I got the Tex Mex Wrap. Not that pricey, not that healthy and not that good. :( i still felt hungry afterwards. But their presentation is good. I did not have a difficult time eating the wrap.

I love you Choco Yema Cake and Cupcake too 128557128557128557 this is my daughter's favorite cake/cupcake ever. During this visit, we were supposed to get just one small cake for a family friend's birthday but we ended up getting 2 (to go) PLUS 1 cupcake for dine in.

Cherienne: Mommy, get me a cupcake now! I can't wait to try it! Save the cake for later!

While eating the cake: OH MY STARS MOMMY this is really so good super good it's my favorite! I think we should bake this at home everyday! It's so good!

Daughter ate the cupcake and in no time, it was gone! Wiped out!

This cupcake/cake is for the sweet tooth coz it's super sweet! Moist old fashioned chocolate cake with generous swirls of thick and sweet and luscious Yema frosting! It's just so good makes me feel bad after eating so much!

I did not expect to really like this one! I forgot what it's called, but it's a chocolate Yema cake on top of a tres leche cake. I remember seeing this in their BHS branch and I totally said eyw at the counter girl when she offered it to me hahaha.

Cake itself was moist, not overly sweet. The caramel on top is just the perfect sweet thing to eat.

This kiosk had only 2 kinds of cakes available to purchase per slice. Most had to be purchased whole. That's why I ended up trying this cake. Buti na Lang. We really liked it!

For our movie baon, Ony and I decided to just buy sandwich here. I love their paninis so I was excited to try Ony's order -- the roast beef panini. I, on the other hand, was trying to eat a bit healthier so I ordered a tuna sandwich.

If only the sandwiches were not from the chiller, we wouldn't ask them to heat it but since they're cold, we have no choice but for them to re-heat it... Using the microwave. 128529128529

Since they microwaved it, we have to eat them right away unless we are willing to eat hard chewy weird bread.

The tuna sandwich was just okay. Was hoping to get more veggies but nope. The panini was good, though. Overflowing with cheese and tender beef strips. The bread was still soft when I had a bite but after a while.. Ony had a hard time biting into it. Both would have been so much better if they were toasted and a bit crunchy on the side. But oh well.

And btw, don't buy water here. Buy somewhere else. Bottled water costs 50 pesos! But if you buy from the other restaurants in the area, it's only 30 pesos. Sayang ang 20! 128518128539

Found out that my mom was at sm aura so i texted her at once and told her to stop by slice express to buy me my favorite choco yema cupcake!

The yema is sweet (what do you expects its yema) the cupcake itself is moist and once you take a bite of this delicate cupcake you'll surely want to have more but wait to much sweets can make you gain weight so take each bite slowly.

This beauty cost around 70 pesos and this originated from the cayetano's

I've always loved Slice's choco yema cupcakes and surprisingly, they come in cakes too. At 299php for a junior size, it was sulit as opposed to the cupcakes which are priced at 80php/piece. The chocolate cake is so decadent and moist and a little heavier in texture compared to the cupcakes but I swear, you'll finish more than a slice because it's THAT good! Definitely adding this to the list of staple 'birthday cakes' to bring to birthday parties.

Thought I would love anything with bacon in it so I tried it.

Hmm, bacon+cupcake combination was a bit weird for me. I still prefer sweet cupcakes like their choco yema.

Anyway, good thing they have a kiosk in SM Aura food court for some quick dessert takeaways.

Bacon & pancake cupcake anyone ?(100) .... Just needed to try it

Frosting & bacon bits is like salty sweet creme ... Weird but it grows in u ... & I love anything with bacon ... Paired with the
Cupcake which is moist & not too sweet... Fluffy ... It's just outrageously different... Yet 1 bite is all I needed & the finisher devoured everything else 9786

Between the cake and the cupcake? I highly recommend the latter! That is if you want to savor more of the famous addicting yema icing on top. Choco yema cupcake, why so sinful??? Gah!!!128523

Bought this yema cupcake for 80 pesos (hmp, dati 75 lang eh). 128514 anyways, I loved the yema!! Makes me crave for more, kahit yema lang niyan oh. 128514 the cupcake is moist and not dry which I liked, it's not messy when you eat it. The only thing is it's sticky when it's on your fingers but instead, I licked those yema which were on my fingers instead of wiping my fingers immediately. 128514

Took home 4 different cupcake flavors since I was craving for something sweet that night

Smores- lots of marshmallows. If you love marshmallows, better try this
Raspberry- I liked this one and will probably have it on my list when I come back to slice for my sweet-tooth fix
Yema- too sweet!! But of course this flavor sets them apart from the other cupcake bakery we tried. I prefer to share the sweetness and calories of this bec I can't finish this on my own.
Vanilla-I may be biased bec. I love anything vanilla-flavored so I liked this one.

All of these are best paired with coffee or tea :)

Overpriced and definitely not worth it! This cupcake is worth 85php, okay fine that's a bit fair but their yema cheesecake is 250 bucks! Like what the hell??! Banapple's cheesecake is better than this minus half of its price! The taste didn't even give the appeal of it being expensive. I don't know if we just didn't have the good choice but I won't recommend this and I don't think I'll try this ever again! Bow. Bye!

Overdue post.

I had the Granola and Milk, while my friend had a Ham and Cheese Panini. After looking at the chiller, we both agreed that we were up for some quiche, so we decided to share one slice.

The Granola and Milk was nothing biggie. Even if it boasts that the granola is homemade, sadly to say, it was not outstanding. The quiche was as well pretty ordinary.

In addition, I find the place quite dark and gloomy even if it was a sunny day. A healthy restaurant must radiate freshness and happy thoughts as opposed to loneliness.

The famous choco yema turns out to be nothing more than just a fancy and artsy yema on top of a spongy chocolate cupcake. I tasted nothing special at all. It did not even look so tempting, but of course looloo is such an influence that what trends out must not be missed out. But okay, to be fair, it wasn't bad either. The yema was sweet, though the chocolate cupcake was, how do I say it, quite wet? Not moist, not chewy, not crumbly, but however chefs or bakers or foodies term it, it is, uh yea, quite wet. Haha, educate me! 128513
