Super loved the Godzilla! Omggg! It's a bit pricey though.. 329 pesos for 6 pieces! I would still order this because it's so tasty and filling! Plus, this roll has unagi! 10084️ I love unagi 128513

What I love about this is that it has both flavor and texture 10084

Because of my experience with this roll, I am excited to try their other offerings!

Gaaaah! I can't concentrate.. craving for the Godzilla roll now.

I've been hearing good things and eyeing the food of Sushi Nori eversince my friends' feed have been posting their reviews about the place. 9786️ Luck came into play when we needed to visit SM Aura to do some errands 128513

Giddy and happy, I saw the small stand in the food area and immediately scanned the menu. To my surprise, they also have 3 different kinds of pokè dishes (which is a newfound favorite 128525), so we ordered one plus a salad bowl and miso soup 128522

🔹Chirashi (369php) 110881108811088️ --- found it pricey because of the servings they gave. IMO, lacks a bit of flavoring

🔹Kani Salad (189php) 11088110881108811088

Overall experience was 128076🏻. When it opens at UP Town Center, I'll probably try their signature maki rolls 128521

It's been a while since I got to write on |ooloo. 128575 I must catch up on my correspondence. Hahaha 128569 This next few reviews of restaurants in Manila was from my last trip home.

I had a mini food crawl around BGC with the boyfriend and we started in this food kiosk in SM Aura. It was the perfect way to start our food crawl because J and I both love Japanese food and more importantly specialty rolls! 128571128571128571

We tried the Godzilla and it just slayed me! The boyfie knows how much I love Unagi and he let me choose among the 3 premium rolls they have with the grilled eel. I absolutely loved the Godzilla roll! The unagi topping was so plump and delicious and it went so well with what's in the roll. 128571 Everything else in this roll was awesome: tamago, kani, cream cheese, black ebiko, and tempura flakes. These were all my favorite things! And what's nice is they don't scrimp on the portions either. 128588🏼128588🏼128588🏼

I will definitely come back to try more! 128571128571128571

Super yummy but places a slight dent on your wallet. Even if its a stall in a food court, expect casual restaurant quality with the likes of Omakase.

Spicy Salmon Temaki with tenkasu (crunchy tempura flakes) for 149. I really, really like this. I've ignored this place until Mary Love S recommended this to me, and I've since been visiting this regularly.

The size is just enough for a light lunch or mid-day snack. They put a generous amount of salmon overflowing from the top and until the last bite at the bottom of the cone.

I've only tried this one here as I can't help myself from ordering spicy salmon. Plus a temaki has less rice than a roll, which I prefer. My only comment would be that the tenkasu is a bit oily in taste.

Deciding what to eat for lunch everyday is a struggle when you're office is above a mall with very limited food choices. I really wanted some sushi for lunch last week so I invited my friend to have lunch at SM Aura to try Sushi Nori..

Upon arriving, Frankies won me over so I ordered there and we just shared 6pcs of Ninja Sushi Rolls (P169).

I liked it. The cheese was delicious. It was a little salty but I liked it! 10084️ I wanted to try other things on their menu however we found them a little too expensive. But I might try them soon. Hahaha!

On a random friday my friend and I decided to just spontaneously meet at SM Aura for lunch lol

He was telling me he wanted to try Sushi Nori so we gave it a go. We wanted to try the Poke balls it was quite expensive so we opted to try the sushi intead. But it looked so good tho 128543

We had Ninja Roll Sushi Roll to share (6pcs) - it had cheese, ham, topped with i think seaweed strips. And I ordered an extra Jalapeño Popper Temaki - salmon, with jalapeños on top with some crunchy tempura something flakes lol. The Temaki was delish!! The size is just enough to fill you up. I liked the added crunch of the tempura flakes whenever i take a bite. The Ninja Roll was salty just because of the cheese but it was ok.

Might come back to finally try the Poke bowls 128539

As I just want to have something light but filling as I was at the SM Aura Food Hall, I just decided to grab a quick bite at Sushi Nori.

As I was looking at the menu, it looks appealing and 128523, a tad over price though. I was supposed to get the Jalapeño Poppers but I changed my mind and decided to just go first with the basics. (Plus fact, have this hunch that I may not like it) 128513

So I decided to stick to the basic and order the

127860California Maki - 127775127775127775 presentation wise it was 128077🏻. But after taking my first roll, it was 128529 for me. Let's just say I had better Cali Maki's. Anyway, aside from that it was not roller properly (as you can see in the picture, there is a space). Not to mention we were only 2 paying customers in queue.

Another thing I noticed, the way they positioned the presentation is cheeky! As shown in the last to photos, if you remove the shredded kani in top, there's no coating of salmon roe 128528. Then if you closely look at the picture, (last 2 photos), one side you can't see any mango, whilst on the other side, 128561 surprise! There is mango! That explains why I didn't enjoyed it. Though there is a good crunch on the cucumber, the ratio of the rice, mango, and cucumber was not portioned properly. So the taste of the mango in every roll is lacking in flavor.

Overall, my experience was not that good. I had to wait a good 10mins for this. 128529

Just a 128221, their SM bottled water is also overpriced! Imagine that! 128563 They sell it for 40php whilst in at Cinnabon it's just 30pesos.

Tried their Sushi Dream. Consist of Salmon, Cream cheese, and kani rolled in Nori then Japanese Rice. It has a crunchy tempura flakes and drizzled with soy on top. I Liked how the cream cheese added flavor to each bite. You can also convert it into a temaki

A sushi pop-up that delivers. I was doubtful at first but being a sushi lover, I just had to try it. The Firecracker proved me wrong!

For the maki lovers out there, you should try this pop-up store outside fashion food hall. They are offering a wide variety of makis that can relieve your hunger.

Thats spicy tuna salad and firecracker roll.

Look good? Taste even better! The tuna was really fresh! Nicely seasoned with the right amounts of sauce, spicy at the very end when you let the food slide down your esophagus... That makes sure you taste the salty sweet tangy flavors before the spicy kicks in.

Firecracker roll was also good. Rice was nicely vinegared that really counters the salti-sweetness of the topping. Soy sauce was the real thing, not the watered down version you see often even in a lot of "classy" restaurants.

Second time to eat here, definitely this place is way above in terms of quality for food joints in this mall's food court.

If a place can offer a limited yet top quality food, theres no need to expand the choices. Id rather see food court tenants offer only 1 or 2 specialty offerings than see a whole gamut of food thats over cooked, reheated and / or recycled (God forbid but we all know thats what really happens in all of these places).128561

Bravo! Sugoi!!!

New work, new lunch locations. Sort of.

My former office is a bit far from the malls and other food establishments if you were to walk (driving and parking are out of the picture because of the strict one hour lunch break). But my new office is just a couple blocks away. The temptation was so high that I went out for lunch on my first day.

I was thinking of having lunch at Tenya but the Market Market crowd was too much to handle, even on a weekday. I then remembered this sushi place I saw in SM Aura a couple months back. Sushi sounded really good that day so off I go to the pricey food court.

Hello, Sushi Nori!

There was only one other customer ahead of me when I ordered the Sushi Santi Temaki Handroll (PHP149). My order was ready to be picked up after a few minutes.

The size of the temaki which was stuffed with salmon, kani, tamago and cucumber was quite small but surprisingly filling.

Since enjoying the handroll would entail mess, I opted to not put soy sauce on my temaki. And I was glad that I skipped it as the sauce which tasted like teriyaki sauce, was a bit too salty and masked the taste of salmon and kani.

There was a pretty generous serving of small salmon cubes and kani sticks. I loved the crunch from the cucumber sticks and the sweetness brought by tamago. I would love to get this again but ask the server to go light on the sauce.

YUMMY AND AFFORDABLE! Almost forgot to take a picture of this piece of heaven because I was so caught up eating these california maki rolls. Located at Food on Four on SM Aura, it wasn't that much screaming but for the love of Japan, I still risked to try. I am a sucker for Japanese food and Sushi won't fail me. Priced at Php160 for 6 pieces, I felt immediately giddy to eat these. It was good and heavenly.

What I love Sushi Nori is they let you customized your own piece. Form the choice on how you want it to be wrapped and the type of ingredients to be added!

It is just simply amazing and superb so don't forget to visit them at SM Aura!

Sushi Nori is very convenient for Japanese sushi lovers. Easy to get, fast, awesome crew, and the pricing is fair for people on a budget. I mean, sushi is really expensive but you can get quality here.

Tried the Spicy Tuna Maki and Temaki and they were realky an explosion of spiciness in my mouth. Really yummy.

We also tried other sushi servings but these two were the standouts!
