I suggest meron silang steak sauce for ribs. Too sweet na kase yung naka basting plus ung sauce on the side gnun din. Nahiya naman yung dessert db?? Just saying. But everything is quiet good naman. Plus the ambiance. 128512

Dinner with my love in this lovely place. A must visit place in Balanga.

We just really love the place. Perf place for lovers, friends & family. Cozy ambiance, good staff, yummy food in a very cheap price. You can choose between Filipino food, to pasta, and even cakes, pastries and beverages.

We ordered Spaghetti Bolognese (P118), Plain Waffle (P108) and a Grande Chocolate Shake (P158). I can say that it's worth the price. Will surely go back.

I fell in love with the place, the food, the people.
A.W.E.S.O.M.E. 10084

We had our late dinner here. Almost 8pm i think. The place is still jampacked! It's like the Starbucks of Bataan. 128076

When we entered the place, it's a bit noisy because there are a lot of people. But you can still feel the warmth and friendliness of the employees.

I was busy looking at the place because it's really intagram-able 128076128077 that's why i didn't really had the time to look at their menu thoroughly. So i just ordered pasta. And my cousin's ordered rice meals. Lol

Our orders..

(In Photos)
•Nachos for appetizers - yummers!
•Buffalo Tenders - gawd this is so amazing. i love the spiciness and the sauciness that comes with it! i think i had 3 of this. Lol :)))
•Boneless Bangus - Bataan's specialty of course! This is so yummy that you can eat it even without rice :)
•Shrimp Carbonara - this is the one i ordered. i love the aldente pasta. the flavor was yummers too. creamy yet not salty. 128077128077

(Not in photos)
•Baby Back Ribs - my cousin said that this dish was worthy. quite pricy but you get more of what you expect. :)
•Fried Chicken - tasty and the gravy was good
•Lechon Kawali - this is so crunchy, that our 5y/o niece enjoyed it!
•Cordon Bleu - my cousin didn't like this one because it has too much breadings. so she just ate what's inside. and i ate the breadings. hahaha

CAKES:
•Choco Caramel
•Black Velvet
•Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
•Turtle Cheesecake
- WE LOVED ALL OF IT. ESPECIALLY THE TURTLE CHEESECAKE WHICH AS YOU CAN SEE, WE BOUGHT A WHOLE CAKE FOR TAKEOUT. LOL 128514128514128514

FRAPPE:
•Green Tea Frappe which is obviously mine. 128516
•Oreo Espresso Frappe
•Pistachio Frappe which is The Beanery's best seller.
-SO YUMMERS THAT YOU WANT IT TO BE UNLIMITED. 10084

I think this is my longest review as of now. Haha.
Try it, you'll love it!! 128149

Since I'm trimming down my calorie intake, thank God I can still make it possible without depriving myself too much.128524
Well, I've ordered Asian sesame salad (which costs 148php) -it's my all-time fave but I got a bit disappointed coz the salad is a bit watery (probably because they did not drain the greens well) ... still I must commend their dressing!128588🏻
Some of my favorites would be Beanery Club( clubhouse sandwich), Pork Sisig, Baby back ribs, Chicken Pesto Pasta & Lechon Kawali. (I know they are all high in cholesterol... still they are worth every calorie) hehe128517

We were supposed to explore the small town of Balanga. But after the long and tiring wedding of our friend, we decided to go to The Beanery for dinner -- a few steps away from our hotel.

There were a lot of people but luckily, we got a table right above the luminous ceiling. The place looks really nice at night. :)

We got their Tuna Tomato Spaghetti, Baked Mac, and a slice of Deep Dark Chocolate cake for dessert.

The weird thing was the cake was served first. We had no choice but to leave it there on our table and stare at it while we wait for our food.

After a couple of minutes, both of our orders were served. I have to commend their service that night as the restaurant was packed but they still managed to provide awesome service.

The Tuna Tomato Spaghetti (Php118) was too sweet for me. I liked the generous serving of tuna though.

The Baked Mac (Php118) was too creamy for me. It tasted like macaroni soaked in cream.

The Deep Dark Chocolate was sweet, which it shouldn't be since it's dark chocolate.

Will I go back? Maybe for their savory meals. Looking forward to trying their coffee as well.

My teammate brought the chocolate almond cheesecake straight from Bataan, and it was insanely good. Everybody loved it. I would definitely visit this shop when I go to Bataan.

By far the only 3 stars. I'm not a local of Bataan, was only visiting a friend when I went to this coffeeshop for a quick stop over and ordered an on the go coffee for 2, I heard its proudly Bataan so I got to try!. I was told to find a seat and wait for awhile. It took 30 minutes for my "on the go" take out order to arrive. :-(
Though, I can not judge a cafe on one visit alone but my 30 minute stay for an on the go order tells the story, thus, a sad 3 stars. Maybe on my next visit it will be different ;-) who knows!

So my friend and I went to Las Casas then come afternoon it started to rain a bit. I told him I want to try a coffee shop so he pulled out his phone, searched in Looloo app and that's how we discovered The Beanery. This cafe is proudly Bataan. They do have Starbucks there but come on, I didn't go all the way to Bataan just to try another Starbucks. It's kinda like going to Boracay then you eat at Mcdonald's.

Anyway, the place was jam-packed. I liked the ambiance so I wanted to stay inside but the people were everywhere so my friend and I just stayed in the al fresco area. We're running low on cash so I let my friend do the buying hahaha... We ordered a drink, a frappe of some sort, which really tasted good.

Also we had the Turtle Cake. It's not designed like a turtle so I'm not sure why it's called as such but holy damn that cake is good, that cake is paradise, that cake is Piolo Pascual if it's a person. In short it's super yummy!

The Beanery's menu is extensive. There's cakes, there's rice meals, there's sandwich, there's coffee, there's pasta, there's tea, there's rubber shoes... Okay not the last item hehe... but you get what I mean. This cafe has everything, like the owners made sure the people won't eat anywhere else.

I hope they'd take this cafe in Metro Manila so I don't have to travel for 4 hours just to eat that turtle cake again.

Sarap!!!! 128516 128523

Mochaccino is fine, their Caesar's dry. No dressing. Plus the chicken chunks aren't chunks. Lol like bigger strips. Overall ambience is good, as well as staff. Plus people are a lot more polite, not creating too much noise 128077

Beef belly was good nothing special but I think it's the best among their rice meals.
Frap is uhm okay but for the price I'll def go to Starbucks instead. Btw, the coffee shop lacks aroma which is a major boo!
Love the nachos, ambiance and free wifi lol

Be careful with their cakes! There are some na super luma na! Really?! Still selling those!!! 128545 Ang liit at ang mahal tas the quality. Tsss!

Overall, will still go back coz it's the only coffee shop at Orani and bf loves the beef belly and nachos. Lol

After checking out of Camaya Cove, we decided it's time to have lunch. Since Pampanga is a bit car and the rains started to fall we decided to have lunch at Balanga and Beanery is the place that popped in our minds. The ambiance a localized version of Starbucks it has a wide variety of coffee, mocha and chocolate selections. Food choices are great as well and the price are fine just rifht for the budget. All in all a good place to unwind and eat. Good Job Beanery, Balanga.

Had to drive from Montemar beach club to Balanga town proper just to try the local coffee shop (roughly 30-45mins with no traffic).

9749️Espresso Jello Freeze--lacks that bitter espresso taste
127854Chocolate Almond Cheesecake--too soft and foamy

I think their cakes needs to be stored on a higher temp para mas mabuo yung loob and yung lasa. Also wanted to try their snacks, mukang masarap..

Location- town proper, near schools and shops

Ambience- homey and offers wifi=)

Balanga's starbuck version. 128513 Who would have thought that they do have a coffee shop like this since it's a province. Heehee. I had the Caramel Jello Freeze. It was okay. Good place to chill with friends. Especially in this kind of weather. 128521

The Beanery Balanga is Bataan's most popular coffee shop/cafe that offers delicious variety of coffees, cakes, sanwiches and more. The service is very fast and their staffd are very couteous. And oh, you must try their coffee jelly frappe, that's Beanery's best seller.

What?!! All the way to Balanga, Bataan??!! YESSIR!! To visit some awesome friends (Mae E, who's on looloo now, give her a BIG WELCOME!)

Place was crowded!! Must be the "it" place there! Fast and efficient service, great food and drinks! Had nachos (yeah, I know!!) and red iced tea, which tasted a lot like Tokyo, Tokyo's (I think?)

Would come back for great company!:)
