Read mixed reviews about this place and I'm glad that we had a good experience last weekend 128522 we arrived around 1:45PM and checked in in about ten mins. Welcome drinks were given too.
As with other coupon offers, the room looked different from the ones advertised on the website so that was kinda expected. Room was a bit small but had a full queen bed and ample closet space. Bathroom size was good with multipoint heating. Toiletries are from Ilog Maria so that was a plus.
After resting a bit we went to the spa area for our couples massage. There's an open area for massages but we were led inside cos of the impending rain. Massage was great, even fell asleep but I didn't like the room temp cos there was just a (noisy) wall fan. Maybe in the cooler months it's more comfortable. We also got a pot of complimentary tea before bed.
Breakfast the next day was great, I got the bangus and it was delicious. Coffee is refillable too. Took a dip in the pretty pool afterwards. Water temp was a bit cool so that was a welcome respite. Loved the tiled daybeds where you can lounge and get a proper tan. The pool is a bit of a walk from the villas which I think is a good idea so the noise from playing kids won't be heard.
Overall it was a good experience, I guess they pay attention to comments and try to improve the areas where people have complaints.
Less one star cos it's near the main road so it can be quite noisy during the day. It's beside a church so if you're a light sleeper like me, the morning bells will surely wake you up. There was no lifeguard or anybody for that matter in the pool area. One couple let their baby with nappies swim. Ugh, got out immediately.

Arrived at exactly 2:10pm expecting our room to be ready. But it took them 45 minutes to "check our room". What's worse, the room wasn't even that ready because it had no toiletries 128563 #fail

We got this through deal grocer. The pictures on DG looks inviting however when we went to our room we are disappointed because it was too small. There are no windows. Its raining when we went there and the cable have bad signals. Oh well next time we should check out the reviews before booking.

They serve one of the best beef tapas I've ever had. The place is nice and has a relaxing ambience. They serve complimentary tea and cookies every night. I just found the room a bit small for the price though.

The place with the best Bulalo in Tagaytay! And their price is affordable. Had a good dinner here with my family and relatives.

I read some bad reviews in tripadvisor about this place but still decided to stay, and also decided not to expect. We didnt have reservations but they accommodated us and allowed us to hang by the pool and swim even before we checked in. We ordered coffee, but they didnt make up pay-complimentary coffee for the morning.

The guy in charge of the pool was very attentive, when he saw that we were preparing to swim, he turned on the jacuzzi (even tho i said no need) and told me that the water would be warm just in time for our dip :) they also gave us towels.

The restaurant staff were also very nice.

The room was nice and the place was generally clean. There were just lots of fallen leaves, but that's okay. The place had tons of plants anyway. So you can expect the place to be cool, esp in the late afternoon.

I ate spansih style tawilis - it was okay. Food was generally okay.. I think it needs more taste and flavor.

The room was fairly big, had a tub, and it was clean.

Before sleeping, they also served us tea and cookies. Goodnight tea :) it was a pleasant surprise.

And since we needed to leave early the following day, they allowed us to convert the complimentary breakfast to lunch (or dinner), but you have to order from the breakfast menu. But that didnt bother me :)

The rooms are quite expensive but i think that's the going rate in Tagaytay.

Overall, I had a fun relaxing Bataan Day here at T House.
