Everyone knows Starbucks and them being innovative in their drinks and shop designs. Well, did you know there are two (2) Starbucks in Camp John Hay?

There's this modern one in the Ayala Techno-hub, where everyone goes to most of the time, and a hidden one at the historical loop of Camp John Hay. It has a more cabin feel to it. In fact, that is it. They rented out one of the cabin buildings, complete with a fireplace for those cold nights, comfy couches and outdoor seating!

Of course, the drinks are the same.

You can walk to it, or go by car. They have a parking space out front. But if you are visiting the Bell House or Museum, Amphitheater or Cemetery of Negativity, might as well stop by for a cup of coffee as well!

What I would give to sit by the fire with a warm cup of coffee on a cold night...

The best word to describe this place.... Perfect

The view.. The ambiance.. The people..
It is where you can hang out with friends any time of the day and at any weather

It's a nice place to study or read a book, or just chill with a magazine or news paper

The place is a cute Baguio cottage with the usual cozy Starbucks interior. The team members are friendly, just as you would expect at other Starbucks outlets worldwide. Coffee quality was good and, on the night I was there, they were busy but not crowded. Really really nice place :-)

For every place, there's always a Starbucks and for every travel, we will always be at Starbucks! 97499749974997499749

This branch is unique since it's situated in a very cold place (even colder than The New Starbucks Tagaytay for obvious reason). The interiors comprised if wooden displays and panels just like a cabin. A really cozy and relaxing ambiance and this time not for studying but for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here we just rested after touring the rest of Baguio however we found it difficult to go back to the main streets where transportation are available. We had to walk for about 30-45 minutes just to reach the nearest area where transportation was possible. I guess that's the downside of commuting. Lastly, we also find it difficult to to reach the place. Walking forever was our peg that day! 128694127939

It's so cold and the Internet's free (though a tad slow)! Gets crowded in the evenings but the fact that it's an old bungalow makes it a good place to relax or work.

In moments of reflection, there's coffee.

In moments of togetherness and meaningful conversations, there's coffee.

In moments of love or sorrow, there's coffee.

In moments of bridging gaps, there's coffee.

In moments with nature, there's coffee.

In moments of light and darkness, there's coffee.

In moments of wishful thinking, there's coffee.

In moments of degustation, there's coffee.

From the very first ray of light that beam thru your eye, to whatever touches the tip of your tongue, in all awakenings, until the end of life, there's coffee.

In every corner, there's Starbucks, that for every moment, every season and for all reasons, there's coffee.

Gingerbread Latte tastes much better and means so much more when wrapped with chilly air and seasoned with the smell of pine trees, crafted by the very warm baristas of Baguio city.

This is one of the most unique Starbucks branches in the country. First, air conditioning is optional due to the climate of Baguio, and second, the store itself is inside a wooden cabin in the camp. Seating though is quite limited but the overall ambiance makes it a must visit.
