Since the food court was full, my mom and I decided to have lunch here. We had salmon tepanyaki, which was so good. Salmon can be easily overcooked but it wasn't here, plus it was very flavorful, well seasoned. We also got 5 pieces of ebi tempura that I really liked. I had 3, while my mom had 2.

I was so ready to give 5 stars because the food was gooood. But that changed when I saw a short strand of hair in my rice bowl. It was close to the bottom of my bowl; it was hiding there all along. I already had a good time, and I didn't want to create any fuss in the restaurant, so I just made sure to inform the personnel about it. They ended up not charging us for the rice and gave us a discount, but that won't stop me from talking about the incident here and warn others to be careful.

5 of us had lunch and we ordered
Ebi tempura - lightly battered . Supple prawns +++++
Salmon belly territaki - perfectly cooked moist and really good +++++
Beef tepoanyanki. Good serving size , fresh taugi , beef was ok tender except for one the last piece which was a little tough. +++
Tonkatsudon - large serving size
Chicken & pork terriyaki , tasty. I just wonder why they still put the chicken bone from where they scraef the meat off from . They could have just left it out of the dish . But a good dish nontheless . ++++
Udon curry - spiced just right , very good japanese curry .
Sushi-ya fried rice. - the best that we took home the half cup leftover. Hehe

Overall a great place to eat an ok meal
Cost P1700 for 5 pax

Ordered their Chicken Curry Ramen (175php), California Maki (130php) and Chicken Teriyaki (160php).

There's nothing so special about their food. Tasted the usual.

Lunch here today ... haven't been back in awhile and sad to say, I liked it better before..from the food to the service! 128533128563

We ordered :
* Kani Salad -- Hardly saw the Kani...might as well have called it cucumber salad instead! 128548

* Yaki Soba -- the noodle was overcooked and soggy, it came in a small platito... super konti...

* Shrimp Tempura -- All batter... the shrimp was so small... it looked Kawawa.. 128078128078128078

* Pork Katsudon -- my friend says it was so-so

* Chirashidon -- Eeeh... pwede na rin... not too shabby for P195... it had like 2 slices of tuna / salmon/ tamago / Kani and one teeny tiny shrimp... 128513

Service was mediocre... the 2 waitresses around were both like robots.... no enthusiasm at all, no smile... it's like they're there but walang kagana gana mag work! 128563128545 Hay!!!!
Not going back again that's for sure...

This place still has one of the best Katsudons for me! Order it with fried rice, and ask for an extra serving of sauce. Sulit, too for a big serving worth only p175.128076

Good location, ambiance is all right. Staff

My favorite here is the torikatsudon (their version of pork Katsudon but using chicken); but last night I went with the beef teppanyaki at P230. Very good too. Good for one person or for sharing if you order something else like sushi. It's got a right balance of flavor, garlic. Soft and juicy beef. Instead of toge, I converted the side veggies to yasai (cabbage).

Also had tuna sashimi. They served this quickly right before the beef teppanyaki so service is fast. Have the cold or hot complimentary tea (think its rice or barley tea) which is good too.

There isnt a lot of people who dine here so it is quiet. And all the staff can focus on what you ned and you want. If you are here. You must try the Tonkatsu Curry Ramen. Believe me. Its like heaven especially when you put chili powder and chili oil.

I love the Calamansi Juice here. Taste really nice without a sting on your throat.
