They had a nice pool and a jacuzzi. Had a mini indoor golf course. Room was pretty small but what can we ask for paid less than 2,000 per night with breakfast. One thing that I was looking for was a blower inside the bathroom but they didn't have one.

Time to relax! Looking for a place near my office where I can relax and have a quick staycation! Browsing thru agoda and hotel quickly and Exchange Regency Hotel caught my eye. I have a very common preference in finding hotels, it has to have a swimming pool, free breakfast or a nice restaurant will do, accessible location and most of all nice room.

Exchange Regency is located within Tektite area in Pasig near Meralco Ave. This is a residence slash hotel. First step inside their place, I can vibe good things already, the lobby is neat, clean, their Christmas decoration is cute and simple, plus they have this vibrant violet sofa that adds up the class. And you will notice also that they smells good, like you were on a spa haha.

Front desk. As usual they were all smiling and willing to assist you, they explain everything too, so you won’t feel clueless about their facilities.

Room. We supposedly having a deluxe queen room however we were chosen for a free upgrade, yes FREE! From deluxe queen to Premium Queen, which is much bigger and it has kitchen where you can cook if you want. We had a city view and a work desk. The room is equipped with LCD TV, microwave, stove, coffee maker and other usual room features. Also, their WIFI is very reliable and fast. I liked the color of the room it really relaxes me, white and lime green, perfect combination.

Swimming Pool. It was small but it was sufficient enough to take a dip after a very stressful day. Well maintained too.

Restaurant. Mario’s kitchen is their main restaurant located outside their building. This is where the breakfast will be served. There is also Tully’s Coffee and Benasi restaurant available.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I want to comeback. This is a very memorable place for me, someone just made my stay and day here unforgettable 128154128154128154

I saw a good deal in one of the group buying sites on the internet and good thing also, because we used it for Mom’s birthday celebration.

It was during the stormy weather, typhoon Lando, when we checked in here. Mom was eager to cancel it but due to no cancellation policy, we can’t do it anymore.

It is located in the central business district of Ortigas, near two super malls, and it was also during the MegaSale of both malls that’s why the traffic is so heavy. Upon arriving you’ll be welcomed by courteous guards and relaxing lobby, although the A/C is not working that’s why the guests who were at the lobby were sweating like it’s not raining outside. Lol

I’ve heard the receptionists aren’t much welcoming, but on my experience, they were kind of okay. They’ll be polite to assist you on your hotel booking.

Our room was located on the 26th floor of the building, that’s a good thing because we won’t be hearing the noise of the cars honking below. We got the standard room on twin sharing and surprised that the room is smaller than we think it is. I suggested my mom to upgrade it to Premier room, but she hesitated.

We were at the entertaining area the whole day, we swim in their indoor pool (together with my brothers), while my mom was in the Jacuzzi because she loves hot water. Hahaha After that, mom and I got inside the steaming room, and at night my brothers and I played billiards and mini-golf. We totally liked their recreational area.

We had a good night sleep even though it was stormy outside. Morning comes and we had breakfast buffet in Pablo’s, which is their restaurant outside the hotel. It was a normal breakfast buffet, not much to eat here, we just stuffed ourselves with a lot of omelet and cereals. I love cereals!

Our total stay was good, probably go back for the recreational area.

I only have one thing that I don’t like, their restroom does look like it doesn’t have an exhaust fan.

Checked in to prepare for awards night and had the following concerns:

1. Requested for a king sized bed even before I checked in. When I entered my room, it had twin beds. Took them 30 minutes to fix it.

2. Couldn't detect the wifi in my room. Asked them to fix it, took them another 30 minutes to fix it.

3. Breakfast was at Mario's Kitchen beside the hotel, and OMG. Worst breakfast ever. Went there around 9:15am and there were no food available already. Took them forever to refill the food - rice, eggs and bacon (that was it)... And even the milk for the cereal, they still had to buy from the store!

They should do something with their windows so the noise of the cars outside wouldn't go in. The Aircon is also hot!!!

Php4,600 a night for a Two-bedroom, with living room, dining room and kitchenette. Highly- recommended for balikbayans with large families but not for those looking for a little luxury or staycation. Only saw the room, didn't get a look at the amenities though.

Best for kids who are rowdy and people not too fussy with their room. Budget-friendly.

It was being renovated when we visited this hotel. You can have a dip in the pool, try sauna or jacuzzi or even go to their gym.

2-bedroom suite is perfect for a family staycation! My cousins and I celebrated our annual Christmas gathering in a hotel and chose Regency last year. It was a good call -- the room was modern, spacious enough to fit 12 people in the sitting area. Good wifi, soft enough beds.. Downside is there are no smoking rooms so one has to go down to the pool area to have a light.

Enjoyed our stay here and will surely come back! 128522

Bought an ensogo coupon. The place is clean, staffs are accomodating. Interiors are nice. Exclusive room wifi. Nice beds, although not enough with our growing daughters :)

Downside, i find their clean towels not as "white" as it should be. Parang dirty white eh. Our shower area wasn't that clean when we arrived.

Plus plus is their pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and sauna! One of the best!

I did not expect too much from this place especially when I arrived at the lobby. the lobby wasn't too welcoming and no aircondition. The ladies behind the front desk though were very professional and accommodating.

I was surprised that the room looked like the rooms in Holiday Inn. They also provide slippers, toothbrush, iron, etc..

Other amenities:
Game Room
Swimming Pool
Sauna
Gym

Their courteous staff will make your stay pleasant. You can stay online 24/7 with free dedicated unlimited in-room wifi. Location is accessible as the hotel is located at the heart of Ortigas Center... its not along main streets so less noise, yet close to malls, business centers, entertainment complex and other leisure establishments. Banks and Restos/Cafe's are located at the ground floor for your convenience.

This is a new hotel. The rooms are very nice at a reasonable price being located near everything. I also enjoyed the infinity pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
