Had the Tbone and the Seafood Sampler. The Tbone was really thick. It's quite expensive but it at least came in a huge serving. It was delicious. Even without the sauce, the steak was flavorful on its own. It was cooked medium and was very tender. The seafood sampler though - I won't recommend. It had 2 shrimps and 2 small fillets of sea bass, among others. Serving was really small and not worth the price.

I would probably go back just for the steak!

We had a dry aged angus beef 12oz for 3500 plus sc. Mom had prawns and my sister had lamb chops. Everything was excellent as expected. I used my club at the hyatt voucher of 40% off for four diners. The steak was wonderfully tender however I still prefer the taste of melo's steaks. In terms of quality, they both have great steaks. Melo's just marinates their steak better. Nevertheless, the steak here is excellent and the ambiance is way better. I also loved the millionaire salad and chocolate soup with vanilla ice cream. Of course, my favorite guava iced tea puts the cherry on top.

We celebrated our 6th month anniversary at The Fireplace and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff (waiters) were well versed with the menu items and happily accommodated our requests. The receptionist (girl) was nice too but was a bit too talkative and we could hear her conversation with the other waiters.
They served freshly baked bread (it was almond bread I think) and French butter. For starters, we ordered the onion soup which we split. A good idea because the single serving is quite large!
For our main course, we ordered the 12oz rib eye and Norwegian salmon steak which were both superb! You could really taste the quality of the steak especially since I don't like eating it with gravy. We ordered creamed spinach on the side and got potato gratin compliments of the chef!
I've read that their hot chocolate soup is one if their best sellers so we got a small serving to share. It was amazing! It's like skolatina times ten!
This is a place definitely reserved for special occasions but worth every penny!

One of Hyatt Hotel's restaurants. It's both inviting and sophisticated. A place where you can avoid the bustling noise and have meaningful conversations with that special someone. Spell romantic!

Started off with an appetizer: seared scallops bacon crisps in mixed green salad with citrus dressing -- really, really good. Then we got the the main course (in photo) sided with a pan of gratin potato, which was juuussst right -- not too rich so you don't get that umay factor. Too bad we were too full to try the desserts.

Coming back for more!

This is a late post. We went here on my mom's birthday. She got a hyatt membership card so eating here was 50% off!! Kaya attack kami.

The fireplace is known to be one of the best steak places in manila and it really is! Dining here is sosyal, dimmed lights and a fireplace literally.

We ordered the millionaires salad because thats the best seller and it is yummy! Solid na salad! I like vinegariatte sauce and the foei gras compliments the greens.

The waiters served us complimentary bread and winner yung bread haha we asked for another one haha and they gladly served it.

I ordered the angus ribeye which cost 2900 if i remember and my brother ordered the more expensive wet aged ribeye around 3500. The only thing that i can say is best steak o my life haha so juicy and cooked medium, you can taste the quality of the meat.

Mom ordered the wild Tasmanian salmon an dad ordered the lamb. Both were really good too! The salmon tastes different the meat is sweet. The menu specialty menu changes depends on the availability of ingredients.

For dessert we ordered the dessert sampler so we can taste everything and its good not overwhelming but good.

Solid food solid service solid ambience plus 50% off solid value

According to Hyatt Hotel, it's the perfect spot for wining and dining.. Upscale grill room, perfectly cooked prime meats & seafood.. Culinary excellence.. Interactive and unique. Convinced just by noting the word "perfect" twice in one paragraph, so we went to have a taste of perfection2x. Brass finishing, large wood-fired oven in full view, atmosphere quite sophisticatedly relaxed... LUXURY. Tried their millionaires salad, angus beef rib-eye, noels ribs, cheesy potatoes, and guava iced tea =)
