We ordered pad thai, chicken in pandan leaves, and grilled liempo. Pad thai tasted ordinary while the chicken was tasty. I liked the grilled liempo though it was served after more than 30 minutes! 128513

Interiors and service can still improve. 128522

Thako (Php85.00):
This Sweet Chili dessert will remind you of Maja Blanca but tastes better and lighter. It’s made of soft tapioca pearl and coconut cream topped with dessicated coconut in pandan leaves with a silky smooth texture.

Server was inattentive.. But the food was ok. 128077 Tom yum, stir fry spicy chicken *photo* , bagoong and seafood rice are a must try! Grilled liempo is kind of small.

Ended up here while looking for an interesting restaurant in Fisher Mall. The pad thai and spicy chicken with basil were all right. They tasted good and were big enough to share. Price was reasonable for the serving size and quality. It's an ok place to satisfy a craving for Thai food.

This new resto is nothing fancy compared to other posh Thai restos in the metro that I’ve already tried. In fact, it’s rather small… a place you wouldn’t even take a second look at when you pass by. But this fairly young establishment truly deserves a 2 thumbs-up from me! Why? It is manned by a REAL Thai chef that does all the cooking… from prepping the ingredients to making the sauces to cooking!

My faves!

Tom Yum Soup (Php205.00)
The smell of this soup reminds me of Bangkok and it makes me feel like I’m actually enjoying it there! It has shrimp, squid and fish in sweet and sour soup while the lemongrass gives it that soothing effect.

Pad Thai with Egg (Php185.00)
Pad Thai is a must for me whenever I eat in a Thai resto. I love the combination of the stir-fried rice noodles with the other ingredients. Sweet Chili’s Pad Thai did not disappoint at all! Their version is wrapped in egg making it look like an omelette… but hidden inside are the usual ingredients of tofu, chopped nuts and bean sprouts.

Sweet Chili Thai Fish and Noodle House - perfect for people who are working on a tight budget but wants to eat great Thai food.

I’ve been to Thailand several times and I am so pleased that Sweet Chili Thai Fish and Noodle House remained faithful to its traditional Thai cooking and flavors. This is now my go-to place to satisfy my Pad Thai or Tom Yum fix!

Their seafood tom yum soup is great. I also tried their pad Thai and bagoong rice which are not bad as well. Although the rice needs more flavor. I enjoyed the meal and service.

Enjoyed our very simple dinner tonight!128522

We were supposed to go to the QC food festival, but we backed out when we thought about the traffic and the crowd... So we went to Fisher Mall instead...

We wanted to try Teppanyaki Express, but the resto was full, so we went to Sweet Chili instead... It's a new Thai/Filipino fusion resto by Gerry's Grill and this is their first branch... There were quite a number of people when we got there, but we were seated immediately anyway...

We wanted to try their spicy stir fried chicken with Basil, but we were warned by our server that it was very hot... We opted to try the chicken pandan instead... We also got the Morning Glory, which is stir fried Chinese kangkong... And of course, we had to get their bagoong rice...

Then we waited....

And waited...

And waited....

Finally, the rice and vegetable came... The menu posits that the rice is good for four, but I would say it's good for three people... But my bf eats enough for two people, so the serving was just enough for us...128540 I liked the veggies and the bagoong rice! The rice wasn't too salty and there weren't that many toppings, but it was pretty good...

We again waited for the chicken pandan....

And waited...

And waited...

The server came, but got confused about the orders... So when they were able to straighten out the orders, the chicken finally came... It was pretty good too! It had a sweet chili sauce with it, which brought out the flavor... Good choice on the dishes, yey!127881

But the place was pretty small and the layout wasn't that good... There were seats al fresco at the balcony, seats inside the restaurant, and 2 areas for seating in the mall area... Looks confusing... And not conducive for conversation... Plus, the orders came very slowly... We were watching a girl seated across us, who complained because her order took 20mins to be served... Service can also still be improved... For example, while we were still eating, one of their servers got the container for the sweet chili sauce... We had to ask for a new one... Small things... But they were really trying and they were very nice... They apologized profusely for their mistakes, they always had a smile on their face and were all polite... So it was a likeable experience overall...128522

Price wasn't too bad either...127860128516

I had this for take out since my friend is a tenant here (meaning I just ate at their clinic). First time to try out Sweet Chili. They say it is owned by Gerry's Grill which has a spot at Fisher Mall as well. I ordered their Dry Pad Thai, the other pad thai offering has egg with it. No thanks. My Php175 (or was it Php185) was really good for 2 people. Theirs was served with calamansi (other Thai restos serve it with lemon) and was on the spicy side. It was really savory and since I didn't mix it that much, it was a bit salty on the last few bites.

Overall, I'm now interested in dining in or trying out their other offerings! Another good resto to have my pad thai cravings checked. 128513

I am not feeling well so i know what to do. Haha i need to taste something new. I visit fishermall which is not so near my location. I was supposed to try the ramen resto but they have no wifi. Same reason i had with the chinese restaurant on the groundfloor. WIFI IS MANDATORY! BUSINESS OWNERS, HEAR US SCREAMING! Hahaha

I tried pad thai, since it is a thai inspired resto. Maybe because they serve thai foods but not ambience it self. The was very common. Seats are not comfortable. Good thing they have good sets of condiments suka, patis, chili powder and bagoong ;)

Pad thai experience was super good. The serving is really good for two. The waiters are pleasant and they are really attentive. I dont even ask for a glass of water or tell to refill it. They just did it. awesome!! GREAT JOB!

A Thai resto from the guys at Gerry's Grill, as the sign posted on the glass proclaimed and immediately I got the feeling I will be happy with the food.
Tough luck to choose what to eat since you don't know what is good to eat. Ordered for seafood rice, spicy chicken in basil and pad Thai. Had a good meal with what we ordered. 128522
