Finally got to play football again! I've been playing futsal for the past month but playing football is still different.

It was my first time to play at SPARTA. They have an indoor turf fenced and well ventilated. It's pretty big. We were able to play 8 a side. 128077🏼 The field's pretty neat! The waiting area is air conditioned and they have locker rooms with shower areas. It's pretty spacious.

This is also where 360PRO is located. 128077🏼

So last Saturday, my boyfriend had his friendly football game. I like the venue the field. He's so happy he discovered that indoor field so whenever the organizer have schedules he's good to go. As for me, I waited him while I watch my series in my phone. Waiting area is very nice. Air conditioned room. I think there are other activities but I was not able to see. The thing is there's no water dispenser for them (players and other sports activity goer) but you need to buy and I think it's too pricey.

It was my first time here last night, trying to get back in shape by availing the free calisthenics class (for 1 month free). We had three trainers and the routine was simple but not easy, actually depends on your stamina.

We did a warm up, cardio, body weight exercises then stretches. I was the kulelat and the chubbiest. I didn't finish all the reps. I was doing lesser and easier versions of exercises. I'm going to keep going until I can keep up with the actual routine. And after the free trial period, I'll avail it 3x a week at least or their other exercises. I believe there's Zumba too!
