Spent Friday night at The Blackroom last week for the birthday of two friends. Since it was the eve of Halloween, they decided last minute to make us all come in costume. Haha I came as Little Red Riding Hood and my boyfriend was the Big Bad Wolf. Lol I got shy at first because they said we’d be the only ones there in costume but at the same time we’d have our own room anyway so it was really no biggie. Aside from deciding what to wear last minute.

Anyway, since it was a birthday celebration, I knew our friends would take care of the drinks, but always hungry AbbeyandGabe just had to bring money incase we did get hungry. And we did. But the kitchen was closed… and 10:30pm closed… a pub/bar’s kitchen… what about pulutan? Hay nako! I got kind of bv but atleast I didn’t have to spend my money right?

The birthday celebrants limited the drinks to just Jim Bean and Coke and I was actually okay with that. Not being picky or demanding, but I just expected to spend on a glass or two of cocktails.

The music wasn’t something I paid that much attention too… I actually don’t even remember what they played, except for Hotline Bling, so that’s not such a good thing… What I do remember and must point out is how tacky I thought it was that they played the music videos of the songs they were playing on the LCD screen, which were graphic pa at times… so woah there.

Overall, I enjoyed the chill vibe of the place, the simplicity of the choice of drink, and of course the company. Plus factor was we had the place all to ourselves!

Nice place to chill with friends. Dim lights. Long black couches. Pretty good throwback music when my friends and I were there. 128076

The guys got 2 bottles of Jim Bean and coke. I got a Midori Sour for myself, I liked it but thought it wasn't the best one I've had.

I probably won't be back soon since it's so far from mehhh! Hehe
