small catering/small restaurant inside BFRV serves variety of dishes primarily Filipino food that still has that home cooked taste and quite easy on the pocket. Servings definitely for sharing (2-3pax) and excellent service. They have function rooms and party packages as well if you have like family gatherings and you don't feel like cooking and entertaining at home.

After an uneventful trip to MOA last Sunday, we just decided to head back early and have dinner in the south instead of battling it out in the mall. Btw napakainit sa MOA for some reason.
Decided to head straight for skillets 128513 got there just as they opened again for dinner service which is at 530PM. I suggest coming here early since the place (and parking) fills up pretty quickly. Instead of getting the peppercorn cream steak which I got the last time, I tried their maître d special which is a charbroiled steak with garlic butter compound on top. Switched my rice to fried rice. It was delicious! Grill marks were perfect yet the inside was still pink. The butter compound was really good and I added a bit of knorr seasoning to just round it off. Not bad for less than 300.
Hubby got the salpicao and fried rice (in picture). Service was great as well. Can't wait to try the other dishes like th fried chicken and pasta 128077🏼
Total bill was 600+

I've been dining & doing take-outs in this place a lot for the past year. Very homey environment. The place is amazing, food is excellent, servings are huge and good for sharing. The crews as well as the owners of the place are very friendly. The best part is the fast service whether it's dine in or take out. Food is very affordable. Must try: bagnet, chickenjoy and sinigang.

Skillets is somewhat of an institution here in the south. Been seeing this around even in the 90s and my friends and I would sometimes eat here during college. It kinda died down, closed and am happy to see that it's open again in a brand new location.
Ordered the peppercorn hungry man steak (in picture) and sizzling buttered chicken. Still good! It's the same taste Nung high school Ako haha! Prices are ok too. Less one star though kse the Kanin is matigas. Parang murang bigas? Haha.. S ko tuloy ka enjoy masyado yung yummy gravy!

It's not some place I would go to when I'm hungry. Food was ok. Great view of their kitchen from where we were seated. Expect to smell the same after dining.

Nothing special. Not bad for a first time.

I might try again and get to submit another review. Why not, eh.

Tried their specialty pansit and chicken and gravy. First time in this place, so near our home. We will definitely be regulars. Great food at affordable prices.

Compared to my addiction before "Rancho Loranzo", for the steaks, I would prefer Skillets. They suggested Medium Well for their steaks because their "well done" was said to be like tapa. We ordered four different steaks.

I forgot the names of our orders 128517128514. I can only describe them. The steaks were less than P200 btw.

So first was my order. The picture here was my order. It was one of the best sellers for their steak. There were many stars next to the menu. It was good for me because I didn't have a hard time in slicing it. It was chewable. There were cooked garlics above it. It was partnered with garlic rice and corn and green peas. There was no sauce on my steak but it tasted good but I would've liked it more if there was a gravy sauce or something else.

I liked what my brother ordered. I googled it. 128517 It was CornPepper Steak in mushroom sauce. I really liked his order!! The steak was cooked with butter. It was very tasty. You can add P20 if you want to replace rice with mashed potato. I recommend this 128077

My brother's gf ordered a steak which tasted like pepper. As in. She actually removed the pepper in her steak. It looked very tempting because of the white sauce above the steak. It was just okay for me.

My mom's order was a steak with red wine sauce. I didn't like it but at least we tried it. It really tasted like red wine. My dad said it was salty. If you like red wine, maybe you should try this.

My dad only ordered Mais Con Yelo because we ate a lot earlier. It was P80.. I think? 128517 The taste was okay. The ice were just melted so my dad asked for more ice.

Great service + Sulit 128076128077
I tasted all that we ordered. Lol. Tikim tikim lang 128517128540

I've waited long enough for you and I am so happy that now, you're back! 128522

This place has been closed for quite a while. We thought it was for good until we saw the structuring being re-built. Then we started counting the days until it opened. Jam-packed!

Skillet's means Lechong Kawali to me and look at that. Like Severus Snape I can hear me say "After all this time, always." I invited my family to join my hubby and I to eat here and all 5 of us including my niece loved it. The soup of their pork sinigang was sour and thick, just the way I like it. Our bill amounted to just around 1k, good value for money since it was delish and we ordered 3 viands 128522
