Stayed here for two nights. Availed one of their family room, magical suite, and nostalgic suite. The rooms were very spacious. The family room was just a typical hotel room. Once you open the door there is the closet, washroom, mini ref, coffee table, study table, lcd tv and 2 beds. The magical suite was amazing! The interior design was really magical. It has a separate bedroom and living room. The bathroom also has a bathtub! The nostalgic suite's interior was composed of Magnolia's memorabilias like the magnolia bottles they had before and the wall design includes the history of Magnolia and some words/phrases like "flavor of the month", "pinipig" etc. The bathroom also was a two-door passing through the living room and the bedroom. They tied up with Conti's for their complementary breakfast. Bad thing they dont offer room service. Also, we had a hard time dealing with their parking officer. They charged us eventhough we had 3 room reservations and was only settled after some blunt discussions. The staffs we encountered were nice. We requested for additional key card and they gave us without any questions (unlike from other reviews i've read). Another plus for this hotel is that it is connected to Robinsons Magnolia so no hassle if you want/need something.

The Summit Hotel in Robinsons Magnolia is like an iPhone 6 with the operating system of a Nokia 100 from the 90s. Good rooms: crisp linen sheets, clean as a whistle, bathroom is okay. But the service, daym.
First, they charge you overnight parking of 340 pesos even if you're checking in for the night. They said they only give you free parking if you check in for 2 nights. Huh?! Second, they wanted me to go down and claim (and pay) the Conti's waiter who delivered our extra breakfast. They said the hotel does not allow Conti's people access other than the lobby. The hotel's security delivered the free breakfast to our room a few minutes prior. It seems that no trust exists between the hotel and Conti's, who is the official breakfast provider of the hotel for their guests. The front desk did ask me to come down to the lobby to claim and pay right away for the breakfast. I refused, so they sent the Conti's waiter to our room accompanied by security.
Not going back to this hotel. The management of this hotel needs to go back to school of HRM.

Totally forgot to review this place... We stayed here during the Valentine weekend this year... When we booked the place, they still had a promo ongoing offering discounted room rates... We were excited to try a new hotel, something different and out of the usual...
This hotel has a very sterile set-up... By that, I mean there were literally no frills... No gym, no pool, no restaurant, no bar, no spa... It only has three floors worth of rooms and a fast wifi connection... Nothing to do in the hotel but sleep!
The room was huge! It's very spacious, I think you can add two more beds for other guests to enjoy the room as well (it still won't be cramped, it's that big!)... The place had a simple modern look with black and white color theme and pops of red for accent... The bed was really nice with great sheets!️ The AC was not too cold, so the room was kept in a great temperature range... There were no closets, but they do have an area wherein you can hang your clothes... Water heater and cups were available for late night coffee cravings... They do provide complementary mineral water (guess what brand?)... There's a huge TV with lots of channels, perfect for a staycation!🏻
The bathroom was also nice, it had a rain shower and great toiletries... But there was no tub...
Note: they only give you one room card, so the electricity automatically shuts off the moment you leave the room...
What they lack in facilities, they make up for in perks... As this hotel is connected to Robinsons Magnolia, they give you a rewards card for shopping at the mall... They also provide a booklet with a lot of discounts for the stores around the mall... They really kept the hotel very bare for the guests to wander off to the mall...
They also give you back issues of magazines published by Summit... We got three magazines that we enjoyed at home...
What I hated:
🔹Parking-- They don't offer parking for the hotel guests! They don't even validate! I'm sorry, but I hated this in principle... The overnight charge was exorbitant and I felt that it was unfair to charge patrons of the hotel for parking...
🔹Breakfast-- believe me, this surprised us... We were given vouchers for breakfast at Conti's and it was terrible! as we were checking out, some of the guests we were with also made comments about the breakfast... The comment cards were full of complaints about Conti's...
I have to say that I liked the room, but otherwise I didn't really like rest of the hotel... They really lacked facilities and the price isn't that cheap to merit such an environment...
