Another Banawe place for today! The milk tea craze may have subsided but Tearock Cafe sure knows how to keep the fad from fading.

With their wide array of drink choices - from milk teas, fruit teas, fruit juices, frappes, etc., one would have his/her own cup of tea/drink. And their snack choices are also yummy and affordable!

I ordered a large Jasmine Green Tea with Cheese and Salt (Php 110) and a Jumbo Chicken Steak (Php 120). That is my staple drink order especially when I am not in the mood for milk tea or coffee. I love how the light and refreshing jasmine green tea complements the cheese and sea salt creme. And it’s perfect for my snack order as well! Speaking of, can you see how huge that is??? 2 people can share it but of course I had it all for myself, haha!

You may want to consider their rice meals and noodle soup orders. They specialize in Taiwanese and Chinese cuisines.

5 hungry stars for the food, drinks and value for money. 127775127775127775127775127775

Had a quick dinner at Tearock today. I swear this place will always be my go-to place if I want a sulit meal. This opened during the time milk teas were the in thing. Although a lot of the milk tea shops started closing down, Tearock (at least for this branch) remained strong in the market. I guess it's because of their huge variety of drink offerings as well as their line-up of snacks and meals. Speaking of which, the reason I always opt to go here is because of their bento box meals. Priced at about Php 180.00, the bento box already comes with 2 veggie side dish, half an adobo egg, rice and your choice of main dish. Go for the Jumbo Chicken Steak, it is simply the most sulit meal I've ever tasted (I swear!!!). I think they give you a Php 20.00 discount on your drink once you order the bento box. (Photo from one of my visits months ago)

Anyway, I opted to have something "lighter". I'm not prepared to have the Jumbo Chicken Steak meal just yet so I had the Chicken Crunch rice bowl. To put it simply, it's a bowl with rice, Taiwanese fried chicken chunks (there are about 6-7 pcs, pwedeng-pwede na!), 1 veggie side-dish (or more like topping) and adobo egg. This one is priced at Php 120.00. Lol, I thought this is a "light" choice but I ended up getting full already. Plus they are quite generous with the rice (rice eaters rejoice!), I ended up having about 4 full spoons of rice left on my bowl - which I didn't put to waste coz my friend ordered an extra shrimp tempura. Lol, who was I fooling when I said I wanted a light meal, right? So far, I enjoyed my chicken crunch rice bowl. I just regret not having the jumbo chicken bento, though. I feel like I'll get more value for my money should've I ordered that one. I forgot to take a photo of the shrimp tempura but that one was a downer. It's just a plate of small breaded shrimps with a garlic aioli sauce, already priced at Php 120.00. I wouldn't really recommend it.

For the drinks, I had a Matcha Cheese and Sea Salt for Php 115.00. That's a reasonable price for a matcha drink with a really defined matcha taste. I would also recommend having English Black Tea with Cheese and Sea Salt, or the Jasmine Green Tea with Cheese and Sea Salt. Was it obvious that I'm a Cheese and Sea Salt fan? Haha! You can also try their fresh fruit juices and tea, especially their Fresh Lemons! Yummy!

Be careful what you order; some of the items on the menu is not good. Stick with the fried stuff, it also goes well with your chosen beverage.

Had a quick dinner yesterday at Tea Rock Cafe Banawe.
Ordered this Jumbo Chicken Steak for P180.
Surprisingly, the serving was OVERLOADED. As in ang dami.
It came with the Chicken Strips, Carrots and Corn Side Dish, Another Vege Side Dish and Rice topped with Adobo Sauce.
Super sulit! It also came with a complimentary Soup.

What I noticed about Tea Rock is ang lalaki talaga ng serving nila ng food. Hindi ka malulugi. Aside from that sobrang daming mapapagpilian sa menu nila. As in ang dami talaga!

My bestfriend and I love eating here. Talagang it takes us 10-15 min just to pick the right order. Nonstop pa yung paglabas nila ng bagong flavored drinks.

For my drink, I ordered a Blueberry w/ Yoghurt Smoothie for P85. Naalala ko it was my goal before to try ALL THEIR milk teas and smoothies kaso food coma yata ang aabutin ko nun :)

Anyway, if you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Banawe where you can dine and chill and make chikas with your bff's, this is the place for you 🤑1285419996🏻️

There are a lot of milkteas in banawe like the one i remember, milkteas in ersao, serenitea, tokyo bubble tea & etc. hahaha. But, my achie Grace C & cousin suggested this place! & walking distance in our place like you just walk from 3 blocks...

Since my cousin don't want to go anywhere far away from qc, so she decided to go here! What i ordered in this place is their honey milktea with toppings of coffee jelly (50% half the sweetness) & of course the one they highly suggest is the Kamote Fries!! It's like thin fries but only kamote, it taste good especially the powder coated on it.

Sadly haha. It's always sold out! The first time i visited this place it's not available but good thing in the 2nd its already available yey :p

The place is not too big, but i guess there is enough seats inside. 9786️ Too many people are going here like students, groups of office workers & friends. 128514 The service is kinda fast too! 128522 Good thing this place also has food like rice meals, fries, potato chips, kamote fries, fruit teas, milkteas & a lot more! Cutie place though! 128077🏻

Ok so we're here just because this is more budget friendly.. I remembered i was not satisfied with the first time i visited here.

But i do want tipid mode today (ok so you know where to go if you want tipid) 128521

I ordered the curry. (pork chop with cheese inside)
The curry wasn't that dark. There were carrot and potato cubes. Breading was crispy, i can say pork was cooked well but not the super tender... The ham and cheese inside was the star. My it was melted. Kinda gave the sauce for the meat. Served with rice and shreds of cabbage. 180

My friends ordered the chicken chop bento for 180 too. Wow it was big... Chicken cooked perfectly but the breading was totally exaggerated. Super thick.. Nakakapang umay. Served with half hard boiled egg, rice, squash and string beans in coco milk, and tofu in soy sauce.
Veggies tastes good.
Tofu tastes like mapo tofu.. A bit spicy... A bit.
The sauce for the chicken chop was sweet sour.
My other friend order teriyaki.. Weird but good yung sauce.. Tastes like some chinese canned relish.

Again. My other friend ordered the sausage that tasted kikiam Gwen I he ddnt tell me what he's ordering kasi. Sorry hindi ko nawarn.

I had buck wheat matcha. 75% with egg pudding. Tastes really good! Super concentrated yung green tea. But not that dark and flavorful... Pero i liked it.

The trockmisu was salty and chocolatey. Do not order 100% go for the 50% cause it's too sweet.

Taro is best selling. Concentrated din. 50% below will be good narin.. Woth read beans na rin kasi.

Well. I thought i never eat here again. But kudos to this place. Good job tea rock

the serving was really sulit....
thr taiwanese sausage is a boo... it tastes like kikiam... the texture is also like taiwanese kikiam... maybe they should xall it kikiam...
thr minced pork picture at the meeting menu was a lot
.... but they served a few!

sulit pa rin nmn kasi marami... and 2 stars only for this meal... cause i believe they have more to offer... just not this..

Not everything on the menu is good but it's still worth visiting because of their milk teas. I always order their chicken, it's a safe choice and delicious.

So after kong mag serenitea, dahil nacurious ako dito at dala na rin ng saklap ng experienced ko sa CBT thinking bka mawala ang after taste, I tried this, I chose the strawberry (that's one of their signature tea)
I liked it naman, kya lang di pa rin nawawala epekto ng CBT kya di ko sobrang na appreciate .. i'm wearing my looloo hoody and upon entering, yung ibang costumer napatingin sa akin... and i felt weird..hmmm..
I didn't stay long inside , i just put my straw and sip some and left...

What I love being in here is that I have so many choices for food and drinks in a very affordable price. They have a wide variety of tea to choose from. 128077 As for their food, they offer pasta, sandwiches, pica-pica and rice meals. The photo I uploaded is Pasta with Jumbo Chicken Steak that can be eaten by 2 persons, but if you're famished, you can eat it by yourself. 128076 Wifi is working fine and they have smoking area for smokers dining in. Parking space is limited though. 97869996
