Found in station 2, boracay.
Amidst the huge bars and clubs, in between resorts and hotels, my boyfriend and I found a little Japanese nook near our hotel. From the moment we saw it, we knew we had to try it. From the outside it looks like one of those small sushi bars on the streets if Tokyo. Upon entering, you will already feel like you're in a different world. From the decor to the waiters' outfits, you know you're in for a treat.
I ordered the okonomiyaki (I have yet to find another restaurant in the Philippines that does this well) and the fried vegetables, whole my boyfriend ordered the tonkotsu ramen, onigiri, and various fried foods.
Okonomiyaki was delicious. Done perfectly. The fried food was covered in a delicious breading that stayed crunchy even after leavin it for 10 minutes. The ramen had perfect noodles swimming in perfect soup. And the onigiri was so excellent it put all the other onigiri I've tried in Manila to shame.
I highly recommend this to people who are looking to getaway from the party area and have a little extra money to spend (roughly 500 and up if you want to have more than one dish)
PS they gave us free snap peas!
