Sad how Teriyaki Boy has turned out to be since it started. In fact, I think it was one of the reasons the Jap food craze kicked off before. And look at it now. The picture shows you a drop of something on the far left corner and finger prints of the person who served it to us. The salmon is obviously not fresh anymore. The cut got smaller but the prices are the same. Or maybe that's what Teriyaki Boy is aiming for. Fast food, mediocre, let's-not-care-about-the-quality anymore kind of service 128533

Second time to eat here and the food is consistent-- oily. I thought Japanese food was supposed to be refreshing and lovely, but they ruin it every time I eat here.

Also, their mango tempura was a total fail. Please remove that from the menu.

We ordered ramen. Oy big mistake.

1. Chasyu ramen - P200+ - my expectation were lowered considering that it was half the price of other ramen. Eh, you get what you paid for.

2. Miso ramen - P190+ - napagkamalan atang miso yung butter. The soup looked like melted butter in water, smelled like butter, tasted like butter. Kulang na lang tinapay para ispread. My friend did not finish her order.

3. Gyoza - P100+ - 5 pieces - at least ito ok.

RATS!!!!!!!... A rat was happily and freely jumping from 1 table to another! This happened while we were waiting for our orders to be served. Obviously, we cancelled our orders. But 1 companion who was already served, decided to take out his order. I wanted to get out of the resto as soon as possible but we had to wait for the take out of our companion. He was given his food to go and bill. His bill included the two iced teas I ordered (which weren't drank of course) so he said he will only pay for his order. The waiter billed me. I refused kindly to pay my order as a displeased (disgusted) customer. But the manager came out and insisted that I pay for the 2 glasses of iced teas! The manager JEFF, even explained to me that the rats are not from their resto but from the mall that went in. THEN CAME ANOTHER RAT RUSHING OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN TO THE MAIN DOOR OF THE RESTO. Jeff offered me settlement. Of what form I asked and he said we can talk about it. Huh?!?! Told him there's nothing to settle like an error on food that can be replaced. Filing a case/complaint with SM Megamall.

I ordered Sukiyaki Beef Teppanyaki. Taste was just okay and the beef was tough and chewy so i really didn't enjoy my food. Good thing i'm with my awesome friends, dinner was saved. 128111128111128111 The ambience(lighting, seats etc.) in this branch is great tho.

This place has deteriorated. Ramen doesn't have taste. Tempura super crusty. Steak too sweet. Will not come back. Ever.

Since I am a Ramen lover I tried the teriyaki chicken ramen. Not good for me because I think they overcooked the noodles, it's like u eat chicken mami 128544. But I'm happy with the Gyosa.

The last time we ate at Teriyaki Boy was roughly two years ago. The food was great back then but now? It seems that they've reduced the quality of their food for profits. Even the Tonkatsu sauce was not the same as before. I was really disappointed.

What you'll love in this Japanese resto? They have different types of MAKI mixes (like tuna maki, spicy maki, the normal California maki, etc.). But what I'll definitely recommend aside from their Chicken teriyaki, is their KATSUDON. You'll definitely love it's juicyness. To top it all off, order for their sukiyaki too, this hot soup tastes good!
