Teppanyaki Brothers has always been 1 of my favorite stalls at the SM Aura foodcourt. It provides comfort and satisfaction to my hangry self everytime I go there. :)

Tonight, I was able to swing by again after a very long time!! Instead of ordering my usual Beef Teppanyaki with chili, I ordered Salmon and Dory ("healthier" alternative). The meal was good!!! I liked that both Salmon and Dory didnt have the fishy taste or smell so I enjoyed it very much!!! I paired the salmon and dory with their Teriyaki Sauce, which btw, is a little sweet for my liking but it completes the taste of the dish.

Overall, I liked this meal and would definitely go back to get myself another plate but maybe next time I'll try the squid and shrimp :-)

Hay another yummy food in Megamall. I have no idea about this place but their setup looks interesting. Daughter immediately sat on one of the chairs in front of the chef/cook(?) It's like watching a live cooking show.

I asked the difference between the set meal and the super value meal, she said it's the serving size and the soup. So we ordered a fish dory value meal for daughter, pork set for hubby and beef teppan value meal for me (diet kunwari).

It's interesting how the chef cooked different meats on the griddle and not taste like each other. We saw how our meal was prepared. we cannot smell the dish because they have a powerful exhaust fan but it sure looks appetizing.

Fish dory comes in a bowl and is huge for a value meal. It has a lot of veggies as well.

Beef teppan was served on rectangular plates. It's so good, the beef is flavorful and very tender. It came with a lot of veggies too. It's 155php on the value meal menu but the serving size is huge. The set meal is around 250php.

Pork set is also good but I think my love for beef teppan over powered it hehe. The serving size is definitely bigger than my teppan. It has a separate plate for the pork whilst my teppan shared its plate with my rice.

The only bad thing that I could say about them was the attitude of one of their staff. Parang nagdadabog si ate sa pagbigay ng mga karne na lulutuin sa chef. Warla ba sila ni chef? Parang ang cold ng approach niya kay chef. And she forgot to gave hubby the soup with his meal. It's miso soup btw.

Overall, it's a good experience. Babalikan ko yung beef teppan nila.

Perhaps the closest Japanese food experience in Megamall having authenticity and budget into strict consideration. Teppanyaki Brothers is a diner having their foods prepared just about 2 feet away from the customers. Yup, that close! Just the breadth of their countertop separating the diners from that graceful tossing of vegetables, the skillfull slicing of meat, the generous explosion of spices, the sudden rising of cooking flames and the amazing encounter of kitchen turners and spatulas! Maybe I made it sound scary but all I'm saying is it was like #theironchefexperienceLIVE

Newly opened stall in Mega Food Court. Tried their Pork Terreyaki and upgraded to fried rice. It was good probably the best terreyaki ive tasted. It was live looking in front of you how they prepared the food and you may also eat around their cooking space. Its verry affordable just 99 you have a bowl of pork terreyaji toppings

If you want some affordable yet delicious teppanyaki, you should definitely try this out. Aside from their awesome staff, they're super accommodating and friendly, you can enjoy some gyoza along with their different sets ranging from beef, pork, chicken and seafood, while indulging in their mini presentation of their skills. 128155

I will definitely be back, I just wished though that they'll have more seats to accommodate their customers. 128077

I first saw this place in the food court section of SM Aura but was discouraged by the line and thought it was going to be too pricey for fastfood. When they opened in Megamall I was surprised to find out they had value meals for as low as P99! I ordered their beef teriyaki which came with free miso soup and everything is cooked right in front of you so it's fun to watch the cook being super creative in entertaining you while he is preparing your meal.
