We were looking for a coffee shop to try out before heading back to Manila and found this via the looloo App. The place has a very cozy feel that complements Baguio's weather.
Their Bacon Cheeseburger was great, a must try! Top it off with a cup of Ca Phe Sua Da and Turon Ala Mode for dessert.

During our stay in Baguio, we tried to be a little adventurous and tried a new place we haven't tried before. So we tried The Coffee Library.
It's near the Baguio Cathedral so you can walk to get there. There's an uphill/downhill part though. If you took a taxi, just mention rex hall and they should know it.
Now to the food... We ordered pho bo, strawberry vanilla iced tea, and caphe sua.
The pho bo had a tasty broth and it was very filling. You can add siracha if you want a little bit more kick. The strawberry iced tea was also good. There were real strawberries in the drink and I liked how it tasted. Not too sweet, just right. I didn't drink the coffee but my gf said it was good as well. It's strong given it's vietnamese coffee.
Will definitely go back to this place when I return to Baguio.

The BEST coffee in Baguio (so far) plus a lot cheaper than your regular Starbucks Latte. They also serve Vietnamese, American and Filipino dishes! Must visit place when you're in Baguio.

Experience a taste of Italy, Vietnam and Philippines at a newly opened coffee-restaurant hub in Baguio. First in Baguio! Family owned and managed by a former college mentor, he is also very hands on in the business. He approached me during our visit and asked us on our dining experience. They offer an array of local coffee to international food. They were still on soft opening when we visited. Aside from Cafe Mocha, we had the following:
Ca Phe Sua Chua: aka Vietnamese Coffee with Yoghurt and Coconut Milk (ata, haha). The names are so confusing I'm not fond of anything that has coconut in it, but this is something... It has a distinct taste which I do not like at first sip, but it is rich and creamy.
Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup): Perfect for the cold weather. I've already set my standards to be that of Pho Hoa's but their version did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful, the noodles soft and fresh, and beef not chewy at all 🏻 but they do not have sriracha haha, but that's okay.
The Coffee Library Style Cheeseburger: Presentation- and taste-wise, it's good. Patty is juicy and well seasoned. Comes with fries that are not oily, but close to that of McDo's 🏻
Servings are generous. Menu is diverse and you'll never run out of choices. Quality of food is superb and at a reasonable price. Also, it has nice rustic interiors that has an Asian vibe. Although serving time may take awhile, on top, service is great! Final verdict is 4/5, because I'm still looking forward to my next visit for the Ca Phe Sua Chua Nep that everyone's raving about. I also heard that they would seasonally add new items on their menu.
They're open as early as 8 AM, until 11 PM, Monday to Sunday.
P.S. Thanks Looloo Team for adding up my suggestion to your list! Merry Christmas!
