I really love French Baker's Grilled (deboned) Chicken & Mango Salsa128525 The chicken is so yummy & juicy. The mango salsa was also good.

Ambience on this place is quite poor though as it's not enclosed. A lot of people are passing by to get to Glorietta from Landmark (and vice versa), so do expect a lot of noise. This branch is a semi-self service. You order & pay from the counter then you wait for your orders to be served to your table.

Their bread and pastries are good but what really surprised me is the excellent offerings for lunch and dinner. The spareribs meal is excellent and the serving portion is quite substantial. Exceptionnel!

This is like the tambayan of the titos and titas of Manila. You should try their tuna turnover. Heaven! But the eggroll was too sweet :( My nephew wasn't able to finish it. 128532

I would say, this resto is not so fancy but when it comes to their menu and quality of food, its a five star for me. Very reasonable price for a fancy quality menu. Will always find myself here.

This review is for the one near the landmark supermarket. I love their raisin rolls and the big sweet dinner buns, especially when fresh from the oven!

We'd always buy bread here but we rarely tried their meals. Surprisingly, their Spicy Seafood pasta is delicious! 128513 Servings size was big enough to fill me up too.

What I don't like here is their location at the walkway. I wish they're get a better space where the dining area isn't too exposed. 128522

I ordered the Parisian Macarons in the flavours, pistachio and chocolate.

Flavour wise (being bias a bit hehe)- I enjoy the pistachio more than the chocolate cause you could taste the flavour of the pistachio.

The Macarons isn't that big but it was heavy and "thick"; when you bite in to it, it's not just a munch (if you understand me).

2/5 cause it was too sweet. Sweetest macaron I've ever tasted (comparing to Bizu, Laduree, friend's creation)

My pastries came in a very nice box, inside an enticingly charming and sturdy paper bag. I wish they'd just wrap the pastries in parchment paper so as to avoid using plastic. Last time I bought, the pastries individually wrapped in plastic pouches were just in a paper bag, the friendly staff might have recognized me already.
Bought quite a variety, for snacks in our home (our family's, my parents', nurses and household helps). It is quite an ordeal to think of what to get for us on a daily basis. French Baker, with its variety of bread and pastries eased that up a bit.
I got beef turnovers, ham & cheese croissant, butter croissant, chocolate muffins. Everyone found everything good, as usual. I had a bite if beef turnover and the filling is a bit similar to the jamaican pie (not the spicy one. The bread was crusty and flaky similar in texture to the croissant, though a bit more dense. I was very happy to have bought the whole wheat croissants for hubby who loves anything whole wheat. I prepared Papa's butter croissant and it is also good, crispy and flaky. Of course I got my fave! Peach danish pastries. I had it for brunch. Their goodies are always fresh. It is crusty with a bit of tempting sweetness as you bite into the soft part. You can see how delicately made the bread is, as you see through flaky layers inside. The custard is not overpowering and complements the succulent peaches, maybe the only thing i don't like is the cherry on top, I like fresh cherries but just ain't a fan of canned ones. It is best having a bite of the pastry bread + custard + peaches, to enjoy the different textures and flavor. They have managed to be consistent through the years. I had another danish for my dinner and it's always like a new experience, you may think I am danish-pastried-out by now, but FB's danish pastry? Nah! I don't think that's something I will ever get tired of !
