When you ask the waitress what their bestsellers are and the reply cheesecake, it eas like *boing* manna from heaven! True enough that lady knew what she was taljing about because that ealnut caramel cheesecak I got was the yumiest, smoothest, never-want to stop or share cheesecake I've had since. Paired with the slightly minty and not overly sweet mango basil mocktail, hmmm breakfast just became a high expectation event.

Eill retun though as those ruce meals looked delish (and mind you service was quick) and I want to get one of those meals that lets you buy the cake for only P1!

I'm now thinking, who has a birthday coming up so I have an excuse to buy those charming birthday cakes they had...(i think p900 for a handcrafted cake is a steal). But before that who do I make paki to but me an early bfast tomorrow...

This place for me is one of the perfect examples of 'all hype.' I guess people kept posting instagram pics of the place because of the ambience. Their desserts are pretty much the generic desserts you can find anywhere from chocolate cakes to red velvet cupcakes. I mean really, you can get much better desserts somewhere else. They also serve pastas and rice meals. I ordered the chicken tonkatsu meal cos it seemed like the only standout dish being a japanese dish among typical filipino/american dishes like beefsteak and sandwiches that they serve here. So obviously my order wasn't any good having a dry chicken accompanied by a soggy breading. I honestly don't know what attracts the people to come here.

The Cheese Steak sandwich for me was really flavorful. The steak slices were succulent with a hint of sweetness to it and the melted cheese was mildly tangy and gooey. It was served on a crunchy bun with lettuce and fried onions.

The Beef Stroganoff Pasta was a creamy pasta dish. It was saucy and the pasta noodle was just cooked right plus the meat chunks were soft and tender.

And to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings, we ordered one of the best sellers in the house which is the warm brownie ala mode. We sampled the mint brownie as well. Both are really delish I must say.

I do have one regret here though, I should have gotten the large cucumber mint iced tea instead of the regular size. Hahaha
