SLOW service. On the onset, the girl taking our orders seemed distracted. One of my companions was still talking and she suddenly turned her attention from us and greeted new customers who entered.

Katsudon was salty and rice was raw so we returned it for replacement (wasn't the first time even; we experienced the same thing in a different branch). We followed up a lot of times and when we said we'll just cancel, they suddenly served it to us. Thanks but no thanks.

Gyoza was overcooked and really oily. Hot tea we asked for was never served.

Only saving grace were the miso soup and the Philly Cheesesteak Roll.

A spontaneous lunch out with my mom and brother on a weekday when they were in the vicinity of Legaspi Village led us to T-Boy. I've been craving for their California/Philly Cheesesteak rolls for the longest time so I grabbed the opportunity to avail their special. 128515

Our orders of their Gyudon, Salmon Sashimi, miso soup and Mango Kani Salad were all as appetizing as I remembered it to be. We availed the Philly Cheesesteak Roll Looloo Special which I was so excited for. I made sure our orders would reach 600. 128514 For some reason, it wasn't so good anymore. 128557 The rolls were smaller, the sushi just didn't hold itself together that well and there was something different with the taste..

I was still able to eat my portion, so I guess it wasn't really that bad. It just didn't make me giggle anymore. 128513

We couldn't remember the last time we visited Teriyaki Boy so we grabbed the opportunity and dined at the Glorietta branch of the resto. It has been closed for a couple of months due to its renovation but now, the resto is finally open with its new look. The place looked better compared to its old structure. Even though the place changed, the food remained delicious.

We ordered our usual and favorite Donburi which is the Sukiyaki Beef Teppanyaki Don for P191. It is a Japanese Rice Bowl topped with beef, onion and raw egg. It tasted both salty and sweet because of the Teppanyaki sauce.

An order of this rice bowl is surely worth the price because of the large serving size and the delicious and somehow affordable food.

P.S. We were not able to avail the Free Philly Cheese Steak Roll because our bill was lower than P600. Maybe on our next visit! :)

This is our favorite Teriyaki Boy branch!
The staff here are very friendly and efficient.
We ordered our favorites: gyoza, asupara with bacon, tuna sashimi and Teriayki Chicken Ju.
They changed the logo and it looks like Teriyakii Boy's all grown up already, maybe they should change their name too?

Got the Gyuniku Ramen while the SO got Tonkatsu. Super duper good after a long, tiring shift :)

It was a really packed weekend but we got our orders really fast. :)

PS- I really didn't like the high tables and chairs. It made the place seem smaller.

I'm been craving for crunchy salmon maki on my way to Glorietta. I was thinking too that I am not suppose to eat meat today because it's Friday, we're observing Lenten Season. 128591 I went to Teriyaki Boy. 128513🇯🇵

I went straight to my table since there were just few people eating. I scan their menu and look over their maki. The salmon maki was spicy and plenty. They offer 8 pieces of maki per order so I ended up having the ebi bento. 127857

It comes with portion of kani salad and bean sprouts, rice, three pieces of prawn tempura, miso soup, ice tea and dessert.

Kani salad was okay. I just don't like how thick their slices of cucumber. It's too thick for me. Bean sprouts was not my favorite in the bento. It's not that tasty. The tempura was perfect. Nice and crispy, sauce was good too and their rice. Miso soup is my favorite! Who doesn't love miso? 127858 The dessert was like green tea jelly with whipped cream on top. It was good also. 128513

Their serving was excellent! Fast and fresh. Serving size was superb! 128513 In fact, I cannot finish them. Taste is good except for the bean sprouts. Staff are wonderful! The waitress is so patient while I choose my food. She even recommends. And the chef, he will ask you about the food, and ofcourse I gave my feedback. Place was great too! Clean and spacious. Value for food was reasonable. 128513

In short, you should come and visit. 128514128077 I highly recommend.

Wasn't happy with their Spicy Tuna at all. Gooey texture and bland, certainly not at par with the other casual Japanese restaurants in the metro.

My all time favorite Tuna Sashimi Tartare or in short, Spicy Tuna Salad. They also have it in Omakase, however in Teriyaki Boy it's much cheaper, for only P150. What i like about Teriyaki Boy whenever I order this and I feel like it's not spicy enough, they provide spicy oil and spicy powder in my table so I'd be the one to put them:

I remember when their chicken teriyaki was served in a bowl and was actually good for two. Now, it's served in a box that looks deeper than it actually is. Still pretty good though. ;p
