My first at getting teary-eyed because of the responsorial psalm and I had it here at San Pedro Macati. Good thing I was at the far end standing so no one probably noticed. 128513

I am especially drawn to this church because of its baroque design. Built in 1602, it gives you an old Hispanic vibe and they have maintained it. It is small, not as grandiose as the other churches. There's much more intimacy and I kind of like it that way. They have TVs on both sides to have a clearer view of the mass celebrant. I actually arrived earlier but the seats were already fully occupied when I attended the 6:30pm mass. We also have a centuries-old St Peter and Paul Parish back home but it partially collapsed during the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in October 15, 2013.

It was the emotionally-driven delivery of the psalms that made quite an impact on me. "How lovely is your dwelling place, oh Lord, mighty God, Lord of all."
