Dimsum love!!! After hearing mass, lunch with parents at The Dimsum Place. Usual orders were present: beancurd roll, chicken feet, pork siomai, and tausi spareribs!

Poor service though. Orders were served more than the usual 15 minutes waiting time. Needed to ask for condiments like calamansi and soy sauce. Plus the waitress looked unhappy with what she's doing. Darn.

Food's alright. You'll never go wrong with Chinese and its MSG-filled food! Hahaha!

Whoa! And this earned me a badge! Chinese Chow Fan! Yey!

A big shoutout to Cyrene C and the rest of the Looloo crew! Received my Looloo shirt and goodies! Super kilig and happy! More power guys!

A cheaper alternative for Dimsum Lovers out there. 128513

It's so affordable that I was confident enough to try all of these by myself! 128517

Congee - consistency was thick and very filling. Not plain tasting at all. Perfect substrate for the dimsum. 9786

Chicken Feet - Tender and a bit sweet.

Hakaw - pretty standard and at par with most Chinese Restaurants. Doesn't break when dipped in soy.

Xiao Long Bao - Not bad. 128513

Pork Buns - as long as you are not expecting Tim Ho Wan quality then you will realize that their buns are quite good and has their own merits. It's actually good and a great alternative. 128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻

Busolve! 4 Stars for their price point. 128521

We were craving for Le Ching but the traffic going to Greenhills is so stressful. So we risked dining at The Dimsum Place. It looks sosyal but were hangry. We were surprised that the price is affortable. Keri ng powers so we tried Pork Asado, Spare Rib, iced Milo and Xiao Long Bao (because uso hehe). It's around 2-3pm, the place is not crowded, but I noticed a 2-3 senior citizens eating noodles. Looks like it's their best seller and not their dimsum.

Xiao Long Bao - I have an idea as to how to properly eat this dish (thanks eatyourkimchi!) so we were surprised when they gave us spoon and fork. Chinese restaurant ito diba? So we asked for chopsticks and tried to slurp our way on each xiao long bao. Eh, where's the soup? Butas ang dumplings ko so bye-bye soup. The other dumplings doesn't have soup as well, katas lang maybe, kailangan pa pisain para lumabas.

Pork Asado is good but not as good as Le Ching's. Daughter liked it so that's saying something.

Spare ribs - ang tagal ibigay ha. They said it will take 15-20 minutes for our order to come. Pero nauna na yung asado, naubos na ng anak ko, wala pa rin yung spare ribs.

So yeah, mabagal yung service despite the number of staff serving. Baka walang kitchen staff? also overheard from the other table that siopao will take 15-20 minutes to be served. We're both incredelous. The food they served us is not that hot as well. Really disappointed, considering how sosyal looking their place is.

Went to Sta Lucia East Grand Mall last Saturday and looking for a new place to have our lunch. We cross on the other side the II Centro and saw The Dimsum Place. I saw it before on Fisher Mall and glad they open a branch here.

The place was big and nice for a Chinese resto. MIT was full and glad we got seats. We had hakaw or known as shrimp dumpling, wanton noodle soup, fish fillet with taosi, seafood roll and plain rice.

The serving was good for one person only, the presentation was nice but the service was too slow.
I saw they have pork buns and egg tarts, will back for that next time
