Earlier, I was looking forward to have my lunch again at Elar's Lechon when the boss asked our group to go to Susie's cuisine instead. The restaurant originated in Pampanga before its extension in Quezon City. My boss being a kapampangan adores Susie's Cuisine. So off we go.

We ordered one bilao of pansit palabok for 530 pesos. It was more than enough for the six of us. The sauce waa flavorful enough and generous as well as the minced spring onion, boiled egg and crushed chicharon. Me being a non fanatic of the dish was at the very least contented with what I ate.

I also tried their baked mac and cheese (80 pesos) which is just okay as well. Probably because I was wishing it was richer and cheesier. All in all, the place is okay.

Brother went home one afternoon with goodies from Susie's Cuisine and just have to share that this is by far the most authentic crab fat I've ever tasted. This for Php 360.00 and you will wish you won't run out of Aligue supply. Lovely.

Those who go to Pampanga just to savor and buy goodies from Susie's will be happy to know their favorite shop is now in the metro. Sink your teeth with their good ole palabok, fresh ubud lumpia and tibok tibok which is like maja blanca but better for us. Lots of goodies in the shelves too like their branches up north.
