Target Island is one of my favorite islands during our island hopping slash shooting. Also known as Alibatan Island, it is a five-hectare island with a really, long concrete pathwalk located along the sand to its "rocky mountains" (ok sorry i dont know what to call it). It gives you an overlooking view of the island, inclusing its small lake center and the house, I think. This island has a lot of huge rocks too.
We were supposed to do cliff jumping here for shooting but it was low tide that time... We might hit our heads in the rocks. We were also not allowed to shoot nor take phone photos of the small house in the island-- giving us a limited access. We cannot stay close to the lake, only at the "back part" of the island and along the pathwalk. According to my research about this island, this was used by American soldiers for their bombing practices.
Well anyway, the water is so clear. I think this place is spacious for camping. At that time once again, we were the only "visitors".
According to our bangkeros, someone really rich owns this island. I wonder who...
