On my first SB Twin Lakes visit two summers ago, the day was so chilly that the cafe just let the door stuck open and allowed the cool breeze in.

On my most recent visit to Tagaytay - Alfonso in Cavite last weekend, I was a bit sad that the area was not as spine-tingling chilly as it was before, even as dusk loomed. The temperatures were comfortable enough -- mostly windy -- but not really cool as I expected. The air conditioning units inside the cafe were turned on.

Anyway, no matter how much I am veering away from stepping into any SB store these days, there are folks who wanted to have coffee only at SB. Because I love them, o sige, I'd just tag along with them and treat them with some SB stuff.

The Twin Lakes area down there was taking shape and there was a beautiful manor-like property being built. It just added to the beautiful vista of the Taal area but I just hoped that the natural lushness of the place should be maintained.

It would have been a beautiful and a relaxing coffee moment but sheeesh, super daming tao!!! 128561 Parang lahat ng taga-Manila nandito sa branch na to. So finding a seat was definitely a challenge. The more infuriating was that some of the litter were left behind the pavement. I thought all Starbucks patrons are supposed to be decent and educated, but can't do as simply as disposing of litter properly.

We ordered just regular drinks -- brewed coffees and cappuccino, sticky cinnamon bun and chocolate dipped doughnut. The cinnamon bun was good for sharing. Servers and baristas were still friendly.

I used to think this branch as the prettiest SB branch, but I now think that it's inadequately designed. The upper area is just for ordering drinks and food. The staircase is too high for me, so you must be careful to watch your steps as you're going down the stairs while you're holding a tray of drinks and food.

We would come here often and when we’re here, it was jam packed. As always, great coffee. I had one of my favourites, Java Chip. We also tried their Mixed Sandwiches. It has different spreads like tuna and cheese plus some ham and egg in it. Bread has different colours too. We also tried their Belgian Chocolate Flourless Mousse Cake and it was amazing! It was soft and oozing with chocolatey flavour. One of the best cakes I’ve tasted.

Starbucks Cold Brew is undoubtedly refreshing. Good thing it is available here at Twin Lakes when we visited last week.

Baristas would sometimes offer chilled or iced brewed coffee when the cold brew is not available but what really makes Starbucks Cold Brew different from their usual brew?

Cold-brew, as explained by the barista, is made by steeping grounds in colder or room-temperature water between 12 to 24 hours, thus creating a concentrate. This concentrate that then diluted with water to create that unique taste. The process essentially takes the hear out of the brewing process which basically leave behind certain acids and oils that you get with heat. The resulting taste is a milder, smoother, much less bitter coffee.

We visited this branch last Dec 29. I noticed that there were only 3 staff, 2 at the cashier and 1 who was preparing the drinks. It took more than 20mins before I was able to order ( this is considering I was only 4th in line and the ones before me ordered max of 5 drinks). When it was my turn, the cashier repeated my order thrice. I appreciated the act however the line is quite long already. Good thing that the holiday atmosphere is what is keeping everyone cool.

Well, back to the food review, the matcha latte drink and the cinnamon danish were good. It was the best matcha latte drink that I've had from Starbucks.

You will also love this cool place. Starbucks coffee at Twin Lakes, Tagaytay City. I really liked and loved this place. The weather was so perfect for drinking coffees and frappes. While looking at the beautiful skies with shining lights like a star.

Me and my cousins ordered frappes, strawberry cream, chocolate cream, cookies and cream and caramel all non coffee but cream because we're not coffee drinker and my ate was the only one that ordered coffee because she's done with her on the job training haha they say that if you're taking ojt you will learn to drink coffee so that. As we purchased we paid our e-coupon from bpi bank, it's available there because some new Starbucks don't have scanner.

While we're eating enjoying the beautiful life and view, taking pictures, snapchating, socially we have so many nice time to talk about our experience together while growing up like talking about the last place we've been. And our parents seriously talking too about it but on the other table but in the same, we're outside tables. Because if your in the inside it's like a normal weather temperature, but when your in the outside you will feel the coldest weather of Tagaytay and you will loves it too.

The prettiest Starbucks branch I've been to, so far! I think it is the only SB branch which has no air conditioning inside (correct me if I'm wrong). Nasa labas ung aircon! Hehehe.

Ang daming tao during our dine-in there. My choco-dipped doughnut wasn't reheated, but it was ok. Baristas are friendly as ever. We dined in there late afternoon na kaya mejo madilim na sa labas. So we weren't able to see the Taal lake and volcano.

My chocolate hazelnut macchiato wasn't too sweet which was nice, or dahil matamis ung kinain ko hehe.

It's christmas day and we don't have any plans but just to stay in the house which is kind of sad so I suggested we go here at Twin Lakes. And wow, the whole place was FULL. Like the whole population of metro manila went to Tagaytay!! 128563128529128563

The line was really long here and I can't believe I endured it, fell in line for almost an hour just so mommy can try the Belgian Chocolate cake (which I'm so in love with! 128525 Things you do for loooove 128530128566).

So this is the "prettiest starbucks"? Hmm, it's very small, interior is nice and pretty but the Starbucks in Las Piñas is prettier!! And the only thing that's making it the "prettiest starbucks" is the view, the area not the store itself. 128530 Oh well, oh well. 128518

The view was perfect! Worth the travel. The store itself is a little small. Most beautiful SB I've been.

Another misleading blog that I have read proclaiming this branch to be the most beautiful strabucks. Yes the place was beautiful outside strabucks. But that is the twinlake that is beautiful. Inside it was very small and tend to be crowded by too money people. The 2nd floor is just for ordering your drinks. 128533

Hindi ako nagtataka kung bakit sinabing ito ang pinakamagandang Starbucks sa Philippines. And hindi masyadong maraming tao. Mas okay din siguro na maaga pumunta para mas enjoy ang view sa labas.

Hands down to the most beautiful Starbucks in the Philippines where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Taal Lake. It has two levels and interior with homey feel. Perfect COCOL place 128514128077🏻1278619749️ Looking forward to other restaurants that will be opening in Twin Lakes 128077🏻

Ang tagal na nito. I was there the second night it opened and was able to receive a buy one take one
It is really nice here. However if you try to look outside, you will see construction on going. But still you can enjoy the cool breeze outside.

The view is what makes this Starbucks. Otherwise it is just like any regular Starbucks. I don't generally like coming here because it is always crowded. If I'm going to go all the way to Tagaytay then I will find somewhere more unique to have coffee. Somewhere that is distinct to and only in Tagaytay. Lots of places have views too.

According to some, this is the most or one of the beautiful SB, agree to that but what else made this place a beautiful one? It is the people who works here that added the points. Salute to all of you for giving back my Ninong's cellphone when we accidentally left it. Thanks to all. Salute to SB-Twinlakes 10084128522
