Went to The Corner Market for a foodie meetup. What I have noticed about The Corner Market is that every food stall offers a different cuisine/specialty from the rest.

Craving for ice cream? Then they got Merry Moo.

Merry Moo finally has its soft-served ice cream and it's here at The Corner Market. Aside from the three flavors that they serve daily, you can choose from a variety of flavored cones (or have it served on a cup) and toppings.

The Corner Market is a new food hall that just opened at The Podium in Ortigas, which houses 17 different food merchants. It gives a farmers' market experience mixed with specialty restos.

Our favorite ice cream brand now offers Soft Serve Ice Cream! Unlike their regular ice cream line, they only have limited soft serve flavors per day. I think they only serve thee flavors at most per day but they have six different flavors in total - Horlicks, Laguna Milk, Polvoron, Salted Caramel, and Davao (Malagos?) Chocolate. What’s made the Sundays by Merry Moo experience more interesting is that you may opt to have your chosen soft serve ice cream on their flavored cones. We have five different cone flavors to choose from - Black Sesame, Caramel, Green Tea, Ube and Coconut. Btw, they also have lactation ice cream for expectant mothers.

Got to try their Horlicks soft serve on my first Corner Market visit and it was really good. It’s like their regular Horlicks scoop but fresher, softer (duh) and smoother. It would’ve been yummier if it was partnered with a flavored cone. I’ve had a couple of visits to the Corner Market already but however they always have limited flavored cones left. Well, at least those flavors I want to try first are not available. Maybe they’re still gauging the demand for it.

Not sure if there’s an option to buy just the cones, take them and enjoy eating ice cream at home. But that would be a really good idea.

Merry Moo has opened a new branch which features their own soft serve ice cream, made with real cows milk.

I was able to try their malt and their milk. Both were very good. Loved the very milky texture of the milk, very subtle and similar in taste to a Japanese style soft serve. The malt was a little sweeter which I liked. They also held for awhile, I didn’t see a single drop of melted ice cream even after we took photos.

While I still prefer their regular ice cream, I wouldn’t mind getting one of these once in awhile. I don’t know how much they cost, I sure hope it’s not ridiculously expensive, which can change my rating.

They have soft serve and regular ice cream here. You can also choose your preferred flavoured cone, not sure if there’s an extra fee for this.

Don’t have the prices for now, they haven’t replied to my inquiry. I’ll just put it in the comments section when they reply, in case no one has posted about it yet.
