First time to skate and it was really breathtaking!

For 470 pesos, anyone can fall and rise up again as long as he wants inside the ice skating rink. The secret to enjoy the experience is to choose the right size of your ice skating shoes (not similar to your regular shoe size). Bring thick socks to avoid blisters.

My friends and I started just by holding the side rail that surrounds the rink. It was really funny to see my friends fall. Hahaha but way too more embarrassing to find yourself lose balance. Hahaha after some time we were able to let go of the rail and skate on ice without holding on to something. It was amazing how little children are able to skate well at their young age.

You can secure a locker for 50 pesos. Large enough to place my large bag inside. You can only lock and open it once. An ice resurfacer also makes sure that the ice is smooth and safe for skating. Their playlist was also great. Songs ranging from disney songs to orchestral songs and some pop songs accompany your each slide. Some professional ice skaters also performed after the ice was resurfaced. You can also rent a polar bear to hold onto while skating. One person can also ride it while being pushed by another person.

The experience was really worth it, do not be afraid to fall. In falling, someone learns to get up. Hahaha

Since being transferred from the basement to Fashion Hall, the skating rink has grown some popularity. Either that or just the significant shrinking of size, such that the rink looks and feels more crowded. Because I think it is. The seats are not enough to accommodate everyone, though there are some empty spaces at the side, overlooking EDSA (a plus in this traffic-free Saturday), wherein they could have put more benches. They also have rentable polar bear, which kids (or even adults) can use to balance themselves when they are away from the outline of the rink. Sadly though, there was a massive wet spot somewhere and just too many scrapes.

Not my 1st time to ice skate but it's my 1st review. :)

My brother and I skated awhile ago. :) Last week we also skated and it was a weekday too, it was a bit crowded. Unlike awhile ago there were very few people skating. :) Maybe because a lot of school started their classes today. :)

We recommend people to skate every weekday cause it's not crowded and you can learn! :)

I recommend you to try the Polar bear slider hehe cause 1st it's fun, and 2nd you can learn how to skate! :)

Prices:
Unlimited skating- 390 php
Locker- 50 php
Polar bear slider- 100 php per hour
Then idk the rest.. Hehe but they offer a 30-minute skating w/ a coach that could teach to walk, skate, and glide :)

Second time to try this one hahaha! I just want to try something different so I thought of going here.

390 for unlimited time ( you can go back if you want to eat somewhere or whatever but just make sure you won't lose your pass)
+50 for the locker (one time use only)

Every time I go here its not crowded so I can skate freely and not worry about the other people I might bump with.

So yeah.. just tried this for fun. But it's super tiring!! 128517

Unlimited skating for PHP395! First time to skate in a long time (not that I skated so often before) and this time I didn't have to pay because it was my friend's birthday treat! Lockers can only be unlocked once. I was a bit unprepared- I wore a skirt so it was a bit chilly at first but then I wasn't really bothered after. I guess it was from all the effort to stay on my feet!

My shoes were a bit loose above the ankles so that really left my lower calves sore from all the friction. I acquired bruises and burns on both sides of my legs so if you're a noob like me wear pants or thick high socks.

I'm not sure if the rink has some safety police on the look-out but there were two crazy dudes in there who seemed to be drunk. We were careful to stay still or on the sides whenever they passed us.

I actually thought an hour would be enough to exhaust all our interest but we actually stayed there for nearly two hours, forced out by closing time!

This Summer it would be nice to experience ice skating in this no-snow,tropical country. Time to show your grace in dancing ala Filipino Olympian Michael Martinez. The cost is quite affordable for unlimited skating in a day. You could also hire a trainor for additional php150 for 30 mins to an hour. A sure fun way to beat the heat this summer!128521128077127938

It was fun skating but I had to wait for about half an hour because the line was very long.

I was not the one who played on the ice but then again what's important is that they enjoyed it!
Place: The rink is a bit small than before.
Price: was totally okay for an unlimited time. (Php300 weekdays, 390 weekends)
Locker hmmm one time use only sooo if you like to use it again buy another token (Php40)
Staff: since we are all a newbie ang hirap for us. Well all I hope is that someone would assist the people inside.

One thing bring a thick socks to wear cause the shoes hurts, the girls had bruises while on skates

Edsa Day falls on last Feb 25 and my daughter Adelheid L bday is Feb 26 so I decided to advance her bday celebration and this time on ice127874127873127880127881100529924

We've been inspired by the movie Frozen and dahil nauso ang ice skates ngayon so I want a different bday celebration for her . This is there second time to try ice skating . I'm so amazed with the new Mega D or the New Mega Fashion hall , so many things to do not only Ice skating but also larger bowling alley , directors club , imax and gaming center .

All day pass is around 400 yun nga lang haba pila and ang tagal mo makuha yung size ng skates mo unahan talaga . At first my kids Adelheid L Latrell Joshua L skate on their own then i requested also a coach to them where I paid around 150 for 30 minutes for both of them.

Then we were so lucky that we saw some politicians and celebrities there but most lucky because that time Michael Christian Martinez , our Philippine pride for figure skating was there and we were able to see him nearly and perform and he was good128079128079128079128079

Now my kids wants to take up figure skating this summer 100521005210052

I like that the skates look new and the view looks amazing! But there are too many people and too few seats. Plus, there's only a single cash register open, and to think it's a Payday weekend.

It was my first time to go ice skating and I was really scared! I mean, I've never tried anything like that before, whether it's rollerskating or skating with those skateboards or even those rubber shoes with wheels na nauso early 2000s.

The ticket is worth 300, unlimited time na! I find it mura. I mean, you can skate from the moment they open until they close. Haha! The area was clean, the staffs were friendly and very accommodating. What I don't like is the locker - 40 pesos. It's good for one use only so 'pag na-realize mo na may kailangan kang kunin in your bag, you have to pay for another 40 bucks.

Since it was my first time nga, I can't even get my feet on the rink. I was really scared so I availed a guide for 150 for 30 minutes (ang mahal!). Parang lumipas lang 'yung oras, after 30 minutes, takot pa din ako and I still can't go farther from the side. It was kinda embarrassing nga because the friends I was with were first timers too but they've learned - by themselves! Huhu.

The next time that I'd go here, I promise to gather more, more courage and guts!
