I always go to Subway for healthy and easy to eat lunch. My top favourites would be Roast Beef, Tuna and BLT. They also offer SubSulit sandwiches for only 85php. Staff were also friendly here. And by the way, I like to commend Subway for hiring deaf mute staff. Thank you for hiring them and giving them an opportunity to show us that they are still capable of working. Such an inspiration to everyone. 100841008410084

Hey Loolooers, are you now dizzy by all my reviews and recommendations? Well, we’re not halfway over hahaha... Please bear with me, I got too many pending reviews to deal with. Anyway, let’s get to it.

I didn’t want to go to Subway anymore after getting a food coma at The Pig Pen, but Cristina successfully convinced me to go.

While everyone else immediately got down to business, I sat there trying to reflect on my life, lol. Actually I just sat there thinking how will I be able to make space for the subway sandwich. I am, by the way, a fan of this sandwich, I even loved its brother, the Vietnamese bahn mi. So imagine the torture of seeing these babies in front of you and in different varieties at that, and not be able to eat them right away.

So I took ‘em home, including the cookies, and even when I wasn’t able to reheat the sandwich, it still tasted awesome.

A 6-inch sandwich is P150 while a footlong costs P245. There are many flavors to choose from, and the best way to try some of them is to order a platter for P1,500. It has 15 pieces of 4-inch regular portions and you can choose from any of their platter selections: classic combo, flavor craver, fresh favorites, veggie love platter, and lastly you can customize your own platter. So get your friends and try this!

The cookies are as equally good, my top pick flavor is the oatmeal.

Hey stalkers! Don’t forget BUY ONE TAKE ONE on all subway branches September 27 only!

My thanks to Christina R for bring team kaladkarin for a treat. I honestly do not eat at subway, poor me, i have missed so much, but i guess it’s never too late. What’s at subway by the way?

Let me take you back to its origin.
“Back in 1965, Fred DeLuca set out to fulfill his dream of becoming a medical doctor. Searching for a way to help pay for his education, a family friend suggested he open a submarine sandwich shop.

With a loan of $1000, the friend—Dr. Petr Buck—offered to become Fred’s partner, and a business relationship was forged that would change the landscape of the fast food industry. The first shop was opened in 10 years. Fred soon learned the basics of running a business, as well as the importance of serving a well-made, high quality product, providing excellent customer service, keeping operating costs low and finding great locations. These early lessons continue to serve as the foundation for successful SUBWAY restaurants around the world.

Today, SUBWAY is the world’s largest submarine sandwich chain with more than 44800 locations around the world. They’ve become the leading choice for people seeking quick, nutritious meals that the whole family can enjoy. From the beginning, Fred has had a clear vision for the future of SUBWAY. They are guided by Fred’s passion for delighting customers by serving fresh, delicious, made-to-order sandwiches.

Since 2007, Subway has consistently ranked in Entrepreneur magazine’s top 500 franchises list. It ranked #2 in 2012. It also ranked #2 on the ‘Fastest Growing Franchise’ and ‘Global Franchise’ lists. At the end of 2010, subway became the largest fast food chain worldwide, with 33,749 restaurants—1012 more than McDonald’s. (Me while copying—128561128561128561128561128561128561)

On July 2017, Subway unveiled redesigned restaurants, dubbed ‘Fresh Forward.’ Features include self-order kiosks; USB chrging ports at tables (but not at this branch); and new menu items, including additional condiments, and bread made without gluten (nope, not at this branch). The company is piloting the changes at 12 locations across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, with many features expected to be implemented into stores worldwide...”

My total recommendation
128204 Subway Club @150PhP 6 inches
Because it got all types of protein— tender chicken, roast beef, and savory ham! But here’s how you order:

Step one: choose your bread
- Honey oats
- Wheat
- Parmesan oregano
- White italian
I chose honey oats. It has a sweet taste and soft texture— even when it’s heated it does not give you that toasted texture.

Step two: which size Sub would you like
- 6 inches
- 12 inches
I was served the 6 inches. With that size, it’s enough to fill your hangry mood.

Step three: would you like cheese? Extras? Yes to cheese
Additional charges for extras apply.
Extra bacon, double meat, and extra cheese.

Into the oven! Your sandwich will now be heated.

Step Four: which veggies do you like?
- Lettuce for fillers
- Red Onions for that kick
- Tomatoes to moisten everything
- Cucumber to have that fresh taste
- Green bell peppers to give some spice
- Black olives to add saltiness
- Jalapeño— the only veggie that will give you the spice that you’re looking. If you don’t want it spicy, simply don’t choose this.
I had ALL, so can you.

Step 5: which sauce would you like
- Mustard will give you sour taste
- Mayonnaise for that creamy fatty taste
- Thousand island (plain Jane)
- Ranch will add sourness
- Chipotle Southwest will give you chili
- Honey mustard is a sweet sour combination
- Sweet onion is a sweet herby taste
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
You can have at most two, lest your tastebuds will get confused. I had the honey mustard and chipotle southwest— which was a good combo of spicy, sweet, and sour. The most common combination is the sweet onion and mustard.

Step 6: make it a meal
Add PhP60 for a cookie, lays chips and regular soda
Add PhP75 for two cookies, lays chips and large soda

I was actually amazed that they include Lays chips in their meal. Choose either original (yellow) or sour cream (green) flavors. They’re gonna serve it to packed, if you ask.

And the sodas—all coke products— it’s like taco bell self service. Add a certain amount to have a take two.

Wait. There’s more.
They also serve sandwich platters— 15 pcs of sandwiches that only costs PhP1500. You can customize your order up-to 5 cold subs.

1285613 foot giant sub for @PhP2000
This is food for 10-12 pax
1285616 foot giant sub for @PhP4000
This serves 20-25 pax

No time for dine in?
Subway to GO meal box for you
6” sub meal box @PhP200
Footlong (12”) sub meal box @295PhP

127850 cookie platters FTW
They have three flavors:
Chocolate, double chocolate and oats @PhP 85.
I like the chocolate, the double chocolate was good at first, but then it became uberly cloying at the end. The oats were just okay..
60 pcs @PhP1800
36 pcs @PhP1150
24 pcs @PhP780
12 pcs @PhP330

Subway also got DELIVERY and PICK-UP just call (02)287-7777 or place your orders at
What’s great is its delivery is 24 hours!!!

The branch here closes 10pm, so drop by before the time. Small place which can occupy about 10 inside and another 15 outside.

Now for those who haven’t tried Subway, this read is gonna be helpful.

And yeah, buy one get one on September 29 only!!!!

I have always loved Subway. At least once a week I would have my lunch over at their Eastwood brunch. And so I immediately said yes to trying out their party platters with #TeamKaladkarin at their RCBC branch!

You can have 15 portions of up to five kinds of sandwiches for only P1500 which can serve around 5-9 people already. Super sulit right? They also offer a platter of their cookies. My favorite is the double chocolate chip! Chewy and moist!

Below are some of my favorite sandwiches:

Subway Melt - Chicken, ham, crispy bacon. Doesn't reading those make you wanna drool?

BLT - Always! Because, bacon! 10084️ It's so good it won't go bacon your heart. I always get this one with the Honey Oat bread plus the Honey Mustard sauce.

Pepperoni Pizza - Yes! They have new subs namely the Pizziola, the Pepperoni Pizza and the Pepperoni Deluxe. Definitely pizza-rap! 128514

What I like most about Subway is that everything is fresh. From their breads and cookies that they bake themselves to the veggies, you are assured that their subs are of great quality.

For their anniversary, they'll be having a BOGO promo! Buy a sub and a drink, then you'll get another sub.. for free! 10084️ Watch out for it on September 29, 2017!

Team Kaladkarin got an invite for Subway Philippines. This got me all excited because I’ve always liked this brand whether in the US or here in the Philippines. 128571

There have been numerous sandwich shops that emerged here and there, but Subway sure is still king for me. They make their own bread, fresh everyday. And their vegetables are always crisp, clean and of the best quality at all times. What I like about them most is the fact that they’ve managed to come up with consistent favorites like the Subway Melt and the Subway Club, but they never stop there. They continue creating more flavors for their patrons. 10084

Team K was fortunate enough to sample a number of their sandwiches, as Subway introduced us to their party platters. For just PHP 1,500, you can have a tray of 5-flavored sandwiches from their array of foodie favorites. They’ve come up with 4 most requested combinations of 5 flavors. But if you think your group is of the picky kind, then they have you covered with the option to customize your own platter. You can pick 5 flavors for your party tray to your liking. 128568

Apart from the sandwich platter, they also have party trays featuring their cookies. When those cookies were brought out and served to us, man the wonderful aroma just floated and call out to us. Their cookies were chewy and delicious and had just the right sweetness. The pairing with their sandwiches is just divine. 128571

If you’re the diet conscious kind, don’t fret because Subway discloses all nutrition information across their menu. They’ll even assist you if you are keeping a strict calorie count. 128568

I wasn’t able to try all of the sandwiches, but what I was able to taste were absolutely fantastic!

1.) Sliced Chicken and Ham
The first noticeable characteristic of their sandwich for me is the softness of their bread. It was absolutely spot on! Every bite had just the right toast outside and the texture inside is just heavenly. All of their breads are made fresh everyday so you can be sure of the quality. Plus, they do not scrimp on fillings, and the choices of sauces and meats on this sub is very well thought of. I really liked this, especially paired with a small bag of Lays potato chips.

2.) Subway Melt
This signature sub has been consistently on my favorites list in this joint. I can eat melted cheese on anything. And to put it on top of a generous helping of chicken, ham, crispy bacon and your choice of sauce and this is the absolute sub for you. (Thank you to hand model Dennis O for being such a sport after 10000000 shots holding the sandwiches! 128569128569128569)

3.) Meatball Marinara
Another signature Subway sandwich, I fell in love with this dish when I first tried it in California. Again, I am such a fan of cheese so this melty sandwich is definitely up there in my list of go-to’s in this place. Fortunately, my fellow Team K member, Midz S, made her own Meatball Marinara sandwich too!

4.) Pulled Pork
This one is new, and immediately became a part of my favorites list! It has a generous helping of pulled pork barbecue and topped with potato chips and veggies. As their catchy poster says, indeed, “May Pork-ever” because this is officially my first choice for my sub forever. 10084

All of the cookies were great too! I loved the Double Chocolate one the most! Second was the classic Chocolate chip. All of their cookies are consistently baked fresh everyday, and they’re always chewy, gooey and delicious!

Subway also has meals and deals for your daily lunch and dinner needs, whether for single diners or for groups. Watch out for their upcoming BOGO promo on September 29, 2017 as they celebrate their anniversary! Buy a sub + drink and you’ll get another sub for free! 10084

So if you’re looking to impress your guests but do not have the time to prepare at home, order Subway Catering for your next party! Also best for those looking to eat more healthy quick lunches, this is definitely the place for you. 128568

In this day and age full of fast, instant, processed food, keeping healthy just keeps getting more difficult, unless you have a lot of time and money to spare. Good thing there are still a few shops that want to make the world a better place by providing better food options, including the famous submarine sandwich shop, Subway.

Subway is silently dominating the fast food chain market, being one of the largest and fastest growing franchises all over the world. What makes it stand out from other fast food chains is it offers quick, nutritious, and fresh made-to-order sandwiches for everyone to enjoy without the guilt. And there's an even bigger news!

With Subway's party platters, you can now make sure that you're not only being conscious about what you eat, but also what your friends, family, guests, or whoever you might think of sharing your sandwiches (and cookies) with eat.

There are 5 sandwich platter combinations to choose from, each one having 5 flavors of subs. The 5th platter is a customize you own platter, in which you can choose what 5 subs you'd like on your tray, making sure you get what you want best.

Subway also offers cookie platters from 12-60 pieces. Flavors to choose from are the oatmeal cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and the double chocolate chip cookie.

I wasn't able to taste a lot of subs, but I did like what I tried, and that was the tuna. And I honestly can't say what else I would want to try, since I really have a lot in mind.

The cookies not only smelled good, but tasted good as well. I loved their cookies, too. They all smelled incredibly inviting, and were all so soft and moist. My personal favorite: the oatmeal raisin cookie.

I was also have the full sandwich experience, as I was able to put together my own sandwich.

You can now shy away from all the trouble of cooking for your next family outing, or from ordering the same party platters for your office meeting with Subway's party platters!

But wait, THERE'S MORE! Subway will be having a Buy One Get One promo this September 29! Buy one sub + drink and get a free sub! Available in all Subway branches in the Philippines.

RCBC Building food court got one of the wide choices of food in Makati. One of my fave places here is the subway which is spacious compared to other subway branches in Makati. They've got table and chair inside and outside. Learned that this was also one of the 1st food stall here in RCBC building. Wow!

On this visit Team Kaladkarin were invited by subway to try their sandwich platter and cookie platter. For 1,500PHP you get to choose 5 subs or if you want you can pick from their ready made set of Classic Combo, Flavor Craver, Fresh Favorites or Veggie Lover Platter. Love the way this platter is served in a big tray with the 5 subs cut into three. Perfect for movie night or party at home. They also got this cookie platter which got 36 pieces variant at 1150PHP and 60 pieces variant 1800PHP. For sure that will be enough for your cookie craving.

For the sandwiches my go to fave is the subway club. Packed with meat from tender sliced chicken, sliced roast beef and savory sliced ham. I always want this with all veggies and extra on the jalapenos. While for the sauce love it with sweet onion for a perfect blend of sweet and spiciness of Jalapeno. Topped it off with a freshly double chocolate chips. Yummy!!!

Overall sandwich places have come and go but Subway have always been the preferred choice. Maybe there is just something about their bread that make it so good.

**By The way Subway nationwide will be having a Buy One Get One promo on Sep 29, 2017**

Pulled Pork price slash at 99 for the 6" sub (from 150.00)128525

My order -

Meat - pulled pork
Bread - Parmesan oregano
Veggies - tomatoes, olives, jalapeño
Sauce - mayo
With sprinkle of pepper
Double toasted for that extra crunchy bite

Ok so I deviated from my order of regular tuna salad for this. Not bad at all. Tangy barbecue sauce with shredded pork was yummy. Didn't get the other veggies, parang the lettuce and cucumbers don't go well with it, and I'm glad I didn't.

They also give free coffee for every order of a regular sub! Kaya pala I was wondering why so many were drinking coffee, which is unusual here.

Pulled pork promo and free coffee promo is until March 31.

I don't think many people check out Looloo to see reviews about Subway. It's one of the biggest fast food chains on the planet and we've all enjoyed their foot long sandwiches but what makes me like Subway even more than most, to the point where I decided to give them a review is the fact that they have 24-hour delivery!

The only thing that could make a Subway even better is making it open 'round the clock so no matter what time of day it is, when that craving hits for a tasty foot long Sub comes, you know you can give them a ring and it gets delivered right at your doorstep.

Their foot long comes at a great price and is quite tasty. A single foot long could easily feed 2 individuals. I like that you can also add as many healthy toppings and condiments to your sandwich for free. All-time favorites are Subway Melt, Steak and Cheese, and Roast Beef. Their sandwiches are also a good option when you're looking for a healthier meal and you can build your own low-fat sandwich, or go as high-cal as you like with the unhealthier dressings they carry.

So, if you like fresh veggies and generous amount of meat toppings, you will love this place. Solid Subs.

Buy one, get one today!!! 1 hour wait here in RCBC but well worth it. They can't go any faster because the subs are made to order. And they take even longer when people, despite waiting so long in line, still can't decide by the time it's their turn. Funny how people were trying to give excuses to the crew why they should not go in line. Good thing they stood their ground.

You have to get their premium subs para sulit. Happy 50th Subway!

Got a 6" Sliced Chicken sub w/Chipotle Southwest. And yep, got all the veggies (including Jalapeños). That sub sure packed some heat! But it was the "I'm-really-not-on-fire-but-my-face-is-red" type of heat. Yeah...this review seems incoherent. 128517

Bonus tips I learned from my last 2 visits to Subway:

1) You can make any sub into a salad! So whatever sandwich type you want they'll make it into one. Goodbye extra carbs! Pretty affordable price for a salad too.

2). You can ask for extra veggies at no additional cost. More lettuce? Yes! Just tell them.

3) Want your bread extra crunchy? Ask for double the toast time.

4) Want a free cookie? Keep your receipt, go to their website, answer a short survey, and voila! Free cookie on your next visit.

5) 69 Peso sub! Really, they have a 69 peso Spicy Italian Sub available until Jan 31. Since the sandwich is already cheap, I asked for extra meat for an additional 50 pesos only.

6) They have a 99 peso promo with soda. Not sure how it works though since I havent tried it because I don't drink soda (when I can).

My usual orders - Spicy Italian (double meat, double toast, extra lettuce & tomato, no onions on oat bread) and Tuna salad (extra lettuce & tomato)

I like this branch. When they bake their bread & cookies and smell is just heavenly. The crew always greet you with a smile!
