We were here for a seminar and all in all I liked this hotel!!!

ROOM: They have diferent motifs or should I say background/colors in every room. The comfort room is spacious enough and very comfy bed!

FOOD: I love their breakfast. Its a continental one. though the choices are not so many and the resto is quite small.

FACILITIES: They do not have a swimming pool but they do have a skydeck where you can see the whole manila!

Having buffet lunch here. My half-eaten quezo de bola pudding does not look very nice here, but it is very good. Their buffet lunch is good, too. Their iced tea also has a non-generic taste.

I'm reviewing the Sky Deck bar/resto on the penthouse level. The ambience was relaxing, the view was pretty, and the staff were attentive. However, the menu seemed very ordinary with high prices (300+ per dish on the appetizers section) -- but I guess this is to be expected because it's a hotel. You are paying for the experience, not really for the food.
We ordered what was supposed to be a fondue with kesong puti, fish flakes and garlic. The cheese was a solid disc of rubber when we got it, so uhhh...I can't recommend that menu item.

The room and Hotel had modern elegance in contrast to the old world charm and setting of the walled city of Intramuros. The view from the roof deck is amazing at nighttime under the stars and moon and cool Bay breeze while enjoying your food and drink. 128522

Nice place, no problems. Arrived on a Friday night, so I was in traffic for two hours, but not really their fault.

I still remember my hungry tummy after waiting several hours of our Graduation Rites in UST. Definitely worth the wait! It was first time by then and I was surprised that we're going to eat at the roofdeck of the Hotel. Overlooking the Manila City Hall and Golf Course, the place is really elegant and cozy. They also have bar there and cute sofas where people can lounge and enjoy the music. I definitely recommend that you should go there during dinner so that you can enjoy the Manila skyline filled with lights.

The food was good too! They serve Filipino food too. Since it's a family dinner we ordered several like kare-kare, bagnet, veggies, crispy pata and inihaw! (Putok-batok sa bagnet!!!) Cheat day it is!

Thumbs-up to this resto! 128077

Romantic - that's the perfect word to describe their Sky Deck View Bar. My brother even said right away that he'll bring his girlfriend back to this lovely place.

First, you need to reserve a seat if you want to occupy the best spot. They have the best couches too! Very comfortable and inviting.

Second, hold your breath and fall in love with the place. 10084

They serve buffet for P700+ per head but we went there for their coffee. Unfortunately, some equipment for their flavored coffee was not available so mom settled with their brewed coffee, brother had their fruit slushes(fine), and I had to go back to their Café at the ground floor to buy mine, but then it closed early at 8pm.

I'd love to come back here to try what they have to offer. The view deck is just too lovely to miss out. You'd surely love to bring your date and dine there, let the wind blow through your face with some refreshing drinks and good food. The hotel may not be as huge as you imagine, but it's cute and the interior design is smart and pretty. It surely is worth coming back for.

P.S. It's not always that we go to the historical landmarks of Manila but the vintage vibe gives me that falling-in-love feeling. Melts my heart 10084

Probably not the cheapest, the most accessible and the most equipped hotel in the Metro but their customer service and their food is good.

Despite the limited choices in their buffet, you will still enjoy their food because it's yummy and fulfilling. Love their mango panna cotta, their danish, and croissant

The room is a bit cramped but I love their bathroom. So spacious! (yes, i have a bathroom fetish 128516)

So if you're looking for a place where you can hide away and do your thing or you want to show a piece of our history to some foreign friends and relatives, check out this hotel.

With a great view of Manila's City Hall and the Intramuros Golf Course truly a beautiful spot capturing the beauty of Manila. The Bayleaf Hotel lobby greets guests with its minimalist design and repeating patterns of the Bayleaf icon, You have to take the elevator to go all the way up to the 9th floor I lowered my expectations because, sometimes, eating in a culinary school-run restaurant can be a bit risky due to the inconsistency of the food and service but then again my fault, the bay leaf restaurant is such an amazing place and good service, well aside from seeing some students walking in that area from time to time (letran and Lyceum students) truly the food specially the cakes and pastries are the BEST!!!! and to think that all of these are made by Lyceum students whos taking HRM course. Guys again if you want to see some historical places please do visit Intramuros and don't forget to visit and taste the food of "the bayleaf restaurant" DELICIOUS FOOD!128077128077128077128077128077128077128077128079128079128079128079128079

Tried the buffet at 9 Spoons twice and although the food was similar both times it was good so I wasn't disappointed!
They have a crispy Lechon kawali and they cook it really well (crispy and flavorful), their crispy spring rolls (once it was fish inside and the other time vegetable) were crispy in spite of being in the buffet table a while. Their pizzas were good too but try to catch it when they bring it out fresh! The highlight is their super yummy Ensaymada Bread Pudding! Definitely worth going back for more! Had it together with some leche flan on the side to kick up the sweet factor a bit and it was HEAVEN!!
For P600 ++ their buffet is definitely worth it! I'll be back for more! :-)

Their roof deck bar is also worth the trip over! Come for sunset. It may be a bit hot at first but the view is so worth the discomfort. As the sun slowly sets it'll start to cool off and it becomes a totally different experience with the city lights as your view! Great for happy hour cocktails with beer at 500 pesos drink all you can from 6 to 9pm! And wine at P1000 per bottle :-)
Make sure you get a table by the sides!

A fine dining resto at the heart of Intramuros. The dining area is simply and elegantly decorated and the seats cozy.

What made it different is that it's hot dining area on the roof top which will give you a stunning view of the entires walled city.

As for food, it's worth my money. We had spicy calamares for starter and ukoy and it was heavenly specially the previous. I had grilled sea bass for main course and it's properly done, the skin was crispy and the meat it was juicy. Can ask for me. Had to wash it down with Beer while listening to a band performing.

A must visit place for food and ambience...remember to reserve a seat though its always fully booked especially at night.

Infortunately I don't have a photo as it was a business dinner.
