Ordered salmon sashimi. It was at least as old as my grandmother.
Shrimp tempura. The oil was probably used 100x already, there was rancid taste.

Chasyu salad. Poor cucumber and pork bits.. It was as dry as the sahara.

I expected more with the new menu. I guess the menu was new but the food isn't.

The watermelon sushi was the most fresh and it was devoured by my brother and son in no time. I wasnt able to taste it but at least it was as good as the picture.

What a waste. Nice place awful food, at those prices id rather eat at a food court.

Tabemashou! Had lunch here yesterday. I usually order their Terikayi Boy chicken ju but it has become a bit expensive already at P299.
Ordered the Teriyaki Boy Chicken Bento instead which comes with miso soup, kani salad, moyashi, and green tea jelly for dessert and Iced Tea. At less than P350 (Priced almost the same as a bowl of ramen), it's more value for money than the Chicken Ju.
When it comes to food quality my benchmark is their Glorietta Branch and this branch fails in comparison.
Miso soup was too watery, kani was good but the bean sprouts wasn't and was cold. Good thing the teriyaki chicken was still great, crispy skin and meat was soft.
I suggest they take out the kani and moyashi and replace it with my other favorite, yasai itame.
Service was good, place wasn't full. What I liked about this branch is it's big and they have a separate function room for events and parties. I can imagine if they're full, service might suffer if they don't have enough staff.
They also have parking space for about 10 to 12 cars (shared with Cheesecake) which is a plus factor for them 128516

To my surprise, service that day was not as sucky. For once, they weren't understaffed! So my orders came pretty quick.

Ordered their Crunchy Spicy Shake Maki. Try saying it really fast (I swear it's like a tongue twister!). The rice falls apart when dipped in Kikoman. And it isn't spicy. Hm..

Also got tempura which is overly floured.

Overall experience was just okay..

I enjoyed going here before due to its food quality, and sometimes the service. But lo and behold, things are different now.

Service was okay at times but when you need the waiters seems like they are very busy doing something else (in the kitchen or wherever). But i'll still give them 2.5/5

Had their usual wafu steak teppanyaki (my all time favorite) it is tender & flavorful, but kinda salty. So, 4.5/5

Sukiyaki soup is a bleh! They gave it to us cold. Asked for an extra soup, asked if they can reheat it, they said yes naman but still they gave us cold. Finally, for the 3rd time, we eagerly asked them to pleaseeeeee reheat the soup. People want their soup hot not cold. So, 1/5

We had to follow up our chicken teriyaki order, it took them long to serve this. We wonder why because the time we came in, not a lot of customers were there. Its not tender, parang luma na yung chicken. Sad. 2/5

Kani salad 4.5/5

Finally, i just took a photo of their service tea. Im a tea drinker kasi thats why I ask them to refill frequent times. Then, when they gave my last refill, its near to overflowing level. Funny.

I hope they give better service & food next time. *fingers crossed*

I used to really love this place. But then their food quality started deteriorating and service started to suck as well.

But I think they might have just redeemed themselves with the Gyudon. Really yum! 128077

I usually liked going here.
Their chicken teriyaki is awesome but what I tried was california maki and chicken w mushroom and brown rice.

California maki was blunt and the brown rice was.. Ugh! I gave them 3stars because of the service.

Will go back but will try the usual, sukiyaki soup, beef teppanyaki, fried rice, chicken teriyaki and ebi tempura.
