Porkbuns not really the same as Tim ho wan but still good and not bad. Beef wanton noodle, siomai and hacao are average. I was told this place is a sister company of Kim bee restaurant.

So when i was task to do an errand, something like go for a grocery 128522, i head to fishermall for some good ole fresh seafoods. Their open most of the holyweek so its a good thing. I was tempted to watch superman vs batman coz i was surprise its already showing but things must first be done and its grocery.

After buying some fresh seafoods for tonight i head here for a quick lunch. This resto wasnt my original choice but since ive been passing by this place for quite sometime and its always full of people, it must be a good sign. So i went in, its just that i wasnt expecting to love the taste of their food. Noodle soup taste light not too salty, superior sauce was really good. Well, i guess i should first state what ive ordered.

1. Beef brisket and wonton noodle soup - the egg noodle was not too hard, the soup was good not salty, enough beef meat and their wonton is a real wonton, i mean not the processed meat type but real meat and shrimp. At only 160

2. Taosi sparerib rice with superior sauce rice at 150, this one is good. Superior sauce was great. Just dont put too much sauce at first.

3. Dimsum taosi chicken feed at 80. This is kinda expensive since im used to 50 dimsum somewhere at banawe but craving for it so there.

Next time ill try the steed vermicelli rice roll with shrimp. Ill definitely come back here next time with family. 9786128522128512

Our first time to step into this mall. We checked out all floors before deciding on this place. We weren't that hungry so we figured dimsum would be perfect.

On the table
*Xiao Long Bao - It was pretty decent overall but the wrappers broke easily and soup spilled out which was quite surprising since they were pretty thick. I usually position my Xiao Long Bao in the chinese spoon so that if soup spills, it won't go to waste. Their version though is bigger than their spoon.
*Steamed Vermicelli Rice Roll with Shrimps - interesting but I just had to eat it with soy sauce hehe
*Wanton Noodle Soup - comforting and flavorful
*Steamed Shrimp Balls with Garlic - tasted good

We were pretty full after consuming everything (plus rice hahaha) A supposedly not so heavy meal turned into a filling and satisfying one.

*It was an extra challenge to use their chopsticks, everything kept falling. We had to request for utensils instead.

Passed by the place before and saw it really full, decided to try it out next time. We went for their XLB (xiao long bao) or steamed soupy dumplings, the pork vermicelli roll, the beef balls and chicken feet.

Reminds you of how it's cooked in Binondo so that's always a good sign, good affordable prices in a mall setting.

Meal for 3 ends up being Php700, practical, good comfort food. Will go back and try the other dishes next time.

I like the place. Ambience was great, quite classy actually.

Food was delicious! Especially the congee and noodle soup though the serving for rice toppings is quite lacking (if you have that big appetite) comparing to its price. Dimsum is also tasty and all foods were served hot. Cold milk jelly is a must try!

Haven't tried their pastry yet but looks good for its price.

Tim Ho Wannabe with their pork BBQ buns but did not get to try those coz its Holy Week. Had this fish tausi rice, milk jelly puff pastry and hot glutinous balls that was so good. Glad to have tried this. Lots of dimsums to try definitely going back for more.

Saw this fairly new dimsum place (one week old I was told) and just had to try it out.

The menu layout looked pretty much like a copy of THW's 128514128514 They even had pork buns... Contemplated if I should try it or not 128541 Anyways, curiosity got the better of me and I got one order, Um... Nope, nothing like THW.. Haha! It wasn't bad naman, it was like eating plain Asado bread without the ooomph 128529.. Xiao long Bao, goto and shrimp rice rolls were ok too... Average IMO

Service was ho hum...you can tell they lacked training, even the manager was 128529 ... Soft opening still so I'll cut them some slack 128522
