Why not try one of the new teavana series Starbucks just recently launched-- with chilly breeze experience at tagaytay?

Got my birthday cake for card 1

128204 iced shaken hibiscus tea with pomegranate pearls
I have tried the hibiscus tea before and it was already good for me. The flowery tea taste now with bursting sweet pearls. This is so close to just ripe pomegranate goodness. It acts as the sugar after bursting in your mouth. This costs less than the matcha espresso

128204128525 chocolate banana puff
So good. Bananas were abundant with chocolate tinge. It's also affordable at 80php. Has extra drizzle of sugar on top. Sweet tooth precaution.

Wow sugar rush this morning

One of four Starbucks branches in and around the bustling City of Tagaytay. All this branches get so full specially on weekends and it was a relief for us to be in Tagaytay on a weekday for work related duties, kind of a junket trip on our part.

On a typical weekday, place was all to ourselves, we were able to choose the best seats of the house. There is not much of a view in this branch though not like the other three.

Love this vanilla flavored frappe always. 128536

hmmm... tuna salad on pumpernickel bread.

pumpernickel is made from rye and rye berries which has more fiber than white flour. it's good for diabetic person too!

the bread is crusty and managable to slice while warm... soon it'll become lame and makunat.... so slice it while warm i guess?... and oh i tasted pistachios in it... mejo sour cause pumpernickel breads have sourbread starters... felt healthy!
well... inside is the tuna spread.. not that salty which is good... the main saltiness comes from the cheese.. dunno what kind. sorry. .. it also has egg whites and mayo..
what? is it exceedingly healthy? just right for dinner...

to go with that is my GTL 6 scoops GT. K. N. no Cl. 1H
hahaha... chemistry ba? all starbucks addicts decode! 128519128519128519128540128513

After a whole morning of seminars and photo-ops. Had my fill with an English breakfast full-leaf tea with strawberry syrup afterwards. The place is quite spacious and the baristas are very friendly. One of the many SB branches in Tagaytay. So nice. :)

Per usual blend of coffee and melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake, but they need to improve their service.

What a dreary day.
My noon to batangas was an almost zero visibility drive cause of super heavy rain at SLEX. It rained all day at Batangas. On my way home thick blanket of fog blurred my way at tagaytay... Time for comforting drink at starbs! (Sigh, when will i be free from going to starbs everytime i go to tagaytay? Promise next time i'll try tootsie's or concha's at sta rosa)

Signature warm chocolate for a warm feel. Ambiance was totally great with matching german language (seen at left) except for the bevy (seen at right). My! Their not just from the market... They laugh like witches >_< eek.. Really sorry i dont wanna be mean... But isn't it just irritating? :-?

See fog all around. Definitely opted to stay inside.
Wow i noticed i got a collection of starbs review na... Should i be called starbie istead of foodie'? :-|

Once again i'm here at summit ridge.

ALERT ALERT all sweet tooth! May must try sa starbs.. I think the best of all their banana series.. The banana chocolate frappe! It has the signature chocolate with the sweetness of banana.... Finally! After that disappointment with their mango banana..

This is my second time to try it today... :)
I used my starbucks stars for my second transaction

This time it was 7pm. It rained so i opted to sit inside. Quiet place. Not much people. Conducive for relaxation

Php180 for venti. 170 for grande

I ordered sticky cinnamon bun.

I chose to eat outside. I was expecting cold winds blowing pero wala. Nevertheless i still liked my spot and the temprature was not too hot, not too cold. Just right for a thinking brain.

Baristas were usually nice. Iliked the cinnamon bun. I like how the butter cream (tama ba?) blended with the cinnamon. The pastry was dense. Nakakabusog nmn. ^^ would order again!

A nice cup of hot coffee is always nice when it's chilly. So, no wonder why this particular branch is always abuzz with people anytime of the day.

I only have three agenda whenever I visit a Starbucks branch:

1. Order my usual coffee
2. Read & write
3. Catch up with friends

I like this branch because the smoking area always has extra tables and chairs (because, usually, smoking area's the first place to get full in any branch). It never runs out of extra space, methinks.

Got our cups before the long ride going back to Manila last weekend. The wind was soooo crazy that it even hits me under my skin. OA!? Lol. Basta sobrang lamiiiig! 128554

Quite overcrowded when we got here but it's okay, they have lots of seats in and outside their café. The crews are very entertaining and smiles all the time which is great! The parking area is free of charge for the customers of Robinson's and other stores around.

Isn't it amazing to wake up in Tagaytay and have an early morning coffee at Starbucks?!128525

Aside from the usual but lovely smelling coffee inside, the Baristas here are very amiable.

I'm so glad our nieces and nephew joined me and my hubby in this wonderful morning experience.128523

There must be a million and one reviews of the Starbucks' coffee experience, so I'm not going to go there.

I finished my morning run (running 6k in high altitude, 634 mtrs or 2080 ft, is no joke) and this Starbucks was so inviting. Unfortunately, it was still closed and would not open until 830AM. Nonetheless, I walked up to the open area to catch my breath. The friendliest of guards struck up a conversation and offered to get me a glass of water! I was totally blown off my feet by his candor and good nature. At the back of my mind, I was thinking how nice things would be in any service establishment if everyone was like him. Seriously, we could all learn a lesson from what I felt was a geniune, caring nature. We exchanged barbs about politics, tourists and showbiz. I quickly forgot I was tired.

While I couldn't wait for the store to open, I promised to return and bring my friends. For that short bit of caring, this Starbucks, won over a loyal customer!

One huge multi-order of coffee, drinks, cookies, cakes, and what have you later today, that's for sure!!!!

One of the most relaxing branches I've ever been to.

It's mainly because of the wind. It's just freakin cold in here. Haha!
