The special Halo Halo is Good for dessert. It has a generous serving of leche flan (my favorite)! This halo halo is comparable to Razon's. You can really taste the milk in it too.

*Regular (P90) - macapuno, banana
*Special (P105) - regular plus langka

If you're craving for affordable Pinoy food, just head to Teresita's San Fernando.

I am not a fan of Kare-Kare but Teresitas' Kare Kare got me like woah!
Not so peanut butter-ish, the beef is just right. Though the veggies were half cooked I guess. But still, Imma give it 5/5.
Their sisig is so ordinary and Imma give it a 3/5.

Overall, its 4/5. 128516

I have been ignoring Teresita's because it does seem like another Razon's spinoff. However, I dare say that their pancit palabok (or luglug as kapampangans call it) is way better than Razon's. In fact it is the kind of luglug that I've been looking for, the one that my Lola used to make. Their halo halo has leche flan, Macapuno and Langka. It's yummy, a little sweet for my taste, though.

This review is actually for their branch at Forum Robinsons (beside SM Light Mall). It's located near the grocery fronting Mercury Drug. They only have a stall with a small dining area. I once tried their halo-halo and I really liked it so now I am back for a light dinner and a dessert treat. They ran out of palabok though! 128543

So I settled for dinuguan with puto (P115). It is a small serving but tastes really good! It reminds me of my late father's cooking. My dad was a kapampangan too. It didn't have too much pig's blood and the vinegar is so apparent like in adobo. It almost tastes like kilawin. The pork meat is so tender. Puto was alright, nothin special. They have this with rice too (P120).

Their halo-halo (P90) is much like Razon's. It only has banana, macapuno, and leche flan. No added sugar since the ingredients are very sweet already. They have a Special variant (P109) with added langka. I prefer halo-halo like this one instead of the one with a lot of (filler) ingredients. 128513

We were just in Light Mall and was thinking of what to eat. The girlfriend saw the Kare Kare poster of Teresita's and wanted to try it out.

The store only has a few tables due to limited space, but lucky us the store wasn't that busy when we came.

We had their Kare Kare, Dinuguan and Sisig (haha oo gutom! And sorry no pics, gutom nga kasi haha) Of the 3, I was a bit disappointed with the sisig. Probably cause there was no "crunch" in the sisig and somethinvg was missing. But I'd recommend both Kare Kare and Dinuguan! Super yummy!

The highlight of the meal was the dessert! We had to try their version of halo halo. Since they are also from pampanga, I even joked "dapat mas masarap or kasing sarap to ng Razon's". And they did not disappoint. Just look at that yimmy leche flan! 128525 They also have the macapuno underneath matchec with langka, heaven! Must try!!

Third visit here. Sisig is superb as always, but the waitress serving food has sore eyes! She and the other staff acknowledged they're aware about it. Yet, she's still there serving meals and cleaning the tables. Now, I'm concerned my son and other kids might get contracted with it and miss school for at least a week. Would have given 4 stars if not for this bad experience. In any business, customer safety should come first. Management should train their staff on this and set instructions that their staff can easily follow when cases like this happens.
